K arla (6/5): Für das Gebotene zu teuer - Die Größe der Wohnung, die Lage, das bequeme Bett - dachte zuerst, die Mazratze sei arg weich, habe aber prima geschlafen! Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bekamen sogar einen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Haus. Die Wohnung ist arg dunkel und hellhörig. Wir haben die Küche zwar nicht genutzt, aber sie müsste mal erneuert und die Ausstattung ergänzt werden. Das Bad bräuchte aus meiner Sicht auch ein Upgrade. Und das Licht. Kaltweißes, helles Licht zaubert keine schöne Stimmung. Da es leider kalt und regnerisch war, haben wir relativ viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht, hätte gemütlicher sein können. Der Meerblick aus unserem Zimmer war seitlich, man schaut über den Garten und die Straße auf's Meer. Wir waren in der Vorsaison da. Für weniger Geld haben wir sehr viel schönere und bessere Unterkünfte gehabt.

Marija (10/5): If you need apartment for a full experience to get rest and enjoy Nikiti, this is the one. Price justifies offer and I c - Everything :) wood design, location, comfort, equipment, view and a balcony, cleaning service, parking space, free umbrella and chairs in front of the apartment. The owner is very dedicated and professional. No complains.

Carla (9/5): Bella soluzione per vacanza a Sithonia - Bell'appartamento, luminoso e con letto comodissimo, bagno finestrato e balcone con tavolino per pranzare. Pulizia giornaliera, a due passi da tutto, negozi, bar, ristoranti, spiaggia. La spiaggia è di fronte ma non è bellissima, stretta e ci sono ombrellone e sdraio riservati agli ospiti. Noi ci tornavamo pomeriggio dopo aver visitato le altre spiagge, molto più belle, lungo la costa, sia ovest che est. Nulla, tutto ok.

Regina (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft in Toplage! - Tolle Lage direkt am Meer mit vielen Tavernen in der Nähe. Sehr schöner Garten, Parkplatz vorhanden, die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer gut ausgestattet und im angeschlossenen Restaurant konnte man mit Blick aufs Meer sehr gut essen. Alles top!

Ece (9/5): Very good stay in Nikiti! - Location is perfect, couple of steps away from the beach, restaurants, supermarket etc. There is free parking. You have sunbeds and a beach umbrella reserved for your room on the beach. There is daily housekeeping for your room. The room has a balcony to dry your swimsuits and towels after a long day on the beach. There is a small kitchen with all the equipment if you want to cook, but we didn’t use it. Very comfortable mattress on the bed, we slept like babies. There is a drain on the bathroom floor which is connected to the shower drain. So if there is too much foam or water in the shower, this water can overflow from the second drain outside of the shower onto the bathroom floor. Either due to this open drain situation or due to the toilet, there is constantly a smell coming from the bathroom. The smell is not terrible but it is always there and a bit annoying, so if you close the door of the bathroom when you are in the room/sleeping etc. it’s better.
Daniele (10/5): Relax e servizi - Struttura a conduzione familiare, sono stati tutti molto carini e accoglienti. La vista è stupenda, l'appartamento super pulito e curato. Plus, la macchinetta del caffè a cialde, i lettini fronte casa e quotidianamente vengono a rassettare la stanza. Per non parlare dello spedido tramonto goduto tutte le sere. Comoda per tutti i servizi. Se proprio dobbiamo trovare una piccola imperfezione i materassi non sono comodissimi. Abbiamo comunque dormito bene.

Andrei (9/5): Rustic stay with gorgeous views - Room was comfortable and clean, daily cleaning and changing of sheets and towels every 2 days! Beautiful views from the balcony, which was also spacious and pleasant to hang out on. Parking included on the property. AC in both rooms, super important as it was very hot while we were there. Overall it was a really good experience. There was something wrong with the water pressure in the bathroom, the tap stream was really tiny and the toilet tank took ages to fill up, like 10-15mins. The room has pretty much 0 soundproofing, it can be okay depending on your neighbors, but be warned that Nikiti is a place extremely popular for families with small children who make a lot of noise. Thankfully we had no issues resting overnight, but napping during the day was difficult to impossible on most days.

The location couldn't be better - you just cross the street and you are right on the beach, where you'll find your own umbrella with 2 sunbeds. The house is literally on the beach. It was great, nothing negative to say.

For all the amenities the price was quite good (worth to mention it was a last minute deal). Very good restaurant. The studio was smaller than I expected, I assume the pictures in booking were from some of the apartments. It was posted for a sea view stuido, but the sea view was only partial from the balcony. It was just above the kitchen of the restaurant and it was a little bit noisy until midnight, so if you go to bed before 12 you should aways close the windows. However the restaurant was really good.

Cristian (9/5): Nice, close to everything, not a lot of people during this time of the year... - Is very near to almost everything...the beach is reachable in less then 2 minutes.....groce store is 10 minutes by foot. The farmer market which is in every Friday you walk 10-12min. Taverna's and other pubs are less than 10 minutes by foot. I wouldn't day that i did not like something. I think everybody should experience here and have their own mind about if there is something to don't like.

Ekaterini (9/5): Perfect quiet beach geataway - The property was in a great location, just at the end of a bustling pedestrian zone. To get to the beach we simply crossed a quiet street and were able to use the white umbrellas and beach chairs provided by the property. The bed was comfy and the size of the room was perfect for 2 people. We barely heard any other tenants and the backyard area was a beautiful quiet oasis The water for showers was basically just hot, barely any cold water was available and the water pressure mysteriously changed when changing the temperature. It was odd but not world ending.

The beach is lovely, a little pebbly by the water at first but persevere and it becomes flat and sandy a little bit out. Angeliki is a lovely host and the apartments are spotlessly clean and well maintained. Parking on site too. Nothing

Katapiha (9/5): Peaceful seaview and sunset view terrace - We paid for sea view terrace mesonette and was really nice the view. It was just above the restaurant but was not bothersome. Location was also good along the Nikiti beach with all the commodities around. The property also has a garden that we could enjoy. Complimentary water in the fridge and daily cleaning appreciated. Did not enjoy that could pay only in cash and was also not warned of it before. It is a bit dated and with a bit too much furniture in the living room. But not a big issue.

Natalie (10/5): A beautiful stay for a serene getaway in Halkidiki. - The property itself is stunning! beautiful carpentry throughout and clean, spacious and homely rooms! It’s a traditional Greek paradise right on the beach. The location is fantastic as you’re in the middle of all the beautiful restaurants and attractions Nikiti has to offer. Aggeliki (lady of the house) is the most humble and hospitable woman me and my family have ever met. She made us feel welcome and as of this was our home, never failing to say hello and ask how our day was every time we saw her! 100% would recommend to couples and family’s looking a for a getaway in Sithonia Halkidiki! You also get your own sunbeds and umbrella on the beach which is super handy! leaving 😭
