• Kaye (10/5): It was perfect. We will be returning to the Costal Getaway!! - Fenced in yard for dogs, cleanliness, easy access, basically everything. Bed in 2nd bedroom was a little high to get on, but I managed.
• Lesa (10/5): "Just right" little house - Perfect little 2 bed room 2 bath house with layout perfect for family and fur babies! I miss read email directions but the host was very kind and checked in on us. Will try to book again when we come out to check on family. N/A
• Lor (10/5): - The house was clean, affordable, and a good area. The neighborhood was really quite and had shopping center close by. The only small issue i had was not receiving check in information when I was ready to check in. I did had to reach out to the owner to receive the information, but the own did gave me all the check in information asap.

• Jason (10/5): Perfect beach getaway - Perfect family beach vacation rental. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry on-site. Quiet residential neighborhood. Literally 5 minutes to Atlantic Beach, great local restaurants. Dream booking for our family’s summer beach vacation. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

• Tabitha (10/5): 10/10 recommend! - This property is in such a convenient area, minutes from the beach, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is also very safe and welcoming. I read another review where someone complained about there not being any creamer or sugar, I can report back and say they fixed this problem! They had everything you might ever need such as kitchen utensils, every spice imaginable, even plates! The house looks newly renovated and very modern on the inside. This may be our go to booking for our annual family vacation! Nothing to not like!

The TV was not hooked up to anything in the bedroom! Slight tripping hazard at the top step off the front porch! But absolutely loved the property and hope to stay again longer in the near future!
• Laura (9/5): A quick overnight for a wine dinner at Oceanana Pier. - Cute little bungalow with very comfy beds. It was very clean. We enjoyed the back deck in the evening for wine and visiting. In the morning we enjoyed watching birds in the back yard. No problems.
• Erika (6/5): Went to work tired every morning. - The house is great brand new everything. The yard and porch were fantastic. It did not have a welcoming feel. The kitchen offered no salt, sugar or other small necessities. Despite the fact they had a cute wine sign, we were unable to find a wine opener. The mattress was uncomfortable and the sheets are synthetic material. What we have learned traveling if you book a place that is non-refundable the quality and enjoyment of your stay will be less than average.

• Sheba (10/5): I just wanted to say thank you to the owner , our trip was so amazing and relaxing. the area was a little weird when we - very cozy setting ,one floor , access to the back yard. huge shower, no carpet, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. open floor plan. it smell like wet dog , due to pets are allowed , but I brought some frebrezz spray and it was fine after that. and definitely wish there was a broom and dust pan available.
• Jackson (10/5): Great stay, great value, clean home - This newly renovated home was in great condition and our hosts were awesome! Our travel group included two couples (parents and grandparents) and one baby. We had plenty of space and we’re well accommodated. The street/area can look sketchy at first sight, but we had a quiet stay and would stay again.
• Tracy (5/5): Nice place but a bit overpriced for what was provided. - Immaculate brand new accommodation. nice back deck and small yard although would be better if completely enclosed but then again owners probably don't want to encourage pet visitors. Owner was easily available by text. Number pad entry. No creamer or sugar provided for the coffee or tea. No list of inclusions which would have been helpful to know what should have been there. No toaster. No mirrors other than in the bathrooms. No coat rack. 25 per pet per night for "cleaning" fee. No coasters for the furniture. Not sure if they were needed but the furnishings were quie nice. Neighborhood at least this block was a bit run down which caused some apprehension on arrival but was quiet enough.
