• Duygu (8/5): It was ok for a short stay, location was nice. - Apartment is in a good location, 2 mins to tram and 10/15 mins to city centre. Communication was smooth and clear. Bathroom had a strong smell, towels didn’t feel so clean and hot water’s temperature wasn’t stable.

• Yvonne (3/5): Ok wenn Unvollkommenheit & Nachlässigkeiten dich nicht stören, ansonsten buche besser woanders. - Die Lage ist super! Bäckerei in ein paar Metern Entfernung, Straßenbahn genauso - keine 2 Minuten und ich saß in der Straßenbahn, für meinen Zweck war die Lage genau richtig. Ich dürfte in der angrenzenden Einfahrt parken. Wasserdruck war schlecht - es war unbeständig und der Wasserstrahl wechselte ständig vom heißen zum kalten und zurück. Auch das Wasser im Toilettenspülkasten reichte täglich für maximal 2-3 Spülungen aus. Es dauerte Stunden, bis sich der Kasten wieder auffüllte und die Toilette wieder genutzt werden konnte. Ein großes Problem bei mehr als einer Person. Wir mussten uns entscheiden, Wasser mit einem Topf nachzugießen oder die Toilette gar nicht erst zu benutzen. Der Vermieter reagierte prompt auf meine Nachricht diesbezüglich, allerdings leider nur mit der Info, dass der Wasserinstallateur erst in zwei Tagen, also nach meiner Abreise, kommen kann. Ich habe im Nachhinein in den Bewertungen gelesen, dass auch die anderen Gäste den Wasserdruck bemängelten. Ist das eine Pauschalaussage, dass Wasserinstallateur erst nach der Abreise kommen kann? Die Küchenausstattung ist in einer Schublade lieblos durcheinander geworfen, es gab gar kein System, worin was ist: Küchenutensilien, Toaster, Tee, Topf - alles zusammen unordentlich in einer Schublade vorgefunden. Eine Flasche Geschirrspülmittel war da, aber kein Spülschwamm, Lappen zum Abwischen oder Geschirrtuch. Wie halte ich die Flächen und das Geschirr dann sauber - mit den Händen? Abgesehen davon war einiges nicht sauber - Messer, Sieb etc. Die Geschirrabtropfschale ist eine bakterielle Zumutung. Genauso wie die Außenseite der Toilette - nur weil das Licht im Bad eher dezent ist - was ganz okay und angenehm ist - heißt es nicht, dass es ganz okay ist, die Toilette nicht richtig sauber zu machen, nur weil man den Schmutz nicht auf den ersten Blick sieht. Auch der Toilettendeckel scheint wie aus dem vergangenen Jahrhundert zu sein - dünne, billige Plastik, die ständig auseinanderfiel. Des Weiteren: Wasserschaden unter dem Fenster im Schlafzimmer, der schon länger da zu sein scheint, Schlafzimmer-Türklinke, die mir in der Hand blieb, als ich die Tür zumachen wollte, und der unbefestigte Wasserhahn in der Küche.
• Linda Zitnik (9/5): - Odlična lokacija te lagan pristup svemu potrebnom u okolici. Posebno mi se svidjelo što apartman ima i kadu i tuš, što pruža odličnu mogućnost za opuštanje. Kuhinja je imala sve potrebno, od šećera, ulja,kave i slično, tako da nije bilo potrebe da kupujem te stvari, što mi se jako svidjelo. U jednoj od soba, pored kreveta uz prozor, bilo je dosta vidljive vlage, ali nije bilo toliko strašno. Zvučna izolacija prozora nije najbolja, pa čepići za uši dobro dođu zbog auta koji se čuju, iako je kvart generalno miran. Najviše od svega, mislim da nedostaje perilica za suđe.
• mledic (8/5): Zentral gelegene und sehr saubere Unterkunft! Sehr nette Vermieterin - Schöne kleine Wohnung, gut gelegen für Besichtigung des Zentrums, bequeme Betten und sehr sauber. Klimaanlage war schon eingeschaltet und damit schön kühl.
• Diana (9/5): Excellent location, cosy place, nice host - The apartment is a well-used, small loft space with plenty of room to relax. The beds are comfortable and there are extras that might be needed for a longer stay, such as a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, an iron etc. Overall, it feels cosy and relaxing - I liked it a lot. The host is very approachable and accommodating. Its location is excellent — it's literally a five-minute walk from the southern edge of the city centre (Importanne Centar), and the railway and bus stations are very close. The Concert Hall Vatroslav Lisinski and the Route 66 rock club are also close by. The tram station is a one-minute walk from the apartment. If I ever need a place to stay in Zagreb again, I will definitely book this apartment. This information is here so that other potential guests know what to expect. But these are all minor things (to me) and as I mentioned above, I would still book this apartment again. The kitchen faucet is a bit wobbly. One bedroom has only a dresser. It would be perfect if there was something to hang the clothes on. The bathroom could do with some extra hooks for hanging things, but the ladder-like radiator can serve this purpose. The water pressure is unstable and the toilet bowl is placed a bit higher than usual, so shorter people might find it impractical to sit on. There are two apartments downstairs, so when people come and go, you can hear the keys turning in the locks and the doors opening and closing very loudly. Other than that, there is no loud noise; even the traffic on the nearby busy street is pretty much stifled despite the proximity.
• Oksana (9/5): Superb - Everything was great. Communication with the owner was pleasant, Andre was always in touch and responded quickly. The apartment is not large, but very well thought out and cozy, it had everything and even more for a comfortable stay, the air conditioner was a great help on hot days. The presence of cable TV was a nice plus. Super location - you can walk to the center. There are grocery stores nearby, and an excellent bakery and cafe under the house. The internet signal was weak in the mornings.

• Nell (8/5): Nice stay, good value-be prepared to walk! - We had great instructions on accessing the apartment on arrival. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean. A bit tight as a 2 bedroom, the smaller second BR is really small! The living room also small, but well decorated. and very comfortable. The owner gave us a recommendation for a restaurant nearby that was one of our favorites, we went for dinner twice!! Good value for the apartment, it was a bit of a walk for sides in Zagreb, we took a cab at first, but once we found our way walking, we discovered other interesting places. Not a true negative for the apartment, but it is a distance walking to main sights, but interesting along the way!
