Guest Reviews
- Justin (8/5): Clean, convienient self catering 2 bed static caravan - Was in a good location near Llanberis. WelL
Stocked with the self catering items you would expect! Nothing really.
- Petre (10/5): - Clean, cozy and comfortable. Friendly host, nice atmosphere, everything was great!
- Anna (8/5): Great stay , clean and comfortable with nice little touches like games for the children - Really enjoyed our stay at this caravan it had everything we needed and was comfortable and good location Peacocks could be a little loud during the night
- Vladimir (10/5): -
- Anne Marie (7/5): - Mobil home propre et bien équipé. La situation géographique.
Le site est plutôt isolé de tout.

- Stephanie (7/5): Very nice stay - 13 mins to Snowdon! - Pretty much everything was good - cleanliness, proximity to Snowdon, sitting area and tv, information guides. I think it would be pretty much perfect if there was a more comfortable mattress and bedding- and extra blankets for cool evenings.
- Francesca (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Indicazioni chiare per raggiungerla, posto aut di fronte, molto confortevole e ben tenuta, c’è tutto il necessario ed è immersa nel verde
- arminder (8/5): -
- Clare (10/5): Good stop over - Very clear instructions Not quite clear on where to park the car

- Marty B965 (10/5): - Quiet and on the doorstep of the Snowdonia Natonal Park. For our trip to Zipworld, it was an ideal location. Would recommend to anyone who wants to explore the area and our hosts provided comprehensive details about what to do, where to eat etc. We should have planned to stay longer but other commitments meant only a short stay was possible this time.
- Sue (10/5): Perfect for walking in Snowdonia. Comfortable and well equipped for cooking. - Self catered It was perfect!
- Marie (9/5): - The location, close to where we wanted to go that weekend which was to climb up Snowdon Mountain. The beds are super comfy. It is fully equipped. Very clean and peaceful. Nice place to have a break and it is like having a home away from home. Thank you. None, everything was perfect. Thank you.
- Kes (8/5): Cosy and nice stay - We had a nice stay. Very close to the Snowdonia mountain railway 🚞, loved it! None

- Stephen (10/5): Excellent stay, great value for money, clean and works perfectly. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children! - Exactly as described, comfortable, everything functioned perfectly. Nothing really, only thing was the lock on the door was a bit tricky, other than that was great.
- Susanne (8/5): - Zum ersten Mal in einer solchen Unterkunft (Mobilheim?) übernachtet. Hat alles prima geklappt, es war sauber und komfortabel. Alles prima.
- Christine (10/5): The nearby pub Glyntwrog Inn served good food and was very welcoming for us all - Good location for our family trip to climb Mount Snowdon
Accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious
- Arron (9/5): Lovely and peaceful place, situated perfectly for hiking. - If your into things like hiking, this place is brilliantly situated on a lovely farm. Clean caravan and perfectly fine for a family of 4. Shame pets arent allowed as the place is perfect for a dog and for a family to bring one if they can't or dont have access to a dog sitter. Parking straight outside this caravan would block the round about for other users so I had to park away from it but could still see my car and wasn't worried.
- Nathalie (8/5): - L'emplacement, la propreté, le calme Ds la deuxième chambre, les lits sont trop petits pour des adultes
- Kamal (10/5): Vert Pleasant Stay - Instructions provided were very helpful to reach the property and use the ameneties at the property. There is ample parking space near the property and also had amenities such as TV, toaster, etc.
- Karimjee (10/5): Clean and comfortable - Suited our needs
- Schuttler (8/5): Great location! - Location is great. Very quiet (apart from peacocks and roosters in the morning :) ) The owner was very helpful and recommended great beach ;) Little playground for the little ones would be a bonus (for longer stays) , but our daughter loved 'her caravan' ;) nothing really ;)
- Sharon (5/5): If I came again would book 2 caravans. Would check how to turn on gas! - The twin bedded room was absolutely tiny. You couldnt accommodate 2 adults. My 6 and 8 year old grandchildren would have just coped. I had to move the mattress off one of the beds and put it on the floor in the lounge! You could hardly move in one of the toilets. Our fault totally but we couldn’t shower because we couldn’t
get the boiler to work. We went out for dinner and thought we could sort it out on our return. We couldn’t and felt it was too late to mention it. Thank goodness we only stayed one night Kat our contact was very helpful and she communicated well with me before our stay.
- Rose (7/5): Lovely caravan to stay in - The location is beautiful. It's on a farm so there's the lovely animals as well as the amazing rural location. The caravan itself is really nice and presented very well. I love the decor and the layout. The beds and bedding were very uncomfortable. They felt damp to the touch and the air was quite heavy. It must be difficult to keep the damp away especially with the rain and wind. The gas went off in the morning so we struggled with that but we managed to use it just before we left.
- Amphibio (8/5): Clean, good and quiet - Clean, good and quiet
- Singhania (10/5): Excellent stay – neat, clean, and fully equipped with all essentials, perfect for a family holiday. - The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing family stay. perfectly located—just a short distance from Snowdonia National Park, which made exploring the area so convenient.
- Donna (9/5): Superb -
- Gerrit (7/5): Caravan park cabin on working farm amongst peacocks. - Practicable accommodation close to many points of interest. Good WiFi connection. Only received instructions for property the next morning (after we had left again). This included details on how to get there, as the Nav system sent us to another property, the van number and code. We had to get a local to ring the host for key box code, then had to message again, as the gas and hot water wasn’t working and we had to figure out how to to this, even after talking to host on WhatsApp.
Doona covers were acrylic, not cotton.
- Luke (8/5): Very good -
- Fleming (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sam (9/5): Well worthy of a stay. Good value for money. Lovely owner - Clean and tidy. Lovely quiet site. Excellent instructions on how to turn the boiler on, loved the videos which really helped.
- Hiscock (10/5): Exceptional - This was the perfect place for a few days away with my daughter. A lovely, quiet, small farm based site that was kept immaculate. Close to all the things you'd want .. we did Zip World and Snowdon on the same day.. they are both no more than 20 minutes away.
The scenery in the area is breathtaking as well. There was nothing to dislike.
- James (9/5): Comfortable and very convenient - More spacious than we thought, very comfortable and novel for our young family. Terrible insulation meant it got a bit cold overnight. Wouldn't be a problem in summer. We were there in May.
- Keri (10/5): Exceptional - Loved being on a farm with peacocks, though they are a bit loud in the mornings, and when you arrive, we found it delightful.
- Eva (9/5): Surprisingly spacious and well designed caravan with all we need for our stay. - Very comfortable with enough space for 3 adults. There wasn’t any spare blanket.
- Danny (10/5): Perfect location and very clean! - The property was immaculately clean, great location, really comfortable stay, hosts were very friendly and helpful would 100% recommend.
- Ahsin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacob (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ilan (9/5): Nice - It's a caravan but it's very clean and well equipped, everything feels and looks brand new. Might feel a bit small and narrow for some people but was fine for us(We were 3 guys). Check in only until 21:00, better to emphasize as much as possible.
- Gregory (8/5): Very good -

