• Podder (10/5): Exceptional - The versatility of the property is great. It is bang on the beach, there’s ample greenery all around. Food is amazing too.
• Ray (6/5): Not a worthy staying - Location and pool and recreation park within the restort. The basic amenities within room are not upto the mark and lack very basic requirements. The description of the room in the site also doesn't match with actual reality. They didn't have a proper charging point of mobile within the room, lacks a mandatory sofa set to sit ( only two plasctic chairs), no toiletries within bathroom ( only two one rupees shampoo Sachet and one three rupees sample local soap), no rack within bathroom, no added facilities like electric kettle, milk, sugar etc.. This hotel is more like a holiday home or Dharamshala rather than a resort. No proper relaxing facilities in fron of the sea side, only you have to sit over rusted plastic chairs available scattered. For the price you are paying there are much much better hotels available in Mandarmani.

Room amenities are almost zero for 9800/- tarrif Toothpaste and toothbrush was not given, when asked (at the time of check out) the manager was indifferent and well trained to speak loose. He has informed me that since guest do waste toothpaste that's why we dont give it, unless it is requested. Means you charge you don't provide. The Day starts with bad mood. No kettle, No tea or coffees bag, No minibar inside room, Walls are damaged, windows were not cleaned, floors have stains. Sitting chairs inside rooms are those which are used in shamiana or banquet functions for wooden tea table. Mineral water taste salty never tasted bisleri like that. Bought kinley from outside shop. No door mat. Staff gets into the room with shoes and slippers. Note hotel is adjacent to sea, floor become sticky. So customer has to carry his own home slippers. No intercom telephone. I am asked to use my mobile to call the reservation number for any service. Unless called for the left over plates, the same will remain outside the door. Shows lack of management. Property is still under construction it seems. Hotel needs two hours to serve the lunch or dinner after they take order. Unfortunately they don't take orders on time. Planning lacks. The last line of staff are very polite but supervisor and mangers are definitely not from hotelier background. Horrible roads to reach out the hotel. You can hear music coming from adjacent hotel. Bottom line - Lacks in room amenities, lacks in Hygiene standards and lacks professional approach to handle customer. If you want to visit as a tourist especially with family and give equal importance to stay and tourist spot then it is not right place. Also if you are often visit top hotel chains in India then this place is not right for your experience. Opinion is purely personal as per my expectations vs deliverables from hotel side.
• De (10/5): The Hotel is specious and adjoining the sea. Sea waves are hitting the boundary wall of the Hotel. - Main attraction of this Hotel is its large Swimming pool. It is very nicely maintained. Food is also very good. Behavior of the staffs are very good.

• Mahua (10/5): Stay was safe and good - View of the sea beach was good and swimming pool was excellent. Food quality was good. 1. Cleanliness was not there due to sand dust. 2. Current was off all of a sudden no backup generator for 2hrs during these hot season. 3. Price was more as we stayed in suit.

• Chandrani (7/5): Good - I like the place and its ambience. The park for kids was all broken and they all are filled with rust. The connection of the intercom was not working. So, for any information or any order to place we have to go to the reception. Food delivery at night was too late. The order was placed at around 8:45 pm, but food was served after 11:15 pm. There was no electric kettle in the room for hot water . No toiletries were provided.

• Arpita (10/5): Wonderful Stay - We had a pleasant stay at Nilkantha Hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable.We spent most of the day lounging by the pool and being by the beach which was just a short walk away. The staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms offered very beautiful views of the ocean, and the balcony was perfect for enjoying the sunrise and sunset. Will be back definitely.
• Oindrila (10/5): Excellent - It's perfect for someone who is seeking peace and quiet space as this is a bit away from the crowded shores. The staff is incredibly attentive and deserves a special mention as without them the stay wouldn't have been this easy going. I would recommend to take the beach facing rooms, specially to try out their Bengali cuisine and fresh fish and seafood
• Das (10/5): the direct seaview was overwhelming - The highlight of this stay is definitely the direct seaview. Specially if you are going with kids, it would be an added point as the pool inside the resort helps to keep them engaged for long when we aren't going out. Friendly staff. Food was just amazing, the best part of the hotel is it has its own beach area where no other public disturbed us, and our kids even experienced watersports activities.

• Ananya (4/5): Good - Location was awesome. Safe you can sit and enjoy the view. Sea beach was right behind backyard. View from room also very good. Room was clean. Bedsheets were clean too. Only downside was food. Taste wise good but they don't clean before cooking. I ordered Crab, they didn't even clean and cooked. When came I saw clam was attached to its leg. Full of sand. I ordered chicken curry which never arrived, and butter chicken they served previous day's. If we are paying for our food why we aren't getting any service 2nd downside is bathroom, there is no ventilation.
