Fatma Abba (4/5): - The stuff are nice - First of all we found personal items under the bed belonging to previous guests. That means under the bed were not cleaned otherwise the cleaning stuff would find it and remove it. -Secondly the toilet and showerroom were separeted - we had no warderobe - one of the windows was not working - there was leakage in the toilet - the temperetur were low and the room were cold during the days. The room were heated in the mornings and evenings. - one of the bedside tables were broke. It gave a feeling that the cleaning team had not checked on things.
Matthias (3/5): Zumutung mangels Alternativen - Der Erste Eindruck war ansprechend. Das Bad war OK. Nach wenigen Augenblicken roch es nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch, die Fensterflügel hatte man beim Öffnen in der Hand. Flecke auf dem Teppich, vergamelte Pizza im Karton auf der Terasse. Das eine Rollo ging nicht zu schließen (Kette ausgehackt), Kleiderständer wackelig, Wasserhahn in der Küche läuft nach und tropft ewig nach. Die ganze Nacht Unruhe von oben. Die Kaffeemaschine: der Griff der Kaffeekanne hakt sich schon bei geringem befüllen aus ( Verbrühungsgefahr). Der Wasser Kocher funktioniert nicht.....die ganze Wohnung ist einfach abgerockt.

Youki (9/5): Superb - Great place to stay, had everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were comfortable, it was in a good location - a walk away from the shops and restaurants nearby. Facilities were just right for 3 people. We stayed for an event that was happening nearby and it was perfect for that. Would definitely recommend. I understand the need for an automatic heating system which was fine. However, our only complaint would be that needing to open a window to turn the heating system off meant bugs would come into the space. Just some feedback maybe a fly screen on one of the windows would be helpful. But we were out most of the time so not that big of a deal and other than that, everything was great!

Bernardo (9/5): Good enough for a short stay. Dind't require the use of the complete accomodation. - Easy to arrive to. Clean. With enough included. The neighborhood was a bit noisy. The parking is 30mts away.
Boy (10/5): A pleasant surprise for a last-minute booking! - The host was very helpful and friendly! I wasn't a fan of the pillow on one of the beds but thats about it. Pleasantly surprised with the accommodation and would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay.
Suresh (8/5): Overall nice stay - This is very near from Rathaus. Bus connectivity, train connectivity and plenty of restaurants are near by. Rooms are good overall. Room Heating is not proper then and there, atleast I faced it many times. There is no manual heating temperature control, everything is automatic and it is quite not good.
Ahmed (3/5): Poor - Quit place Far from anything. Got the third floor, with narrow stairs it was a nightmare to go up and down with my luggage. Heaters and hot water are not in perfect condition. Very small tv for the room size and limted channels
