• Ibolya (9/5): Tökéletes elhelyezkedés - Kedves fogadtatás. A szállás nagyon tiszta, jó helyen van, pályaudvarhoz, látványosságokhoz gyalogtávolságra. Külön kiemelendő a csomagmegőrzés lehetőség, így nem kellett magunkkal vinni utolsó nap a városba a csomagot, vagy keresni csomagmegőrzőt (este indult a gép haza). Köszönjük❤️ Nem volt ilyen.
• Martin (8/5): Nice Place to Stay in Naples for a Stop Over or a couple of Nights, I would use again - Very close to Cruise Ship Terminal and Ferry Terminal. Also very close to Bus Stops, specifically the Alibus which is great. Young lady on Reception was very good and Helpful . Nice clean comfortable room. Very good value I would use again Ideal for a stop over or a few nights. Short walk into town Could do with a Sign above the door, at first I couldn't find the entrance, was on the 4th Floor via Lift or Stairs. Plug on Kettle was faulty

• Guest (10/5): Sparkling clean and quiet room next to port - My family and I had an excellent experience with the property. We travelled from Canada with a 14-month old baby and the property management did everything possible to accommodate our early check-in request as the baby needed her nap. Thank you very much for your understanding and support! The room was sparkling clean, and I am a very clean person. I usually travel with my own cleaning supplies to fix what was done poorly, but their room was exceptionally clean and I didn’t have to even open my Lysol wipes. The room was quiet despite the noisy neighbourhood. The location was perfect for our need as it was next to the port and we were travelling by ferry. Thank you for having us!

• Tommaso (10/5): - Camere perfette e con tutti i confort essenziali disponibili: aria climatizzata, frigo, doccia e soprattutto letti comodissimi. Avevamo deciso di conoscere un pò meglio la città di Napoli e la posizione di Maison Angioino è risultata strategica e perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo avuto tutto a portata di mano. La zona del porto con il suo lungomare, piazza Plebiscito e via Toledo, il Duomo con tutto il centro storico. La fermata della metro Municipio era a due passi ed è stata molto utile per le nostre escursioni. E poi i tanti servizi disponibili a tutte le ore. Il garage per la custodia dell'auto. I tanti bar, ristoranti e pizzerie adatti per tutte le tasche e con una qualità del cibo e servizio eccellente. Non è la prima volta che trascorro qualche giornata a Napoli, e per quanto riguarda il mio giudizio, è una città unica al mondo. La cordialità e la disponibilità dei napoletani è da portare ovunque. Ci torneremo di sicuro, anche perchè abbiamo ancora tanto da vedere. Grazie a Maison Angioino e a tutto il suo staff.

La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort. Le camere sono spaziose, pulitissime e arredate con gusto, in perfetto equilibrio tra eleganza e praticità. La posizione è strategica: centrale ma tranquilla, ideale per visitare la città senza rinunciare al relax. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff, sempre disponibile, cordiale e attento a ogni esigenza: la loro professionalità e gentilezza fanno davvero la differenza e trasformano il soggiorno in un’esperienza unica. Consiglio vivamente Maison Angioino a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno indimenticabile, con la certezza di sentirsi coccolati come a casa propria.

Mas se não quiser andar, tem metrô próximo. Ao lado da saída dos barcos para a Ischia e Costa Amalfitana. A questão da moeda no elevador no horário comercial não é um problema, pois o porteiro sempre tem para dar. Nada

• Margherita (7/5): Consigliato per soggiorni brevi ed economici - Il personale è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, la posizione è buona, e il prezzo per una notte è accessibile. Il letto era comodo e la camera abbastanza spaziosa. Il pavimento non era pulito bene, le finestre e gli infissi non attutiscono i rumori della strada, che sono stati molti durante la notte. La carta da parati e le prese elettriche si staccano dalle pareti quando si stacca il caricabatterie, e anche la maniglia della doccia sarebbe da riparare. Inoltre essendo al quarto piano sarebbe stato comodo un ascensore per le valigie, che però era a pagamento (10 centesimi, ma comunque una scocciatura per gli ospiti).

