Il y avait pour notre chambre un problème avec l'eau froide, nous n'avions de l'eau froide que dans la douche. Nous l'avons signalé, ils ont réagit très vite en amenant une plaque à induction. • Michael (3/5): Surprised it is legal - Clean Room was far too small. I measured 4 inches (approx 9cm) between the front of toilet bowl and sink. One had to contort to sit down. Standing up in front of bowl was impossible. A disgraceful construct. Surprised it is legal.

• brethous (9/5): Au top pour une nuit, l emplacement, l appart et surtout un prix imbattable. - Tout était parfait, le prix le service la réception, bref tout même le petit déjeuner. L appart était bien pour une nuit. Le cadre est magnifique. Pas grand chose et c est vraiment pour être tatillon... Les fruits un peu vert au petit-déjeuner et le manque d ustensile pour les gens qui reste la semaine.

• Turrell (10/5): Great location and nice apartments - Great location, and easy to the beach. Pool area was very nice with an abundance of towels to use. Borrowing beach umbrellas to use at a remote beach was GREATLY appreciated. Parking was terrible. I had to drive very far to find a parking spot late at night. It would have been nice to have a cutting knife for cheese and bread, and a cutting board also would have been nice to have. The bathroom window was smashed and the repair was very sketchy. I tried to reserve a room with two twin beds, but had to settle on a king bed. The bed was very “bouncy”. Not good for sleeping with a partner that moves around a lot.
• Karolyn (9/5): Highly recommend. Would stay again. Clean, comfortable, friendly, quiet location, good breakfast - Staff was very friendly. In fact, someone we met who was staying at one of the beachfront luxury hotels mentioned their staff was unhelpful and rude. The staff at Illunion couldn't have been nicer. I was surprised at how good and varied the breakfast options were. Rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. Our plan was to be out of the room all day anyway, so it met our needs as the beds were comfortable and there were additional seating areas. Cala Galdana is such an easy area to navigate, that even though the hotel wasn't on the water, the walk to the beach was easy and delightful. I would definitely sa Parking is not easy - since you need a car to get around the island, parking in general on Menorca is difficult. But we were always able to find close and safe street parking near the hotel. I did not visit the pool so can't speak to that, but I noticed a metal gate separating the shallow and deep ends - that looked a little strange. Didn't bother me, as I didn't use the pool and don't have small children any way. The only other tip I have for travelers is to ask about beach gear. I noticed only upon check out that they had some used (left by guests) beach umbrellas and toys in the storage room. Would've been nice to know ahead of time, instead of purchasing those for our short stay and giving them away on the beach as we were leaving.
• Julie (9/5): Excellent value, super staff, beautiful beaches in walking distance, lovely restaurants, a perfect holiday destination. - The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. We had a couple of issues but they were sorted quickly and we were very satisfied with the response. The location is up a steep hill from the beach which was fine for us but may not be for others. Their were two restaurants close by and the e staff and food at those was very good and if you want somewhere posher, we would recommend Trevis in Cala Galdana. Being picky, a few of the tiles around the pool were cracked and the bars by the pool table were wobbly but overall we were very happy with the property.

Nous avons moins apprécié les équipements de la chambre (lampe de chevet non fonctionnelle et bas de porte de la salle de bain abîmée par l’humidité) mais sans que cela ne vienne entachée notre séjour.

• Craig (10/5): Great hospitality at a lovely hotel - I had a short, but very enjoyable stay at the hotel. All staff were a pleasure to deal with and helped me with anything I needed. My room was spacious, comfy with a view out to the woods at the back of the hotel. The breakfast spread was excellent and very fresh. The hotel has very good facilities, unfortunately I did not get to use the pool as a storm was coming in. The hotel is located towards the top of the town, so a bit of a stiff walk up from the beach each time. I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but I am sure these can be obtained from reception if needed.

