• Luz Elena (10/5): Confort - La ubicación . La atención de los dueños , pendientes de todo en todo momento. Limpieza. Habitación linda bien decorada. Con todas las comodidades. Sin duda volvería . El acceso al edificio es un poco complejo pero entiendo que es por seguridad .

• Rosermq (10/5): - Molt ben situat, en un carrer peatonal que dóna a una avinguda també peatonal ple de botigues I restaurants. Dona a un pati interior i no hi ha gens de soroll. Si hagués de dir alguna cosa negativa sería que per entrar s'ha de posar un codi en un teclat i és molt sensible. Costa unes quantes vegades escriure el codi.

• Deborah (9/5): Perfect base for Palermo visit. - Perfect location for a few days in Palermo, would definitely recommend to others and would stay again without hesitation. We left our car in a nearby carpark for all 3 days (not cheap but very convenient) and walked everywhere - Casa Granatelli was so central for everything we wanted to see and do. Lovely old fashioned lift and beautiful decor in the lobby area of the actual apartment. We had 2 of the 5 rooms so a great accommodation option for a group of friends or family. Ah yes, and one of the best showers ever!

• David (7/5): Super Lage, Fenster in den Hinterhof - Die Lage ist perfekt, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Dario war sehr freundlich und hat sehr gute Restaurant tipps gegeben, Badezimmer war geräumig, wasserdruck und Wärme perfekt. Sehr bequemes Bett. Zu teuer für diese Aussicht in 2 Hinterhöfe, leider war das Bad nicht sauber, der Dreck unterm Bett war nicht schön. Der Code für die Eingangstür sollte repariert werden - das ist kein Zustand, wenn der Gast nicht reinkommt.

• Silia (10/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet, die Balkone süß, ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr zentral hätte alles nicht besser sein können man ist in wenigen Minuten überall, Bus Richtung Strand war auch um die Ecke, sehr zu empfehlen, Dario hatte auch Tipps wegen lokalen Essen und wenn man mag kann man einen Transfer vom Flughafen mit gebucht bekommen. Alles in allem es war Wunderbar.

• Claudia (7/5): all in all a good stay - Perfectly located in the best area of Palermo. Dario the host was kind and welcoming. Room clean, the bed. was comfortable. Great shower, with good water pressure, which is uncommon. We did not appreciate to learn that the premises would be cleaned every second day -after our arrival. Given the warm temperature we would have preferred to have our bathroom cleaned daily. We also perceived a tendency to polemic when we asked for an additional toilet paper roll, which surprised us.

The host (Dario) was extremely polite and responded very quickly all my questions. Perfect location. Breakfast is also included and it is served in a very nice cafe nearby. Totally recommend this place.

Breakfast is included, good coffee and good croissant at a nearby cafe. Great food at the restaurant diagonally across from the building. Excellent attentive host with a lovely setup.

• Douglas (10/5): Sadly, I left my wallet in the car on our way to the airport. Dario contacted us and arranged for a courier service to - Dario was so helpful getting us oriented to Palermo. He arranged for transport from the airport. Our flight was delayed and the driver was still able to meet us. I highly recommend staying here!

This is a family owned business, and their quality of service and dedication to our comfortable stay rivals that of some big-name hotels. Dario , who we met helped us in any way he could while were exploring the city, his attention to detail was impressive. He arranged transportations for us to multiple locations, and was a pleasure to be around while we were traveling. Overall, one of the best places you could stay at in Palermo. Clean, very comfortable, and within walking distance to the major attractions of the city.
