• Eleni (1/5): Αηδιαστική τουλάχιστον - Το μόνο καλό του καταλύματος είναι η τοποθεσία και τα καθαρά κλινισκεπασματα. Άθλια συνθήκη υγιεινής, μπάνιο μουλιασμένο, αηδιαστικό τουλάχιστον θα πω, δεν μπορουσαμε ούτε να πάμε στη τουαλέτα, φύγαμε άρρωστοι και οι δύο από το καταλλυμα. Δεν αξίζει ούτε τα μισά χρήματα για αυτή τη διαμονή. Λυπάμαι Αντώνη, απαράδεκτες συνθηκες για αυτά τα χρήματα, απαράδεκτη και η booking με το πώς χειριζεται την ασφάλεια των επισκεπτών.

• Friedemann (5/5): Bett top, Bad flopp - Das Bett war schön fest und die Lage, direkt am Meer war super. Für unseren Zweck, nämlich eine Nacht spontan in Paleochora abzusteigen, war aus ausreichend., Das Bad war eine Katastrophe. Vermutlich in den 80ern saniert und seitdem nicht mehr modernisiert.
• Claudia (5/5): Abenteuerlicher Standard, super Lage, 2 Tage maximum - Diese Unterkunft lebt von der Lage. Man schläft quasi direkt im Meer, hat einen tollen Ausblick, hofft aber, dass der Balkon, eher Austritt, noch hält und das Geländer seinen Zweck erfüllt. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr klein, aber für die Lage auch direkt am Hafen, dennoch nicht zu laut macht das wieder gut. Die ältere Dame im Untergeschoss ist wirklich super lieb auch wenn die Kommunikation nur mit Händen und Füssen möglich war. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr sauber und ein Lichtblick. Also das Bad ist wirklich grenzwertig. Die dazu gehörigen Fotos haben wir vorher nicht beachtet und sind fast noch geschönt. Empfindliche Seelen drehen sofort wieder um. Länger als 2 Tage? Niemals. Zudem irre klein und schmal. Die sonstige Einrichtung wirklich alt und klapperig, Ein Stuhl der schon sehr wackelig war. In den Schrank mag man nicht räumen, aber Koffer passen auch nirgends hin ohne "drübersteigen", aber das ist eben klein. 2 Steckdosen. Kein Licht am Bett.
• Garyfallou (1/5): Τραγωδία - Τίποτα Βρώμικο δωμάτιο, γεμάτο σκόνη. Είχε κατσαρίδες στο μπάνιο και το πάτωμα του δωματίου ήταν πολύ βρώμικο. Το κτήριο πολύ παλιό. Δεν υπήρχε ντουζιέρα, πάρα μόνο δίπλα στη τουαλέτα μια βρύση με ένα τηλέφωνο για να κάνει κάποιος ντους δίπλα στη τουαλέτα. Το δωμάτιο της τουαλέτα μύριζε αρχηκα και είχε κατσαρίδες. Τα κουφώματα πολύ παλιά ξύλινα χωρίς καμία ηχομόνωση. Ένα παράθυρο δεν είχε τζαμί και ήταν κλειστό με νάιλον και πλαστική κολλητική ταινία. Ότι και να πω για αυτό το δωμάτιο είναι λίγο. Απορώ πως νοικιάζεται αυτό το έκτρωμα.

• Joanne (3/5): - While the staff was genuinely helpful and hospital, letting me check in early and very kind, the accommodation was over priced for what it afforded. The room is in sad need of upkeep. The balcony had a tiny space overlooking an alley with barely room to stand. For the price, it was disappointing as other rooms in the town at the same price offer much more. I have stayed in other rooms with a kitchenette for less money. The price was high but the only room available. I blame Booking.com for the bad offer.

• Michael (5/5): Wir brauchten kurzfristig ein verfügbares Bett für eine Nacht, dafür war es ok. - Wir brauchten kurzfristig eine Übernachtung, das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, Bett und Wäsche waren sauber, die ältere sehr herzliche Dame war extrem nett 😍 Wir haben sie gerne unterstützt. Mega Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang, direkt am Wasser ☺️ Das Bad ist so lala… 😉

• Fredrica (7/5): Flexible and okay - Super easy to communicate with the host, clear instructions, and flexible, perfect for my agenda, with late arrival & early departure times. Good sized room + own bathroom with everything necessary. Fridge for use in common area. The bathroom was a little..rundown, maybe is the right word. I also arrived so late that the route Google told me to take was closed for traffic (down by the harbour), so was a bit of a struggle to find a parking space nearby.