Ell personal del restaurante muy amables y eficientes. Apartamento muy limpio, bien equipado, amplio, con cama extra grande súper cómoda y con aire acondicionado muy bueno. Les recomiendo tomar la media pensión, la comida es buena y con mucha variedad! Parking disponible en el hotel Definitivamente, volveremos a Ilunion Menorca. Todo nos ha encantado 💯

• Benoit GORRIA (10/5): Une expérience au top ! - Le personnel est TRÈS sympathique et serviable. Les petits déjeuners et repas sont étonnamment variés et qualitatifs ! La résidence est calme, très propre. Franchement, rien ! C'était une excellente surprise, on ne s'attendait pas à aussi bien.
• Caro (7/5): Yo repetiría, pero me aseguraría antes de que la habitación que me dan está en condiciones. - El desayuno y la cena son excepcionales. Tipo bufet, eliges lo que quieras y es de calidad. Habían algunas cosas que vi se podían pedir, como huebos fritos; aunque nosotros no los pedimos. Además del servicio. MUY amables y profesionales. La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca del centro, pero un poco retirado, lo cuál hace al hotel muy tranquilo. La piscina es muy bonita, con camas balinesas, socorrista, 2 niveles de suelo y duchas. Nosotros no la usamos porque ya no era temporada. Las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones están limpias. La recepción es muy bonita y el restaurante también se nota que ha sido redecorado recientemente. Son preciosos, decorados con mucho gusto y cómodos. Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear... las camas son cómodas y está todo limpio, pero las habitaciones en sí están viejitas y necesitan ser reformadas. En recepción fueron muy amables en cambiarnos la habitación, pero esto debería mejorar. Las ventanas y puertas del balcón no cierran (lo cuál es peligroso) algunas habitaciones tienen humedades (sobretodo las de abajo) y a la cocina, aunque equipada, le faltan varias cosas útiles (esponja, jabón para los platos, trapo, sobrecito de aceite, sobrecito de sal... esto se podría vender en recepción, ya que si uno va para dos días, ni lo va a traer de casa, ni lo va a comprar nuevo y dejarlo ahí, entiendo yo).

• Tugçe (9/5): - We went there with three other friends for a night, and it was such a comfy stay! The apartment was super clean, a good size, and had a nice view of the pine trees and the pool. Breakfast was good too. Upon entering the apartment, the air conditioning system was set to an excessively low temperature, resulting in a chilly environment. Although it required some time to adjust and achieve a comfortable temperature, we were successful in doing so.
• Catarina (8/5): Agradável - Bem localizado, staff simpático, pequeno almoço variado. Fornecem toalha de piscina e chapéu de sol para a praia. É um aparthotel e fornecem kit de cozinha com detergente, esponja e pano de cozinha. O quarto estava limpo, tem gel de banho no duche. Gostei da opção de trocar as toalhas só a pedido, que permite poupar água se as toalhas ainda estiverem limpas 👌 recomendo Estacionamento limitado e acesso aos quartos superiores por escadas limitando a acessibilidade, mas tem pisos inferiores para mobilidade reduzida. No duche era difícil regular a temperatura da água. O conforto das almofadas depende de pessoa para pessoa, no meu caso não eram as mais confortáveis apesar de 2 hipóteses

• Sara (7/5): Suitable for our stay. Rooms are basic but clean. - Friendly staff. Cala Galdana is a lovely resort. Good breakfast buffet. Aircon works well. Beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very basic with a poorly equipped kitchen - no kettle, no washing up liquid, no tea towel, no mugs, no corkscrew or bottle opener. The bare bones. Our patio door didn’t lock (decided we could live with this as there was a room safe).

