- Yvonne (10/5): Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner abgeschlossener Anlage mit eigenem Strandzugang. - Schönes großes Ferienhaus in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage. Alle Räume klimatisiert, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Toller abgeschlossener Garten mit Meerblick, in dem sich auch unsere Hunde sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Zu Fuß 3 Minuten bis zum tollen Sandstrand von San Lorenzo. Check-in Top, Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer absolut unkompliziert und schnell. Nichts, es war alles bestens!

- Dave (10/5): Exceptional - From the spacious nice porch, you can see the sea and hear the waves on the shore. It is not direct at the beach, but that is good, only few minutes walk. We looked also at the houses direct at the beach, but the privacy is less there than our villa. The villa has all what you need. Washing machine, microwave, outer shower and bathroom, 2 inner bathrooms and toilets. Spacious and privacy garden. Big front and side porch. Every morning, a van with Sicilian bread etc drives by. Very handy for your breakfast. Pachino and Marzamemi are small villages, appr. 10-15 minutes by car, where you do the groceries or go for breakfast as well. Towns like Noto is appr. 25 minutes distance driving. The concierge Maria is very helpful and friendly. She has a translating device, so can help in numerous languages. The villa itself was tidy and well maintained. Some other houses surrounding it, needed some maintenance. That can give you a feel that all is a bit old when you arrive. But the villa itself is one of the best maintained. The entrance (gated fence) could use a sign, to be more clear where you need to be. We first ended up at the neighbours beach center.
