• Paraschiv (10/5): Excellent location, great service - The location is in a quiet village, very close to Kaprun, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. The attention to detail is excellent, and the property is very well equipped, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
• Konrad (10/5): Najlepszy jak dotąd w pobliżu Kitzsteinhorn w rozsądnych pieniądzach i na tym poziomie wyposażenia. - Wspaniale położony z pięknym widokiem z tarasu. Wszystko nowe i czyste. Więcej miejsca nia w poprzednich obiektach tego typu. Cisza i spokój. Trochę brakowało miejsca do suszenia butów i ubrań narciarskich. Oczywiście był taras i dzięki pięknej pogodzie nie było problemu, ale zimą to trzeba wziąć pod uwagę. Być może pomocne będzie ogrzewanie podłogowe które jest w całym domu.

• Lenka (10/5): - Postele by mohly být pro někoho až moc měkké. Sama mám raději tvrdší, ale spalo se na nich opravdu dobře. Chybí malá lampička u postele na čtení. V meším apartmánu je trochu těsno. Sprchový kout je přímo v pokoji. Kuchyň je vybavená velmi dobře, jediné co mi chybělo je struhadlo.

• Philippe (10/5): Appartement fabuleux - L'appartement (sur 3) dans le chalet de la propriétaire Jana (très sympathique et disponible si besoin) était au delà de nos attentes : très bien situé dans quartier calme, moderne et bien équipé, très propre, possibilité de manger en extérieur et de profiter de la terrasse, parking privé et vue sur les montagnes Pour être encore plus complet, il ne manquerait, éventuellement, qu'un lave linge pour les séjours plus longs par exemple.

• Kellie (9/5): Perfect apartment, perfect location. - Perfect but would be tight for more than 4 for more than 2 nights. Close and yet far enough from Zell am See. Beautiful location! Clean, crisp everything you need!! Maybe slightly small for more than 4 (we had 2 adults and 4 kids which worked but more than two nights would’ve pushed kids/space to the limit!)
• Cheryl (10/5): Stunning apartment and location - This is a fabulous apartment. We stayed in the 2 bedroom accommodation. It has a spectacular view of the mountains and the valley. The apartment itself is beautiful inside with quality fittings and furnishings and plenty of room for a family of 5. The outdoor areas are immaculate. The kitchen diner allowed us to self-cater when needed. The village itself has two fabulous restaurants-an Italian and a traditional Austrian. There is also a well stocked mini market and an amazing bakery. The Fun Card that comes with the apartment allowed us to get free access to the lake pool complex at Niedernsill which was well worth the visit. I would not hesitate to return here. A washing machine would be welcome for longer stays and a microwave would have been a useful extra.

Good parking space. Very nice property. Nothing. Just a tip - some dish soap and coffee capsules in the kitchen would have enhanced the experience.

On the day of our arrival was quite cold, the underfoor heating needed the whole day to get better temperature. The capacity (number) of ski shoes dryer needs to increase (there were not enough ski shoes dryers on site for all guests).
