• Nally (10/5): Hostess was so helpful in providing info on the city, restaurants and museums!! - Perfect. Apt was very comfortable and clean. Excellent location, out the door and in the center of it all.
• Susann (9/5): Frühling in Bozen - einfach toll - Für Südtirol haben wir uns erst sehr kurzfristig entschieden, aber am Ende war es ein phantastischer Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war extrem gut, es hat alles prima geklappt. Vom Bahnhof aus läuft man keine 10 Minuten. Die Lage ist super, Altstadt und Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Von dort kommt man unkompliziert an viele Orte. Gepflegtes Haus und gepflegte Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, ruhig. Man hat Platz und kann zu zweit eine angenehme Woche verbringen. Sehr schöne und ansprechende Einrichtung! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit weg, Café genau gegenüber, prima, um einen Spritz zu trinken, Restaurants auf der anderen Flussseite empfehlenswert, Bozen ohnehin eine tolle Stadt... Kleinigkeiten: Ein paar Haken im Bad bzw. generell Abstellflächen, auch im Schlafzimmer, wären ganz praktisch gewesen. Innerhalb einer Woche sammelt sich ja doch Einiges an und da wäre so eine Möglichkeit gut gewesen. Es gibt einen Staubsauger, aber um mal schnell durchzufegen, wäre ein Besen recht sinnvoll. Möchte man Tassen aus dem Fach über dem Kühlschrank nehmen, öffnet man automatisch den Kühlschrank. Wir haben die Tassen und Gläser auf der Fläche neben dem Herd abgestellt... Aber: das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

• Argiro (10/5): It was an exellent place to stay - It is located in a very convenient place, in the city centre, very close to city bus stations and the railway station. A short walking distance from the main squares. It is newly refurbished, well decorated and very pleasant. The landlord, Hanna, was very happy to immediately answer questions. I stronly reccommend this place for stay at Bolzano.

• Yoke Foong (9/5): Wonderful stay in Palais Carducci. - Our host, Ms Hanna is an absolute helpful host. She gave us clear direction and instruction to get to the apartment and always give us speedy response whenever we have any questions. Wonderful apartment and about 9-10 mins walk from the Bolzano train station. The apartment meets all our expectation however be good if there is a cabinet in the toilet to put the toiletries and extra hooks on the wall or door to hang towels. It is a spacious and cozy apartment. The kitchen is adequately equip. Had a lovely 2 nights stay here. A cabinet and extra hooks on the wall in the toilet would be great.

• Jana (9/5): Amazing stay in Bolzano - The apartment was located in renovated building in a quiet location close to the city centre. All of the interesting places in Bolzano are in walking distance as well as the train station. Communication with the owners was quick and effortless. In the instructions they included restaurants recomendations and even trips outside of the city. The only thing we could think of was the lack of cutlery in the kitchen. Otherwise there was everything you would need to prepare food etc.

Bene arredato e con un angolo cottura fornito di tutto, anche lavastoviglie. Abbiamo trovato anche qualche capsula per il caffè, veramente buonissimo. Fantastico il pavimento in legno! Ottimo il bagno, tutto nuovo. Facilissimo il check-in! Una nota particolare per la proprietaria, signora Hanna, SEMPRE PRESENTE, DISPONIBILE e GENTILISSIMA . Se tornerò a Bolzano, sceglierò lo stesso alloggio. Nulla. Tutto perfetto
• Ferienreif (8/5): Alles Bestens! - Gute Grösse der Wohnung und gute zentrale Lage. Über WhatsApp guter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin. Hanna war sehr gut zu kontaktieren und hat detaillierte Infos zum Check-In abgegeben. Auch der Weg zum bestellten Partnergarage-Parkplatz wurde gut erklärt und war einfach zu finden.

• Marjolein (8/5): Heel net en uitstekend gelegen apartement voor een bezoek aan Bolzano. - De locatie: het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum, restaurants en het station. Het gebouw waar het appartement in ligt, ziet er keurig uit. De info van Hanna en haar vader die we vooraf kregen was heel praktisch om in de trein al door te nemen ter voorbereiding. De woonkamer met slaapbank is wel compact. Dat had ik van de foto’s iets ruimer verwacht.

The owner is also really nice and informative about everything, always easy to be contacted. The only downside that we have was when we stay there the drain in the bathroom was not functioning properly so it takes time for the water to be drained when you shower.

• Dejan (9/5): Gladly recomend for small groups. - Location is really superb. The hosts are magnificent. They gave us really great tips where to go and the places and events to see in Bolzano. They made our holiday worth much more than we have ever expected. A bit wobbly chairs at the dining table. Towel rack in the bathroom does not work.

The location was superb -so close to the beautiful square,old town and facilities. Also just a 15 minute walk from the rail and bus stations. A wonderful break! All spot on!

• Les (9/5): Enjoyed our 3 days here, and would recommend it as a comfortable and convenient base for 2 people. - The place is actually nicer than the photos make it look. Comfortable and cosy, with tasteful artwork on the walls. Cafe right across the road. Not far from Dominikanerplatz, where you can catch a bus to almost anywhere. Old Town is only 10 minutes' walk away. Property owners were easy to contact, and provided helpful information inside the apartment. We were there during a heatwave, and the apartment has no air-con. However, 2 large stand-fans are provided, which helped keep the living room and bedroom cool.
• Kenwei (9/5): Great stay. Excellent location and a nice apartment. Would not hesitate to stay there again. - Great location. Nice, we’ll-kept building and efficient interior layout. Rented apartment because of it being a 1br with two beds. As a 2 pax we were father/daughter but host assumed we were a couple and did not initially provide linens for the second bed. But host did come and attend to it quickly the morning after we arrived. Bathroom was out of shower soap and kitchen was out of dishwasher detergent. Neither was an issue for us but just pointing out for constructive purposes.

Only minutes to the Walterplatz. if you’re driving, parking can be an issue which has nothing to do with the quality of this apartment. We parked at the Walterplatz and paid 24€ per day.