I paid for a 80 euro for a 3 hour snorkelling trip and this was 10 times better and free. I would definitely stay there again but I understand it is not for everyone. • chrissa (9/5): Great! - We stayed for 6 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was authentic, comfortable, and we truly felt at home. We weren’t bothered at all during our stay, which made it very relaxing. The older lady who welcomed us was absolutely gorgeous - so kind and warm, she made us feel completely at ease. Being half Cretan, it felt like we were staying with our own Yiayia, even though we don’t speak much Greek. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! N/A

• Miluše (7/5): Skvělá poloha a milý personál. Chtělo by to trochu zrenovovat, obměnit nábytek a doplnit na pokoj skleničky, ke společné - Poloha objektu je výborná a pokoj je sympatický a prostorný. Líbil se mi boční výhled na moře a přístav. Koupelna - kapalo umyvadlo a byla stále mokrá podlaha. Výhled do dvora s horou haraburdí mi vadil.

Oder um einfach und günstig Urlaub zu machen auch okay. Da passt der Preis dann aber nicht so ganz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt!!! w.o.

• Rainer (1/5): Dreckig und ungepflegt- eine Zumutung! - Der Blick aufs Meer. Ein ungepflegtes, vernachlässigten Haus von außen wie von innen. Im Bad konnte man kaum stehen, so winzig war der Raum. Schimmel in Fugen und den Ritzen uralten Silikons. Nach einer Dusche mit der griechischen Dusche direkt am Eingang des Bades, schwamm der komplette Raum. Uralte eklige Gummimatte, die wir sofort elemenierten. Da die Dusche hinter der Badtüre aus Holz war, moderte diese Tür von innen und zersplitterte am unteren Rand. Benutzte Ohrstäbchen auf dem Fußboden. Nur ein Nachttisch und keine Nachttischlampe. Nur 2 Plastikschemel zum Sitzen. Kein Föhn, nur 2 Steckdosen. Gemeinschaftskühlschrank im Treppenhaus beherbergte uralte versammelte Lebensmittel abgereister Gäste. der Minibalkon war dreckig und mit wackeligem Geländer. Vermieter nicht einmal gesehen.

Only needed the room for a few hours, so it had to do however would recommend you keep searching as there are far superior rooms out there for the same price. • Marcus (5/5): Reisender, meide Paleochora - Sehr "authentisch". Eine auf keine Art und Weise herausgeputzte Unterkunft mit touristischem Komfort. Sondern von außen eine Bruchbude zwischen Bauruinen, wie es sie hier in vielen Orten gibt. Nur darf man sie betreten, weil dort 4 Zimmer zur Vermietung stehen. Von innen ist es keine Bruchbude, da hat der Eigentümer renoviert. Trotzdem bleibt der Standard einfach und das ist auch schön so, weil solche Unterkünfte immer seltener werden und dem Kommerz anheim fallen. Entgegen anderer Meinungen hier war es innen sehr ordentlich und sauber. Frische Handtücher und Bettzeug lagen bereit. Natürlich ist die Einrichtung abgenutzt und von vorgestern, aber das gehört zum Charme. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist sehr optimistisch, da täte ein Stück weit mehr Ehrlichkeit gut. Das vermeidet nämlich enttäuschte Gäste und schlechte Bewertungen. Gesetzt wird hauptsächlich auf die Lage direkt am Meer. Alle Fotos fokussieren nur den Ausblick. Der hat aber auch einen Nachteil: es wird schon frühmorgens glühend heiß im Raum. Wer Klimaanlagen mag, ist dort verkehrt. Es ist ein Splitgerät vorhanden, aber ohne Funktion. Die Lage ist nicht direkt am Strand, dort sind Steinschüttungen. Der Strand ist woanders. Es gibt 2 Zimmer zur Seeseite. Der "Balkon" ist nur ein Austritt, eher französisch bodentiefes Fenster. Die anderen 2 Zimmer weisen nicht etwa auf "pittoreske Seitenstraßen", sondern links und rechts auf Bauruinen und jede Menge Dreck. Dafür ist es dort kühler. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftskühlschrank auf der Etage, das ist okay. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher, aber nur zwei Trinkgläser. Keine Tassen, kein Besteck. Strange. Und das Bad im Zimmer ist in Wirklichkeit ein gefliestes Kabuff mit Waschbecken, Spiegelschrank, Klobecken und einer Duscharmatur an der Wand nebst Bodenabfluss vorm Klo. Alles in einem. Absolutes Highlight! Und ja. Das funktioniert. Man könnte also Haarewaschen im Klo, wenn einem der Deckel nicht auf den Kopf fällt. Nach dem Duschen schwimmt die Bude - doch solange die Sonne scheint, ist nach spätestens einer halben Stunde alles wieder trocken. Wie gesagt, das ist alles okay und stört nicht. Nur erwähnt das alles die Beschreibung nicht. Und deshalb ist der Preis p.N. letzten Endes unverschämt- weil er nicht zu dem gebotenen Standard passt. 30 wären für September angemessen.

