• Mile (10/5): 5 days holiday - We spent five days in this apartment. It is very clean and tidy. It is actually a really big apartment, with a living room, a big kitchen, and a balcony where you can relax and watch the sunset. There is also a parking place, and it is very quiet. Within walking distance, there is a big shopping mall and several restaurants. This is an ideal place if you want to go to Le Morne, because it is just 10 minutes away by car. Another thing which I must emphasize is the staff: Avish was really helpful. We had one non-standard personal issue, and he helped immediately. All recommendations for this place. If anything to improve, is that you have to be at least a driver with average experience to drive to and from the apartment. But that is required for all of Mauritius, because the streets are very narrow and there are no pedestrians.

Jen tam není pláž ke koupání (hned u ubytování). Hostitel Avish je moc milý a ochotný, domluvili jsme se na všem. Půjčili jsme si od něj auto, vše proběhlo fajn a bez problémů.

Our expectations were not just met, but exceeded. · Space and Cleanliness: The apartment is very bright, clean, and well thought-out. There is a lot of space; we felt right at home, not like in a cramped hotel room. · Location: The perfect location! Within a 5-minute walk, there is an excellent restaurant with delicious food and a large supermarket with everything you need. Very convenient. · The Host is a separate piece of great luck! A true professional and a kind-hearted person. Always in touch, responded to questions instantly, helped with transfer, and gave many valuable recommendations about the place. We felt like welcome guests. We definitely recommend this apartment to everyone — families, groups of friends, couples. We will certainly return on our next trip!

• martinez (10/5): - L'appartement est très confortable, au calme, en bord de mer (pas de plage donc pas de baignade) avec une très jolie vue sur le Morne Brabant, de jolis couchers de soleil. L'emplacement est parfait, à 2 pas du supermarché GSR, de la pharmacie et des restaurants. Également à 10mn de la plage du Morne et 15 -20mn de Chamarel. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, très propre, la machine à laver est sur la grande terrasse avec un étendoir pour le linge, réfrigérateur avec congélateur, chambre avec clim + ventilateur dans les autres pièces, il ne manque rien. Enfin Avish est un hôte exceptionnel, il nous a expliqué beaucoup de choses et nous a arrangé les déplacements aux alentours (Morne, Chamarel) ce qui nous a grandement aidé 🙏. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Avish, je recommande à 200 %. Nous espérons bien revenir ! Rien

• Ines (10/5): - Das Appartement ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet alle notwendigen Utensilien, auch "Tubberdosen" sind vorhanden. Adapter für die Steckdosen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Check in und Check out sind unkompliziert. Das Appartement ist bei Anreise nicht leicht zu finden. Der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter hat sich vorab mit uns verabredet und am Treffpunkt abgeholt. Das Haus steht direkt am Meer- kein Badebereich- mit Blick von der Terrasse auf die Insel Benitiers und die umliegenden Berge. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nichts
• KAREN (10/5): Le Morne, the coolest place on the island! And Yana ap. is facing the lagoon, the best we've had! - Everything! We enjoyed the space in the house, it's nicely equipped, and close to La Gaulette town centre (restaurants and supermarket). We loved all of our excursions around Le Morne! Must see places when you go to Mauritius. And above all, Avish is a genuinely friendly host who's caring and here to help, such as arranging a boat trip.. He's of a great advice!

• Verena (10/5): Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen! - Die Unterkunft war außerordentlich sauber und Avish, der Vermieter, hat mir viele Tipps gegeben und mich über alles mehr aus ausreichend informiert. Er war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar und hat sogar mit Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine ausgeholfen! -

• Alexey (3/5): 1st and last time to use private hosts in Mauritius - 1. Proximity to sea coast, 20 meters. No beach. Just boats. 2. New kitchen equipment, kitchenware. 3. Terasse with sea view 1. Apartment was not ready by check in (6:30pm) because someone was still there, host asked to wait 1.5 hours more or to cancel reservation. Overbooking - rules violation. 2. At 6.30pm apartment was not fully cleaned, needed to wait 1hr more inside apartment. Full day money was paid. 3. Smell in the apartment. 2h windows were open to refresh it. 4. No hand towels, no shampoo, only big towels and gel. 5. Poor lighting. 6. No hot water in the shower. Verbally host said will support if any issues, but didn't reply calls and messages. Hardly fixed by ourselves: found boiler outside, restarted it, then hot water went in shower. 7. No hot water in hands mixer tap is foreseen
• Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is rented by a friendly guy named Avish, who was very supportive throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations for exploring the island, and we were able to rent a car from him at a good price. Whenever we had questions, he was always quick to respond and eager to help. The apartment has everything you need: a dining room with all the necessary dishes, a living room with a TV, a bedroom with a large bed, a bathroom, and a spacious terrace with a sofa and two sunbeds. The location was also perfect for us — close to Le Morne and Flic en Flac beaches.
• Roger (10/5): A lot of Villa for little money - Avish, the owner=the perfect host! 10 points all round on all counts... and that's no exaggeration! Impossible to beat location (feet almost in the ocean, but too shallow to swim). Every conceivable facility/comfort/hominess at the guests' disposal. A brand new car to rent at reasonable rates. Simply superb!

• Tanja (9/5): Nice flat with a nice view - It was pretty big the apartment with a sitting area at the terrace where the washing machine was and a hanger for the clothes which we really appreciated with a nice view over the sea. The bathroom was pretty big aswell as the living area with sofa, tv. ( We were given a bar of soap for the shower, but I would suggest bringing your own shampoo)Avish was very helpful and replied back fast. The grocery store was also not far and we also saw a bus stop not too far. The location was pretty good, 10-15 min to Le Morne, shops near by it was a nice stay and would recommend it! The location is not exactly the one mentioned in booking, which was a positive surprise as it's near the seaside which was with a nice view. Avish came by car to pick us up as it's a bit tricky if you don't know the way which was very nice of him. He was a very good host overall. The check in time was not the one mentioned on the description as the previous people left late which was not that convenient (had to wait until 4 or 5 to get the keys) but we could at least keep our things there is the mean time. There were utensils, cooking pots cutlery etc but no salt pepper, oil, no spices etc. for cooking.We asked for salt and pepper and it was given to us but one needs to purchase everything in advance. In other accommodations some basics were there ( salt pepper, coffee, water, herbs, oil). So that could be an improvement for the future. also washing liquid for the clothes was not provided .we had asked for some as it was past the opening times of grocery store and Avish was really kind to give us some as we had clothes to wash (Sunday the shops are open until 1pm). It would have been nice to have these for the guests as buying a whole package is inconvenient.
