- Juan Jose (6/5): Buenas vistas pero demasiado aislado - Finalmente no me aloje en el establecimiento porque estaba demasiado alejado del pueblo. Responsable muy amable, entendió situacion personal. Solo me cobraron la primera noche de alojamiento tras la cancelación, como estaba estipulado. Localización demasiado alejada del pueblo más cercano, Acebo.

- Piedad (8/5): Si buscas relajación espiritual de mente, es el lugar perfecto. - El las2 personas de recepción y atención al cliente, son encantadoras, atentas y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas. No es que NO me guste, pero creo que estábamos desubicados mi mujer yo. Este establecimiento hotelero, a mi entender, está más relacionado con la relajación espiritual que con el ocio. Creo que deberían indicarlo en las características del mismo. Ojo, NO ES UNA RESEÑA NEGATIVA, es una sugerencia constructiva.
- Javier (9/5): Un hotel diferente para relajarte y disfrutar de la naturaleza - Hotel muy nuevo. Muy limpio. Las vistas son impresionantes al estar en medio de la naturaleza. El desayuno muy rico, vegetariano y con productos de temporada de su propia huerta. La iluminación por la noche, desde el aparcaiento hasta la puerta del edificio no hay luces y vas totalmente a oscuras.

Hotel CampusPHI would not cancel my reservation despite explaining that there are two towns in Spain named Acebo. I thought I was making reservations at the Acebo that the Camino de Santiago Frances route goes through but it was to this Hotel CampusPHI in another Acebo, Spain that is over 100 kilometers away. Their decision not to cancel but “steal” my money is unethical and wrong. See previous message. Hotel CampusPHI is unethical and unreasonable. I highly recommend that no one go to this hotel.
