• Enrico (4/5): Sporco - Costa poco La colazione va bene La struttura è molto sporca, c'erano formiche dappertutto La doccia e il lavandino sono pericolosi poiché casualmente emettono getti di acqua ustionante. Girando la manopola del lavandino tutta sul caldo il lavandino inizia a singhiozzare ed emettere tantissimo vapore e acqua bollente. Una finestra non si poteva chiudere quindi in stanza c'erano delle zanzare. Il tappeto è sporchissimo

• Anita (8/5): Ni slabo za to ceno nastanitve. Osebje je zelo ustrežljivo in pripravljeno pomagati. - Zajtrk je preprost, sveže pripravljen. " 2 vrsti sira, 2 vrsti oliv, salama, kruh, maslo, kuhana jajca, narezan paradižnik in kumare. Marmelada, kosmiči, pomaranča, piškoti in čaj, ali kava. Zdi se mi dovolj za preprost zajtrk. Samopostrežno. Mene ni motilo, da sem bila nastanjena v sobi, ki je oddaljene od glavne stavbe hotela (kjer se streže zajtrk) 120 m stran. Z ulice nisem slišala nobenega hrupa, postelja je bila udobna in pohvalila bi dobre vzglavnike. Kot predlog namestitvi za večjo udobnost - zajtrk bi lahko stregli do 11 ure. :) V kopalnici bi lahko namestili kakšno dodatno poličko. Za odlaganje zobne ščetke, zobne paste.... Na vse ostalo nimam pripomb.

En apparence, des travaux de rénovation ont été effectués et l'hôtel se trouve dans une zone en plein travaux de rénovation. Le petit-déjeuner était à prendre sur un autre site situé à 200 ou 300 mètres de là.

• Alexandru (7/5): Overall good but needs some improvement - bed was comfy and the overall design of the room was nice it was cold and the only way to heat up the room was through the AC which didn’t worked so well. We were there in March so if you go in a warmer period this would not be a problem. some cups to drink from would have been nice to be in the room, funny that were some tea bags in the room but nothing to drink from (we had to go to Bonita Hotel to ask for some and they gave us paper ones). Hanger were missing completely, we had to keep most of our clothes hang on the door( they were wet because of the rain ). A door mat to not go with all the dirt from your shoes inside would have been perfect. the location itself it’s good, pretty close to the bazar and comercial streets around 15-20min walking and 30-40 minutes walking for Mosques BUT the street itself it’s pretty creepy. Like my girlfriend said that she wouldn’t have the courage to go alone or with another girl friend
• Gojković (5/5): - Dopala nam lokacija smeštaja, iako deluje 'zabačeno', zapravo je jako blizu glavnoj ulici od koje kasnije idete bilo gde. Sve znamenitosti su na dohvat ruke. Market je odmah ispred smeštaja. Doručak je sasvim solidan za cenu koju plaćate. Pri dolasku primetile smo da je u glava tuša tuš kabini polomljena (pa smo se kupale samo crevom😅). Takođe, ni internet nam nije radio, hvala Bogu pa smo uplatile esim karticu. U suštini, sve ove stvari su zanemarljive, ukoliko niste previše probirljivi i zahtevni, jer ste najmanje u toj sobi.
• Svetislav (10/5): - Proveli smo 4 noći u sobi 101, bila je čista, ima mali frižider i kuvalo za kafu i čaj. Lokacija je blizu Galata mosta, u istorijskom centru grada, sve najbitnije atrakcije su vam na pešačkoj udaljenosti.Doručak je klasičan i sasvim ok, štedi vam vreme i novac. Osoblje je uslužno i spremno da pomogne, posebno mladi momak na recepciji i spremačica Ira. Odličan odnos uloženog i dobijenog. Došao bih ponovo tu.

