• David (10/5): Exceptional stay in a beautiful property - Clean, well equipped and just an overall lovely little property. John was so welcoming and knowledgeable about his property, the wildlife around his property and made you feel at home straight away. Offered anything and everything he could offer when we arrived. Nothing! Shame we wasn’t there longer!

• Hayley (10/5): We had a beautiful stay, very much in the countryside, and away from city life but shops and pubs were very close by - It had enough room for my daughter and her boyfriend to stay over. Got very hot upstairs but very cool downstairs
• Hannah (7/5): - Lovely, friendly host. Great location in terms of ease for the Euro Tunnel and a beautiful countryside spot with gorgeous scenery and access to a lovely garden. We very much enjoyed watching the bats at dusk. The second bed wasn’t very comfortable.

• Ruth (9/5): A lovely host, you made our trip with two small children much easier, thank you for your kindness with sharing toys and - Handy location to visit family, parking on site, beautiful peaceful countryside, comfy bed, good hob and oven and shower, but most of all a big thank you to John for making the house cosy and his kindness in welcoming us. We would recommend! The kitchen could do with being slightly better equipped with more glasses, plates, bin bags etc. But this didn’t effect our stay!

• Lorena (8/5): - Bellissima casa immersa nel verde della campagna inglese. L'ideale per chi va o viene da Dover. Il proprietario é molto gentile e non smette di dare consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Per chi ama il calcio, c'è anche una porta dove giocare in giardino, e anche un campo da calcio in erba a 10 minuti di cammino!

We were able to use the play area in the main garden and were really pleased with the set up with the sofabed downstairs and bed upstairs for a family with two toddlers. Lovely stay, lovely host!
