• Vicki (4/5): - Άνετο αλλά.... Η μυρωδιά της πολυκατοικίας ήταν δυσάρεστα έντονη, ηχομόνωση μηδέν . Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε μόνο το τηλέφωνο ντουζ χωρίς ντουζιέρα ανάμεσα στον νιπτήρα και την τουαλέτα. Μόνο για έναν ύπνο ήταν καλό, μέχρι εκεί.
• ΙΩΑΝΝΑ (5/5): - Καλή τοποθεσία, εξυπηρετικός ο οικοδεσπότης . Θετικό το γεγονός ότι έχει θέση πάρκινγκ , βέβαια είναι αρκετά στενό το σημείο , χρειάζεται ιδιαίτερος χειρισμός Δεν ήταν καθαρό και είχε περίεργη μυρωδιά . Παρά πολύ στενό το μπάνιο . Δεν είχε ζεστό νερό επίσης δεν είχε ίντερνετ όπως αναφερόταν στις παροχές .

• Φάνης (8/5): - Μου άρεσε το μπαλκόνι που ήταν μεγάλο και το σαλόνι με την smart τηλεόραση και την κουζίνα και το ψυγείο, γενικα είχε ότι χρειαστείς Πρέπει να φτιαχτεί το σιφωνι γιατί δεν τραβάει τα νερά

• Daniela (8/5): Very good - The apartment is nice, in a very good location (in our case, to get to the airport relatively quickly in the morning) and it had what we needed for a short stay. The host was friendly and available via messages, and he gave us instructions for an easy self-check in and check out. All in all, we had a good experience! Unfortunately, there was a bad smell in the bathroom throughout our stay, and the provided towels smelled of smoke. Since there is no shower cabin or curtain, almost all the bathroom gets wet when using the shower. Regarding the parking spot, while it is a big plus to have, it is worth noting that it is quite complicated to enter and exit through the narrow access available (ideally you need someone to guide you, otherwise it can get a bit stressful).
• Vitalii (9/5): Authentic Greek appartment - Friendly property owner. Nice location. Fancy elevator with no inner doors. Parking lot is pretty small. Better to warn about this in advance as even average suv will have issues with parking. And big suv will not fit on the parking (even so - big suv will not even reach to this parking).
• Kiril (7/5): Good - Clean. Free parking, a bit hard to park with bigger vehicle. Check in says noon. Messaged landlord when booked and he confirmed that check in is at noon. We arrived 11.55am and he said that check in is at 1pm. Had to circle around for an hour.

• Valerie (8/5): Very good - A cosy little apartment in a good location. Lift in apartment block can only take 1 person at a time. Not over keen on small bathroom which has to be a wet room because it is so small.
• Lelabank (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was really nice, especially the huge balcony from the living room side! Very good location, reserved parking space which was needed if coming to Thessaloniki with a car, since it's very difficult to find parking in the city. The check in was easy and smooth. The host was responsive and took care of everything prior to our arrival. We would definitely come back again if traveling to Thessaloniki. Highly recommend! The shower was a bit tricky to use at first, but we got used to it easily! Other than that, everything was as in the photos. Thank you for the great stay!

• Ljuba (6/5): Pleasant - Location, balcony and free parking space. Well furnished, well decorated and well used space inside the apartment. The landlady was great. Reachable and responsive to our questions. The apartment is close to the main street with many restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops etc. Very close to the sea also. The apartment wasn't very clean. I had to vaccum the apartment. The bathroom smelled bad, plus there is no cabin or bathtub to take a shower
• Simina (10/5): Salonic pet friendly - Silent location,very clean, close to the sea, restaurants, coffee shops. The most important for us ,was that they accepted our dog. The host was very friendly(also pet lover🤗) and caring with our needs for a good stay. Beside that, this apartment really gives you the feeling of "being home" drinking coffee in the morning on the nice terrace. Very important was for us also the parking area,that's a plus👌 Sincerely recommend this place.
• Frederikos (9/5): Located within a 5 minutes walk of Nea Paralia (new promenade) this small apartment is ideal for your Thessaloniki city - Very good location, big terrace, dog friendly, free parking space. Small elevator