• Vera (4/5): Déçus par le logement qui ne correspondait pas à ce qui était annoncé . - Rien Chambre très spartiate pour ne pas dire mal entretenue: équipements très vieillots : salle d’eau avec douchette entre lavado et wc tout était inondé , la climatisation ne marchait pas alors qu’il faisait très chaud, les volets de la fenêtre ne fermaient pas , pas de wifi sous prétexte qu’il y avait un problème technique , l’immeuble était délabré.
• Giannis (1/5): - Τίποτα Απαράδεκτο. Καταρρέει μέσα και έξω. Πενταβρωμικο, με σπασμένο τζάμι και κουφώματα που δεν κλείνουν. Σεντόνια, πετσέτες και έπιπλα γεμάτα σκόνη. Πλήρωσα προκαταβολικά 57€ για να μην καταφέρω νά κάνω μπάνιο αφού ήταν άθλιο και σιχαμερό και να μην κοιμηθώ γιατί τα κουφώματα χτυπούσαν συνέχεια. Το τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας δεν είναι του ιδιοκτήτη αλλά ενός παλιού διαχειριστή του οικήματος. Υποτίθεται ότι κλείσαμε δωμάτιο με θέα θάλασσα, ωστόσο το μόνο που είδαμε ήταν το Σαββατοκύριακο που είχαμε να ξεκουραστούμε, να μετατρέπεται σε θρίλερ. Θα έπρεπε να απαγορεύεται να μένουν άνθρωποι εκεί

• LaGwen (9/5): - Emplacement idéal ! Super accueil très chaleureux même si elle ne parlait que le grec (heureusement sa petite fille d'une vingtaine d'années est arrivée) Peu de prises dans la chambre et douche qui inonde la salle de bain (pas de rideau car pas possible d'en mettre).

The owner was super sweet, and despite me not speaking Greek and her not speaking English we managed to get acquainted and she even told me a bit about her life. The place was spotless. The bathroom was quite awkward, but was exactly as portrayed in the property pics.
• Dorisute (5/5): Für Anspruchslose - Das Bett, die Lage und der Meerblick. Außerdem war die Vermieterin, die kein Englisch oder Deutsch versteht, sehr nett. Wir haben uns auch so verständigt. Das Badezimmer ist nicht nur sehr alt und klein, sondern für die Dusche ist quasi kein Platz. Wenn man duscht, ist das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Mehr als einen Tag würde ich nicht so verbringen wollen.
• Patricia (7/5): Die Unterkunft war okay, aber für den Preis definitiv zu wenig Leistung - Die Lage war top und der Meerblick schön Man konnte das Zimmer nicht richtig verdunkeln, um 6 Uhr knallte die Sonne voll rein. Geputzt wurde im Zimmer in 4 Tagen nie. Es hatte einen Wasserkocher und 2 Tassen, aber keinen Löffel. Due Person im Hause konnte nur griechisch.
• Vivian (7/5): - The towels were lovely and fluffy, the location is excellent the host was pleasant. The place generally had an air of needed maintenance, particularly the bathrooms.
• Teresa (10/5): Bra läge dock inte boende för längre vistelse. - Bra läge, passar för en natt eller två. Lite rörig ”incheckning ”.