The caravan site was quiet on an evening but plenty of people around in the daytime. The caravan was well equipped. Ray and Kat were also really helpful! We only wish we could have stayed longer...we definitely will next time! Thank you so much!

- Rebecca (8/5): Lovely caravan. Easy to find once we had the information. The kids loved the free roaming peacocks. Great location for a - Lovely and clean. Good location for Snowdon. Quiet caravan park. No TV service so had to stream channels via internet which wasn’t very good, although we did just about manage to watch the Olympic closing ceremony.
- Roland (8/5): Very good - Spacious, very clean, owners very organized. The caravan park seemed quite abandoned. We only ever saw one person during our entire stay, felt a bit odd…
- Shafaani (9/5): Amazing place - great caravan for our family - gas and water heating would have been great! - Lovely location - great ambience; the peacocks were a bonus The water in the bathroom wouldn’t get heated; the gas cylinder wasn’t replaced hence no gas working.
- Sunil (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and tidy, well maintained. We enjoyed very well None
- Serena (10/5): Excellent Mobile Home - Had everything we needed. Kitchen towels 2 beds 2 bath 2 tvs heating. Quietness. A little bit too rural for a weeks stay but for a night it was perfect.
- Raimonds (9/5): Superb - Very nice place. Easy to find with clear instructions. Inside everything you need to feel like at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for nice quiet stay.

We loved the way the caravan had been converted to something that felt so homely and comfortable.
We would not hesitate to return. There was nothing we didn't like.
- Alex (8/5): Beautiful location and quality accommodation - Easy access and lots of amenities, good facilities well catered for.
Friendly neighbours and good park for dogs. Toilets flush wasn’t great and beds were a bit small

- Supercarla (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and cosy caravan. We enjoyed our stay very much. Unfortunately it rained, so we didn't get to see so much of the surroundings.
- Jill (10/5): Comfy, clean and great location. - Comfy, clean and great location
- Fabio (8/5): Very good - The apartment is a very nice mobile home located in a quiet countryside area. It has a very welcoming living room, a kitchen with all accessories, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower. towels and hairdryer are provided. The bedrooms are not very spacious
- Jovin (10/5): Nice and quiet place and good get away - Nice clean cosy and really well thought design of the rooms!
Hosts were very friendly and gave lots of information! would come back definitely
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect stay, the hosts were so helpful... especially when we were lost!
- Michael (10/5): Perfect - Clean , tidy , everything we needed and perfect location for walking Nothing
- Nikki (9/5): Really comfy & well-equipped holiday home in a peaceful caravan park. Had a great overnight stay. - A great little holiday home on a quiet caravan park. Kat & Ray were so helpful with all my questions, responded really quickly before I arrived & just a phone call away whilst I was there. The caravan has everything you would need for a stay away from home & was really clean & comfy. Seeing the peacocks strutting round the park was an extra bonus! Nothing
- Arkadiusz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Russell (10/5): It was a great experience /both the caravan and Snowdonia/ and we will happily do it again. - Perfect location and a lovely, beautifully furnished caravan. It was very cleaned and there were no problems with heating and hot water. We had never stayed in a caravan before and really like it. It was easy to communicate with our hosts Katherine and Ray.. We stayed with our 2 dogs and they had a good time there as well. Close to Snowdon Mount Railway and Caernarfon. Although we experienced high winds during the Storm Babet and our Snowdon train was cancelled the property wasn't affected. We liked the peacocks in the farm. We enjoyed Llanberis Lake Railway with beautiful views of Snowdon Mount.and Lake Padarn. The returned trip lasts an hour and starts from Llanberis Lake Railway Station which is opposite the Snowdon Mount Railway Station and dogs are welcomed on it.

The caravan has everything needed for a comfortable stay, host is very thoughtful with everything you could think of available from kids toys to kitchen condiments etc. we had a wonderful stay at the property which is a luxury in peaceful surroundings for a great vacation. Nothing to dislike about this place.
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Lovely place, loved the help from owners and the peacocks Sorry but not a dog person, the doggy basket with chewed chewy stick and very slight doggy odour was not expected.
