Ivana (9/5): - Location. Quiet area, but close to everything, close to public paid garage and lot of free parking places around. The host. Very good communication with the host. Everything is like in the pictures. AC only in one room. The small but nice balcony could not be used due to various materials stored here. But none of that spoiled our stay.

Azamat (5/5): A controversial option to stay - A good location is the only positive thing about the place. Wi-Fi is provided, that's good. The TV set shows TV only (no options like YouTube etc) It's an old flat with subtle smells you wouldn't like much. Given that it's cold (like winter) you are to handle heating devices - just get prepared in case. Some devices might not heat yet indicate they're turned on. The bathroom is not heated so be prepared for sitting on something cold.

Simićević (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Excellent host. Clean sheets. Everything was pretty great. Bathroom was kind of wet the entire time.
Goran (10/5): Excellent value for money on superb location with parking. - Location and spacious rooms. Clean. It has everything that a guest needs, except a mop and detergent for dishes, but it's irrelevant compared to all the other basic stuff and a good price. After all, we came in Belgrade to roam around the city, not to lay in apartment :-) Noisy (squeeking) bed. I just slept on it alone and it squeeked on my every move, but I can't imagine a couple on it with any other possible activities :-) The whole building would know it for sure. Maybe ideal for some exibicionists :-)