• Lucía (10/5): Maravillosa - Me gustó mucho la ubicación del apartamento, nos permitía ir andando a todas partes. La cercanía de Miki y disponibilidad en todo momento. La habitación estaba muy limpia y estuvimos muy cómodos. Al ser un bajo, para mantener la privacidad hay que cerrar las ventanas y eso hace que se pierda la luz natural de la habitación.

The single beds were uncomfortable and unstable. The smell coming from the bathroom and permeating the room was very unpleasant. The elevator has a cost and it’s a big problem if you don’t have coins.

• Isabelle (2/5): Shocking, unexpected room inside appartment in commercial building. Would not recommend. - Leaving. Not much else was good, nothing particularly positive to talk about. This place is not a hotel - therefore, difficult to find. We had to be greeted at the door by the host, as it was a commercial building. There is one appartment inside with many rooms - that is the "hotel"! The walls are super thin - very, very noisy -, there is no reception - had to pay an extra fee for checking-in late, our ID pictures were taken with a personal cell phone -. Overall, weird, dingy place.

• Chevaunne (5/5): Great location and staff, however wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay. - Clean room and location great for the Naples ferry, just across the road. Staff were great via WhatsApp to ensure smooth check in and check out, and organised us a taxi when we needed. Felt more like a private room in a hostel, than a hotel, one main entrance and then a series of rooms off the one hallway, with only a key to lock the rooms. We also found out through others in the building that during the day, you’re required to put money in the lift to use it (lift would be needed for most as it’s on the 4th floor).

Lady who met us was lovely and also hotel were responsive on WhatsApp. Could store luggage securely after check out. - bed wasn’t very comfortable - sheets instead of duvet - noise through the night was very loud as window seals are not good so disturbed sleep - room was on 4th floor but during the day, need to pay to use the lift. - if you check in after 830pm, there is a 20 euro charge - appreciate this was on the listing but we didn’t realise so surprised by it. - no iron in room.

• Lily (6/5): Short and sweet. Incredible balcony. - Everything was as expected. We enjoyed our short stay. We would like to personally thank the hotel receptionist for helping us out with anything we needed and being very accommodating for our late check-out. We would also like to thank the cleaning staff who tried their best to help us out when we turned up and couldn't find our stored luggage. They were so kind and tried their best despite the language barrier. It was a little confusing to find the building and the hotel we stayed in as there were many other hotels operating in the same complex.

• Holly (8/5): It was an excellent location, brilliant facilities and excellent hospitality. - The property had a brilliant location and the room was excellent. We were only really there in evenings/night as we were out and about every day. The communication and contact from the hotel staff to us as guests was excellent - they allowed us to check in early, arranged a taxi for our back to the airport and continually checked in with us. They also helped us with our travel and advice for things to do around the city. The only issue we faced was the TV not working, however the staff picked up on this as soon as and let us know of the issue. It was resolved the following day. This was not a big deal for us though as we did not watch the TV much. The only other thing I would say is that the keys to get into the apartment was often tricky to open (I think it’s just stiff and old). The keys into the room worked perfectly though!

Maria reached out to me before landing in Naples and helped us navigate to the hotel. Antonio was there to greet us even though our plane arrived later in the evening after hours. The room itself was very nice and clean. It looks like it’s newly remodeled, equipped with tea, a water boiler and everything else you need. The area is great, walking distance to the ferry port about 2 mins (if you are going to capri, Positano, Amalfi, etc.)and 15 mins to downtown Naples. Coffee and bakeries all around at front door! After our check out they watched our belongings so that we could explore Naples without carrying around our luggage which we sincerely appreciate as they did this out of the kindness of their heart. Naples is a special place, sad we were only able to stay one night but we will be back! Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience! Nothing
