Es war laut, man hat jede Straßenbahn gehört, die Betten waren VIEL zu weich und extrem unbequem. Beim Check-Out wirkte die Rezeptionistin leicht unfreundlich.

The location is excellent, with the Inn River just across the road. A discounted public underground parking garage is also conveniently located across the street, only a one-minute walk away. • Matthias (8/5): Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis grenzwertig - Sehr gutes Restaurant, wellness prima, Lage zur Innenstadt hervoragend. Zimmer für "Deluxe" zu klein, nachts sehr laut! Unter dem Flügel, in dem unser Zimmer lag, ist eine Bar. Zwar kein Gegröle, aber viele Leute unterhielten sich unter dem Fenster. Zimmer schlecht klimatisiert, Fenster muss man zum Schlafen öffnen. Nicht wirklich Parkmöglichkeiten, keine Hotelvorfahrt zum Ausladen von Gepäck! Altstadtparkhaus meistens voll.

Dass die Wellnessanlage 24h offen hatte war wirklich super! Am Besten hat mir der Sternenhimmel im Hotelzimmer gefallen. Ich hab geschaut, wie das möglich ist, aber leider bin ich bis jetzt noch nicht draufgekommen, wie das gemacht wurde. :-D Einfach superschön! Das Essen war zwar sehr gut aber die Tische waren für meinen Geschmack etwas eng zueinandergestellt. Ich bin überall mit dem Ellenbogen oder mit der Hand ausversehen drangekommen und hab mir den Kopf an der Lampe gestoßen, die zu Nahe ober dem Tisch runterhing.

Em um prédio histórico, o que trás um charme para o local. Equipe atenciosa, café da manhã muito completo e gostoso! Foi um dos pontos mais fortes. Também jantamos no hotel, que é um restaurante de muita qualidade. O hall é aconchegante, com um bar completo para passarmos tempo de qualidade. O quarto é confortável, e com roupa de cama de qualidade. Por ser um prédio antigo, a garagem é pequena e de difícil manobra. Precisamos pegar um elevador com o carro para chegar ao local, e o preço da diária do estacionamento, como a maioria dos hoteis da região é um pouco caro.

Und das absolute Highlight ist das STERNHIMMEL im Zimmer, die ala wumderschöne Überraschung wenn es ganz dunkel ist so leicht leuchtet, dass es man es kaum merkr, aber soooo ein gutes Gefefühl und Einschlafatmpsphäre schafft - ungaublich!!! Nichts, alles super!! Wir kommen wieder!

• Edy (8/5): Over appreciated - Location - close to old town, restaurant and parking Bathroom had a glass door that did not prevent light to be seen in the room - If you want to take a shower, the bathroom light can awqken your spouse. There was no A/C - if you felt you need air you have to open the window and than all the outside nouse will prevent your sleep. The room was very small. It was dificult to move arround. My frienfs reserved (nonths in advance);room with shower - they got with a bath-tub
• marie francoise (9/5): Parfait! - Tout était parfait, même plus que parfait! Le personnel à l acceuil, le personnel du restaurant, des divers services, tout le monde à l écoute et aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner d un très haut niveau, choix immense et varié, de bons produits. Nous avons même été surclassé, sans qu on le demande, simplement parce que c était possible pour eux! La chambre donnait sur l'Inn , les montagnes et maisons colorées vue superbe! Superbe espace detente, relaxation garantie , ce qui ne gâche rien.Que du bonheur! Rien, vraiment.

Breakfast was great and spa plus pool an added bonus. - Fabulous room and very comfortable no view but didn’t see that as a priority and knew this when we booked. Great space and everything we needed in the room. Loved everything

• Melody (9/5): We would love to come back and stay - We loved our room, it was so beautiful. The staff were always so lovely and nothing was too much. The pool and spa areas were also really nice. The location was very convenient too Nothing really disappointed us - on our second morning they ran out of dairy free yoghurt for breakfast but there was plenty more selection available.
• Alexander (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt - Wir haben ein kostenfreies Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Türen/Wände waren hellhörig - Personen am Gang konnte man gut hören.

• ברקוביץ' (8/5): מיקום מלון מצוין, אבל צמוד לכביש הראשי, יש רעש - מיקום המלון מצויין , מיטות נוחות, מקלחת טובה. בחדר שלנו חדר ארונות מרווח ונוח. יש במלון בריכה קטנה ועיצוב סביבת הבריכה נעים ומפנק הזמנו חדר יקר, "סויטת ג'וניור עם נוף להרים". קיבלנו סוויטת גוניור בקומה ראשונה , עם מעט נוף הרים ובעיקר חלונות ונוף לכביש הראשי הצמוד למלון, משקיפים על מעבר החציה והבניין שממול. הרעש מהכביש חודר לחדר למרות חלונות הבידוד. הרעש של המכוניות מתחיל ב5.30 בבוקר ועד השעות הקטנות של הלילה. כשהתלוננתי על ההטעיה בפרסום נאמר לי שיש רק 2 חדרים כאלה במלון (חדרים יקרים) וזה אחד מהם. על החדר הזה בקומה הראשונה יש לציין זאת בפרסום ולבקש מחיר נמוך יותר. זה מלון עם 5 קומות .

• Jason (2/5): Pay less, stay out of town in a place that values your patronage. This place is for the business traveller - Location to the centre of town The price for the extremely small room, no TV channels programmed in on the TV, rude check out staff, items that were listed to be in the room weren’t there. When asked at check out if I enjoyed my stay, I said no and they didn’t care. No laundry service and no clothes drying rack as promised. They also sent me to a broken down laundromat…

• Gaby (10/5): - Sehr schönes Zimmer, super gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt im Zentrum von Innsbruck. Parken direkt in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall in diesem Hotel.

• David (9/5): We had an excellent stay, would highly recommend! - Perfect location, less than a block to the old town, with many authentic restaurants nearby. Public transportation was very close to the hotel. Rooms are modern and very clean, ours had a beautiful river and mountain view. The breakfast dining room was lovely and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were very helpful in planning our visit to the area.