• Iryna (10/5): Лучший отель на побережье. - Останавливались в отеле дважды. Отель имеет свою свободную для всех стоянку рядом со входом. Парковаться там могут все желающие. Номер убирался ежедневно. В номере есть все необходимые кухонные принадлежности и вместительный холодильник. Кондиционер работает без проблем. Интернет скоростной. Вечерами в отеле на террасе бывает живая музыка и профессиональные исполнители. Чистый бассейн с зоной для детей и взрослых. Завтраки на любой вкус. Большой выбор выпечки, которая меняется. Время пролетело незаметно быстро.
• Juliane (7/5): Bom local de hospedagem - O café era bom, boa variedades de pães, frios e frutas. Era bem limpo e o ambiente era acolhedor e confortável. Tem bastante local para estacionar próximo ao hotel. Na descrição indicava que o quarto tinha banheira e quando solicitado o tampão na recepção não foi fornecido e o chuveiro era bem ruim, oscilava muito a temperatura e não tinha uma boa pressão de água. Poderia informar que tinha empréstimo de guarda sol na recepção só descobrimos no último dia de hospedagem, poderiam informar esse e outros serviços mais claramente.

• Gissot (9/5): - Hôtel très propre et très bien entretenu. Le personnel est très avenant. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont variés et copieux. L'hôtel est proche des commerces et de plage. Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour passer un excellent séjour.

• Javier (7/5): - El desayuno buffet me pareció excelente, la piscina era muy agradable y la habitación era amplia, limpia y cómoda. La atención del personal muy buena. Había muy poca presión de agua en la ducha y la cisterna del wc tardaba mucho en llenarse.

• Roger (8/5): Reasonably priced stay in Cala Galdana with plenty of restaurants nearby. - Room with well screened balcony overlooking the pool. Internet in our room was faultless. Daily cleaning. 32 steps up to our room and no lift. The cooked breakfasts were boring for English tastes, but plenty of choice otherwise.

• Omaira (5/5): En las habitaciones hay muchas cosas a mejorar. - Del hotel me gustó las instalaciones comunes, el entorno y el desayuno. Del alojamiento no ne gustó la habitación en general. Era bastante anticuada y estaba sucia. Mal olor en general, no sabemos si era el aire acondicionado o la mala limpieza. El microondas estaba sucio, daba asco meter comida. No había mínimamente ni un estropajo para limpiar los cubiertos. Había una lampara sin bombilla. No había televisión donde estaba la cama.
• Beatriz (8/5): Estuvimos muy agusto - Me encantaron las zonas comunes, tanto interiores como exteriores. El buffet del desayuno increíble, muchísima variedad y todo riquísimo tanto de dulce como de salado. El personal del hotel muy amable, siempre atento a todo. Las toallas te las prestan para la piscina pero no para la playa y también te hacen préstamo de sombrilla si la necesitas, todo esto sin coche. También tienen zona de carga para el coche eléctrico que cogimos en nuestro caso. Si tuviese que destacar algo sería que deberían hacer un leve mantenimiento en algunas de las habitaciones ya que necesitan algo de reforma. Hablamos con otros huéspedes y nos decían que su habitación estaba super bien mantenida, en cambio la nuestra es cierto que necesita mejorar, pero insisto, pienso que es una cuestión puntual de nuestra habitación.

• Rafael (10/5): Excelente - O quarto é ótimo, tudo maravilhoso. Adorei o pequeno almoço e o jantar, muita variedade e excelente qualidade, o entretimento á noite tambem era ótimo como tambem a piscina. não gostei da atitude de uma funcionária em especifico, de resto foi tudo ótimo, recomendo.
• Cecilia (8/5): Experiencia en ilunion - Limpieza de 10. Personal muy amable. Desayuno buffet amplio y bueno. Camas muy cómodas. Las zona de recepción y comedor están modernizadas, muy bonitas. Te guardan las maletas si necesitas entrar antes o salir más tarde. No nos funcionó el wifi en ningún momento. Las habitación están algo viejas, aunque he de decir que las camas son muy cómodas. El hotel está en desnivel y si te toca en las habitaciones de arriba tienes que cargar con lo que lleves, no hay ascensores. Sin coche hay una gran cuesta hasta la playa.

• Philippe (9/5): Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. - Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Le personnel agréable. Le calme ( l hôtel est plus loin de la plage que certains autres hôtel mais du coup au calme). La literie très bonne. Le repas du soir pas très copieux, pas trop de choix ( on a pris un seul soir car déçus)