• David (1/5): We did not stay at the property because it was completely misrepresented. - Nothing. We were unable to stay at the property The reviews on Booking.com were completely misleading and did not match reality. Bonita Boutique was nothing like the photos. The building looked old and worn down, the entrance opened into a dark, narrow staircase with NO elevator, and the room was on the 3rd floor. The real room was tiny, smelled damp, and had a bathroom squeezed inside the room. Nothing resembled the pictures or descriptions. The hotel also forced us to check in at a different location more than a block away, then walk back and forth with our luggage to this run-down building. The photos and ratings were clearly manipulated — nothing matched reality. The management treated us rudely, refused to communicate in English, and told us “take it or leave it.” We had to drag our luggage across the city during rush hour to find another hotel because no taxis were available. We ended up paying much more for a last-minute room. This experience ruined the first day of our trip, caused stress between me and my fiancée, and led to unnecessary extra expenses for a last-minute hotel. Booking.com ignored our emails and several phone calls and refused to give us a refund, even after we sent proof that we did NOT stay at Bonita Boutique. Very disappointing experience and completely unacceptable.
• Ryhor (8/5): - Clean rooms. Fridge, water, tea, kettle available. Breakfast is modest, but quite enough to boost your energy in the morning. The hotel is located close to Eminonu area with metro, ferry and Marmarai stations. Close to Galata bridge and Egyptian bazaar. As in many such small hotels I had issues with water drainage in the shower.

• ELENI (10/5): Καλή σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία και κοντά σε μέσα μεταφοράς - Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ φιλικό, ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία και πολύ κοντά σε στάσεις λεωφορείων που εξυπηρετούν κάθε γωνιά της Κωνσταντινούπολης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ αναπαυτικά - αυτό που χρειαζόμασταν μετά από την καθημερινή και ολοήμερη περιήγηση στην πόλη. Υπήρχε πάντα ζεστό νερό. Το πρωϊνό ήταν πλούσιο.

Ademas teniamos una habitacion con muchisimos mosquitos, cada dia nos despertabamos con muchisimas picaduras. Lo hablamos con el responsable, no nos oferto solucion. Lo unico decente el desayuno.

• Bálint (9/5): We spent eight days and loved every moment – thank you Bonita, you made Istanbul feel like home!🌟 - I promised the staff I would write a long review, and after 8 wonderful days they truly deserve it :) Honestly, choosing a hotel in Istanbul was not easy at all. I wanted something affordable, central, reliable and well equipped, but I had very little information about this gigantic city. Booking showed me countless hostels and rooms, but most cheap places had almost no reviews or were not even found on Google Maps. When I found Bonita Hotel & Boutique I was still unsure: there were many positive comments, but also angry negative ones, mainly about the neighborhood. On Google Maps the Boutique even had only 1.5 stars from two reviews – not reassuring at all. But! And here is the big BUT! My friend and I were so happy with the Bonita that we would definitely choose it again if we came back to Istanbul – even for a month! Yes, the neighborhood looks kinda run-down, but it is extremely friendly, safe and truly central – you can reach almost everything within 15 minutes. Of course this is not a luxury hotel, but we paid only €250 for 7 nights for 2 people. Comeon, that’s almost nothing! And the breakfast: every morning started perfectly with the same cheese, cold cuts, bread, coffee, muesli and çay – always served with a smile by the kind kitchen lady. One of the staff may seem serious at first, but in fact he is very caring and always ready to help. Maybe the shower leaked a little, maybe the TV remote didn’t work, maybe we didn’t use the kettle – but the only thing that truly matters is that we had a clean, peaceful place to sleep, quiet and safe. And that is priceless! If you expect a shiny palace and five-star service, this is not your place. But if you want to spend great days in Istanbul among locals, living their daily life, eating their food and petting their cats right outside the door – then Bonita is the perfect choice. Do not believe the angry reviews. Anyone with good judgment will absolutely love this cute room on the 2nd floor. Yes, the hotel has its flaws, but none of them truly mattered. Yes, it is not for picky or spoiled tourists – but it is PERFECT for those who value little but good, beauty in simplicity, a kind smile and genuine effort from the staff. This place gave us the real Turkish spirit in such a way that we would never trade it for any luxury hotel. Thank you, truly and sincerely!
• Alexander (7/5): - Неплохое месторасположение, приветливый персонал, удобный матрац. В нашем номере ужасно пахло плесенью в ванной комнате. Собственно это и сложило негативное восприятие проживания. К остальным минусам были готовы, а именно - маленькая тесная комната, и отсутствие лифта, при условии что надо было подниматься на 3 этаж по винтовой лестнице. Но это для нас мелочи, но тот ужасный запас - просто кошмар..

• James (9/5): 5 nights' stay. - The boutique is just a short walk from Bonita Hotel, and the top floor room is very nice and comfortable. Room facilities were good: shower, fridge, and AC all worked well. Hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Nothing. All good.

