- Carla (9/5): Very good and clean! - Everything was great I was nervous about the comment that couldn't be entered and I sent a message to ask how they would ensure my stay, and I immediately received a response and three phone numbers to contact. Upon arrival we were greeted with Ferrero chocolates 😋 and cold soft drinks. It was very clean, and everything seemed new and in perfect condition, the beds were comfortable, the knives were sharp, the shower water was hot without having to wait a long time, enough towels, and cleaning supplies. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a large TV screen as well as in the living room. It has internet. The hammock on the terrace was very comfortable and the hosts were very attentive, with immediate answers to our questions. It is a 10-minute drive to downtown Playa del Carmen, walking would be about 40 minutes. There is a store in front to buy basic things and a plaza (Mayan center) 3 minutes away by car or 20 minutes walking. The only bad thing is for people who have health problems and have difficulty going up and down stairs because it is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. The pool at the entrance was a little dirty but the one above was clean. At night in one of the bedrooms you could hear the water pump for a moment.
