- Paul (6/5): -
- Debbie (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was excellent, brilliant location in Tetbury which a lovely, - Location and comfort
- patrick (10/5): Lovely place - Lovely cottage
Well equipped
Great location Nothing
- Sally (8/5): Very nice. - Clean and well equipped. Good location. Parking was a bit of a challenge mainly due to my husband having difficulty walking far.
- Lynne (10/5): A beautifully presented cottage with an abundance of cafes and restaurants on the door step and close to many wonderful - The location. Fully equipped and modern. Well thought out Lack of guaranteed parking space
The space mentioned outside the church now has double yellow lines. This wasn’t the case when we visited 20 months ago
- Menna (8/5): Lovely cottage - very high spec and beautifully designed! - Excellent location - clean and of high standard The spiral staircases could be tricky for less mobile people
- Wilson (8/5): Misleading parking information - Location of cottage was excellent Car parking was difficult, recommended to park by church half on Roadside/pavement if outside cottage full. The problem was there was double yellow lines by the church. We managed to park opposite the cottage once.
- Kerri (8/5): Great cottage overall would recommend - Great location, clean and well equipped kitchen the very narrow spiral staircases
- patrick (10/5): - Fab cottage great location! Nothing
- Garvey (9/5): -
- Colin (9/5): Xmas break - Location, town itself with lovely walks into the countryside
The cottage was well equipped and beautifully decorated. . Spiral staircase could be an issue for less able people, but not for us.
Although dog friendly the outdoor space is limited.
- Andy (10/5): Lovely cottage in a quaint area - Right by the town and a few pubs. Shops not far either. Disnt have to drive anywhere unless tou wanted to. Cottage was immaculate, cosy and comfortable. The heater in the living room is very loud when on and you need it on in the winter weather. Parking is a pain at peak times and once you get a spot youre best not moving.
- Peter (8/5): Lovely stay in Tetbury - Lovely clean cottage, good position for walking around Tetbury, very well equipped and beautifully decorated.!! This cottage is in desperate need of good double glazing, the road noise is terrible, it is situated on a very busy main road.!! There are 2 sets of spiral staircases which look great but are not very practical for carrying things up to the bedroom which in on the second floor.!!

- laura (9/5): Perfect bijoux cottage centrally located in a charming Cotswolds market town - Absolutely lovely cottage centrally located - easy walk to restaurants and shops. Nicely furnished and well-equipped. The two spiral staircases are narrow, but not a problem unless climbing stairs is an issue. That said, I found it easier to unpack on the ground floor and make a few trips up the stairs in lieu of navigating the stairs with a suitcase in hand. Very minor complaint: there was coffee but no tea bags
- Rema (10/5): Excellent location and property - Tetbury cottage was very clean and tidy and decorated beautifully with a modern decor. The cottage had everything we needed. The parking. Unfortunately we had to park a 5 minute walk away in a pay and display car park, from the cottage each day (we stayed for 4 days) and then move the car late at night if a car spot became available out the front or across the road from the property. Whilst this may not bother some people, for older people like ourselves it was inconvenient especially when we had settled in for the night and then had to go back out again to move the car.
- BRIGID (8/5): A great couple of nights - Good location and a very tasteful little cottage with lovely touches like radio on, fudge and beer left was much appreciated. The bed would improve with a topper and better pillows as they were very lumpy
- Alison (9/5): -
- David (10/5): A lovely place to stay for a short break in Tetbury. - Very well appointed cottage in the middle of Tetbury. An ideal location to explore the local area and very close to good restaurants.
- Emma (8/5): - Beautiful cosy cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good location for exploring Tetbury and Highgrove Lovely Spiral staircase but a little narrow with luggage!
- Ann (9/5): - We had trouble getting the right temperature on the shower.
No milk 🙁
- Julie (7/5): Enjoyable stay apart from a few issues mentioned - Location good Bin bags outside front door and bin full
Allocated Parking space not marked and was not 100% sure if it was okay to park there as there was no road parking available all weekend
No cleaning materials left
No dishcloth
No dishwasher tablets
No cleaning spray
- Lexie (10/5): -
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location
Clean and well equipped
Thoughtful welcome hamper
Great quiet getaway in Tetbury Very steep spiral stairs !
- Paul (7/5): Good - A pleasant cottage, clean and well kept. Nice decor and good vibe. Well placed in the centre of Tetbury. The spiral staircases were challenging even for me as an able-bodied person. It was difficult getting oneself up and down them, yet alone carrying anything. People with physical issues may well struggle with this. There should be something in the information about the property on this available before booking.
As others have said, a door or some other form of closure is needed for the toilet.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gillian (8/5): Very good -
- Gordon (9/5): Lovely cottage in a great location in central Tetbury. - Excellent location. Lots of nice touches to meet guest needs Small courtyard was a bonus but the paved area was quite dirty.
- Anthony (5/5): A few improvements could have made a big difference!! - Apart from the kitchen diner the cottage was warm. Cottage was on a very busy main road, traffic noise was intrusive especially in the early morning rush hour. This was not helped by single glazed windows and a poor fitting front door.
Parking was also on this road, on a first come basis
We were unaware the cottage was on 3 floors connected by 2 very steep and narrow spiral staircases. Extreme care needs to be exercised on these!!
Dishwasher and kitchen/diner radiator did not work, which were issues already known to the owner!!
No door on bathroom.
Patio was a disgrace, clearly hadn’t been cleaned or swept for months. Although tiny, it could have been made very nice with a little TLC!
- Sandra (7/5): Good -
- Julia (8/5): Very good - Beautifully decorated and excellent location.
- Ulrike (6/5): Pleasant - The road in front of the property is extremely busy and traffic calmed down only a little during night. Subsequently it was very noisy inside the property, difficult to relax / find sleep and we woke up very early in the morning. Impossible to leave the windows open at night due to the noise, which was very unpleasant during the warm summer nights with the bedroom on the top floor. Also, no proper blinds and it got light very early in the bedroom.
The bathroom, which is just next to the bed, could definitely do with a (sliding?) door for some privacy.
In the small patio, the table is right next to the bins, which wasn't very pleasant to look at, neither to smell.
Very low quality equipment in the kitchen, hob and dish washer didn't work properly.
- Ruth (10/5): Gorgeous cottage in absolutely perfect location. I would love to book again! - Who couldn’t love this absolute gem? The design of this cottage is so clever- the spiral staircases save so much space and gave my husband with his dodgy knee, the perfect excuse to get me running up and down to save him! Wished we’d had nicer weather to enjoy that patio (loved the carved doors). Really appreciated the lamps left on for our arrival and the music playing on the Roberts radio. I really hope passers by peered in and thought I must be the owner of this super stylish house!
Great info in advance from the owners and v helpful. Easy to park (for free). I honestly don’t like seeing or hearing my husband in the bathroom these days! Would definitely prefer to have a door!