Location is just perfect to go everywhere in center. Breakfast is basic but nice, enough. The receptionist guy put us in Bonita hotel for one night which is really not even comparable to Boutique Bonita, in hotel room was small and not clean so be sure to book Botique not hotel. Also the so bad smell of eggs comes from downstairs of hotel Bonita. Thank God it was for only one night. Other one is really amazing tho.

• Zafer (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect. First of all, thanks to Mr. Burak. He is a very professional person. The woman who works in a warehouse across from the hotel and speaks loudly for 12 hours a day like a rooster in the morning...
• Kine (1/5): Arrogant staff, living in deep deny, threats of banning me from Turkey - The hostel is in a ghetto area with fallen buildings surrounded, no lights at night, looks like the neighbourhood been though a war. They whitewash it by saying its in a up and coming part of the city. The staff got super offended when I caught them up in their own lies. I would never ever as a solo traveler live in that place, it does not look safe. More dodgy and the staff cant relate, because they are not in the same situation, being new in town and did not even bother seeing it from a travellers perspective. Just got defensive. It was a 3-4 min walk from the main hostel, which they did not inform my driver about so I came at night, I was dropped off and stood in a dark alley all alone with no reception and nobody to greet me. A kind neighbour helped me and called the hostel. And the employee blamed me, I should have known to go to their other location, which is not intuitive at all. I went to the address of the location. But their reception was 3-4 min away. Without informing the driver or me about this beforehand. The staff were manipulative and deceptive. Not receptive of feedback of lack of organising at all. And not a solo friendly location either. Who wants to walk alone in a dark alley? Far away from main road, no street lights, fallen buildings, bricks fallen off, garbage on the street, construction barely standing. Its creepy. Luckily local Egyptians are kind. But, I would never live like that going on my own. Not worth the risk. And Im an experienced traveller. Sheets did not get cleaned during my stay. They did not have coffee available at the room, so I had to buy my own. I wounded the pride of the guy who worked there immensely. He took everything personal, when I was referring to the business. The receptionist (Not Turkish, I think they are from North africa eg Marrocco) got so upset that he threatened me to call the police so I would never be allowed to enter Turkey again. Thats a bold claim and holding no jurisdiction over it, his not even local.

• Matteo (9/5): Superb - The hotel is at walking distance from metro/bus stops and at walking distance from the touristic attractions of the Sultanahmet district. Nevertheless, it remains in the middle of a residential area, surrounded by local shops, bakeries and generally a pleasant community-feel. The room that we were allocated was on the third floor of a building located at walking distance from the reception one: the room was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed tea/coffee facilities and the lovely evening views on the neighbouring Suleymaniye mosque. The provided breakfast was nice and the Staff of the hotel has been very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended to those who want to explore the touristic attractions of the city, but also experience the local lifestyle.

Location is great for me. More of a local area so you can try local food at reasonable prices if you are on a budget and it is fairly quiet at night. Bus and tram station 100m away. 1 stop away from Grand bazaar. Nothing.

Staff are helpful specially for the directions. No one is cleaning the room specially collecting the trash and changing towels And i booked for 2 adult and 1 baby but they only provide 1towel and blanket but when i ask they gave me.
• Sasa (10/5): Boutique Bonita - Boutique is on very interesting district with typical Turkish life. The room was nice for a couple. The staff was really helpfull and gave us a lot of informations for every our question. They also helped us to make us an itinirery when we were going to Asia side of Istanbul. They also went to the nearest place to buy me a yoghurt when i had stomache problems on first day 😀.

We arrived slightly early, so went to the Bonita hotel around the corner who were able to check us in. The gentlemen showed us to our room at Bonita Boutique, showed us the access code and gave us access to the WiFi. On the day that we checked out, the hotel allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel reception for the day - thank you very much for this, it was very much appreciated.
• Reva (3/5): Nightmare experiences - Only the bed and pillow are good Nothing else. Boutique is few roads away from actual hotel and the way is too filthy and not pleasant. The room we had was on the top floor and it was so incredibly inconvenient with Narrow and steep spiral staircase access to the room. We found none of the staffs except the cafe ladies are friendly and helpful. Please don’t fall for it by looking at the pictures.
