jdichello (8/5): - La ubicación, bien equipado, espacioso. El mantenimiento en general se puede mejorar. También hay un boliche cerca por lo que viernes y sábados cuesta dormir en la habitación que da a la calle.
Galvão Rodrigues (5/5): Não foi agradável. - A localização é muito boa, bem no centro. Os colchões são muito duros, poucos travesseiros, falta de utensílios básicos na cozinha e de limpeza. Itens quebrados, como: cadeira, porta toalha do banheiro. Área da escada muito suja.
