Guest Reviews
- Ruth Laila (9/5): - It would have been perfect if toilet is inside the dome itself... otherwise everything else is 👍🏻 Nothing
- Alice (9/5): -
- Pui Li (10/5): -
- Wing lun (10/5):
- Kai Min (10/5): Perfect, for big or small groups. Value for money. - everything is perfect just one thing, we stayed 3 nights, and no make up for rooms, just changing the towels and utilities. But the staff are all good and overall, very good experience.
- Walaiwat (10/5): -
- Chen Jung (9/5): -
- Michaela (8/5): Really lovely stay, nice change from a traditional hotel - We loved the space in the tent, and we really enjoyed our sauna (when it worked).
Very happy to have a humidifier in the room and the coffee was great. They could offer fresh milk to go with the coffee. I found it hard to understand the breakfast and bbq options for us.
Also we paid for sauna, the guy told us to add more logs if it got too cold, but you actually had to add logs to keep it going and we realised so late it was hard to get it going and lost too much heat, pretty much lost half the sauna time. Also you have to pay per person a not per sauna which is a bit steep when other places include this and onsen/spa for free.
The fridge froze our food and ruined a lot of it, which was annoying
- Christophe (10/5): -
- Greg (10/5): Dreamy was more than we normally pay but worth every dollar - Was such a special place. Unique with the best view. We would stay again. The half board was some of the most amazing food. Booking.com search.
- Megan (9/5): Beautiful little spot - Great spot
5 mins from resort Toilets are outside
- Lauren (6/5): Very expensive for what it was - probably more enjoyable in summer when you can use the outdoor tables and chairs etc. - Unique place to stay, shuttle bus to and from train station and mountain was convenient, and there are a couple of restaurants a few mins walk away Toilets 50m walk away in the snow. Booked for 4 people but the 4th bed was a mattress on the floor - made the space cramped, and it was cold! Kitchen advertised but it’s just a hot plate and a saucepan - have to ask for crockery and cutlery
- Liang (8/5): - The staff - Buta from Nepal is extremely helpful in every thing including preparing BBQ lamb dinner.
- Alon (1/5): Better to stay in a much more connected accommodation. - Nothing Very hard to reach to the property, poor cancelation policy, owner seems to not care and charge anyway the full amount for non-show after the first night.
- Georgina (10/5): -
- Watanabe (9/5): -
- Foo (10/5): - Phenomenal hospitality from the staff and a wonderful place to disconnect
- CHIH HSUAN (5/5): -
- Angus (10/5): One of the best experiences we’ve had. - The people were incredibly warm and friendly. Celebrating Christmas away from home didn’t feel as lonely for my daughter when she discovered that the camp we were staying at was decorated with balloons, and there was even a visit from Santa himself. Nothing.
- Arisara (10/5): Our stay here was memorable. We will definitely be back again and stay longer. - Everything. Even magical at night. Very attentive and many activities. Our kids had the most awesome time here. Dont forget to order marshmallows during campfire. None
- Karuna (10/5): -
- Tsz Kwan (5/5): -
- yosef (1/5): The price we paid was far above the value of the place. - Nothing Unreasonable price
- Kit Kui (6/5): Food is good but not my choice - The property looks fine Unclean at the remote assigned washroom
- Jessica (9/5): -
- ai (9/5): -
- Sharon (9/5): -
- Parinee (9/5): A fun night’s stay - Location is close to the Unkai Terrace gondola, less than a 10 minute drive.
The tent was comfortable, bedding was soft and fluffy, and all the basic amenities needed for our stay was available in-room.
BBQ dinner was fun and bonfire in the evening was nice.
There is a laundry room (pay to use + buy detergent from Petit Hotel Gracey next door) and a microwave in the laundry room too. Unclear instructions and signages regarding check in. Fyi, upon arrival, head to Petit Gracey to check in.
Bathroom is outside the tent and common area lights are turned off early, so make sure to bring along the torchlight to light your way to the bathroom (the path to the bathroom has steps) at night.
The area does not have convenience stores nearby so there is a small selection of snacks and drinks at Petit Gracey. Stop by a combini to buy your own snacks and drinks before making your way to the glamp site.
- Vernetta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kei (7/5): Good -
- Amanda (9/5): We loved our stay in the dome tent - There were a lot of thoughtful touches for the amenities. I really liked having a coffee from hand ground coffee in the morning. The beds were very plush and comfortable. The swing in the dome was fun. Our stay felt very luxurious and special You do need to exit the dome and walk 2m outside to access your private bathroom. We were there in February and despite the snow and cold, this wasn’t as bad as I anticipated.
There are some pots and pans to cook but no plates or bowls to eat from. I think it might have been possible to rent some but it seemed strange not to offer anything to eat the food you are able to prepare
- Chris (10/5): Wonderful experience for our family. The dinner and sauna was a nice bonus! - Lots of space for our family. Sauna was great. Staff was very accommodating and the online ordering was very easy.
- Kin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angkana (8/5): Good - All good Be careful when you choose room. I got one doesn’t have shower and toilet in room
- Kin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Allan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kam (10/5): The service from the staff was excellent, that was a very pleasant stay - The service from the staff was excellent, they are really helpful and friendly
- Nutch (9/5): Superb -
- Nutch (9/5): Good Place to Stay Closed to TOMAMU SKI RESORT - First time experience in the dome's room type. It's so wide and have a lot of facilities you need in the room. Good for family sharing up to 4 people. Having heater, refrigerator and dinner table inside. Also, kitchen and toilet outside the dome but very closed. You can also ask for amenity and kitchenware from the front desk for BBQ meal. Have parking-lot on site as well. You need to walk a little outside the dome to toilet and kitchen. Winter might be some cold when getting out the room.
- Christel (10/5): Nature, snow wonderland - Unbelievable location, staff was wonderful, food was so plentiful and good. We regretted only booking one day. It turned out to be our best stay.
- Yue (8/5): The stay was wonderful, but there is room for improvement. - The bed is very comfortable, and there is a hanging chair. Going to the toilet was inconvenient and the range hood is not strong enough.
- Fujio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jj (10/5): Overall great - We love this Glamping experience - room is cosy & Clean ,view was great, breakfast is special
Staffs are very friendly the price is steep and the toilet not connected to the Glamping…
We had one room heater didn’t work and it took them an hour to repair
- Pek (8/5): Wonderful stay and beautiful nature - The room, facilities, amenities and the nature around it made this glamping site a great place to visit The ventination of the bbq room next to our camp was not so good
- Kit (10/5): Exceptional - The property is well equipped, provide shuttle services between Tomamu station, Hoshino Resort and the campsite. Staff will set bonfire 18:00-21:00 every night. Also there are some free borrow board games such as Othello and Jenga.
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zi (9/5): Superb - The staff is really nice Not much to do around the area.
- Hava (8/5): Different and unique experience - It’s a unique property. The bbq dinner outside the room was unique as well with plenty of food. The sharing toilet and the “private “ shower is anout 50 meters out the trnt, which sometimes you didn’t clear it up and you have yo, otherwise I wouldn’t book it.
- Lo (5/5): Overall everything was good except couldn’t get in touch at the emergency phone number 😡 - Dinner and breakfast were good. Rooms was clean, bed was comfortable too. We left our key in the room because the door at our closed very easily (Tent Vega). We called the hotel emergency phone number for help but it rang but no one answered. What’s the meaning of emergency?
- Kwan (9/5): Superb -
- Hiu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bernard (8/5): Very good - Interesting. Away from city. Night sky, star gazing.
