• Cappetta (5/5): - Posizione favorevole per raggiungere il centro storico. Host educato e disponibile. Appartamento sporco con insetti spiaccicati ai muri e ragnatele, piano cottura e forno non puliti a dovere, doccia con guarnizioni usurate ed umidità in tutto il bagno, asciugacapelli da 700w che ho potuto usare solo io perché quasi calvo. Wi-fi non pervenuto. In buona sostanza pessima manutenzione in generale.
• Mara (8/5): Good stay to get to the centre of Florence - It is a good, quiet location. The apartment is okay for the price. Friendly host. Easy check in and check out One bed is extremely small, just for kids. Some stuff is missing like soap in the bathroom, a towel in the kitchen. Also the AC is working but not quite as it should and it also makes a noise.

• Lydell (7/5): Good - Location is good, apartment was clean and spacious. The ACs were not cooling, so I raised this issue with the owner, but I did not receive a reply. Also, there was no TV as seen in the pictures.

• Maria (9/5): Superb - I like the size of the flat and the location. The room which face the street didn't have a curtain. It was a little leak in the bath, so you must be careful while taking a shower

• Simeon (6/5): Good location, good place for a single or a couple, but takes time to arrange details. - The appartment is at a good location. It's a nice appartment, with good facilities, and a nice little yard for those who stay longer to enjoy some free open space room for a quite evening or morning. One of the beds was very narrow and we needed to use a sofa instead. The bathroom needed extra cleaning, as the drain of the shower was clogged. A couple of hangers for towels in the bathroom would be very useful as well. The HVAC was locked to make adjustments for our comfort. We had no access to the wi-fi, and we had difficulties getting helpful advises on the parking.
• Dalton (5/5): Passable - Modern apartment, close enough to centre to walk. No fans or a/C , no bug screen. Was too hot to sleep, mosquitos are a problem if windows are open. Apparently a/c was being installed after we left ? Small double bed was too small for 2 people.
• Boyu (1/5): Really make me know how bad of Italian - No airco no fan in the room. Smelling in the room. The landlord is cheater. So bad room, not recommended to everyone.
• Cosmin (8/5): Excellent value for money, reasonable location, good quality place to stay. - Very good quality apartment, especially for an old city like Florence. Spacious as well. Approx 30 minutes walking distance to the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, so it’s best to use public transport. Good bus options nearby. Parterre Parking within 5 minutes walking distance (15 eur/24h) and it is outside of ZTL, so you can travel by car to the location. Some mosquitos, but I chased all 3 of them away and we had no bites.
• Duska (10/5): Perfect! - Everything was perfect, lovely, spacious apartment with all the amenities. Kind and helpful host, went out of his way to oblige.
• Chaolin (1/5): Not good at all - Good heat 1.We paid the whole apartment, but only one room prepared by default. The other bed is dirty. And there was no extra bed sheets available. We had really bad sleep for the first night. (It’s totally unreasonable, because we booked an apartment with two rooms in Milan, two rooms are well prepared!) 2. The whole apartment has an unpleasant odor of fresh renovation and is not very clean,especially all the stuff in kitchen is dirty. 3. The apartment doesn’t not look like the photos： no pillows on the couch, no tablecloth on the eating table, no plants, no shampoo or shower gels. 4. Poor soundproofing in the bigger room next to the road.

• Amantia (7/5): Spatious location in quiet neighborhood - Location very quiet. Appartment very spatious. Precise and good contact from home owner. The Garden was full of cigarettes thrown all around so I assume was not cleaned before our arrival. Maybe some parts a bit run down and it needs a refreshment (wall paint in the second room).
• Vanessa (5/5): Passable - Excellent location (close to botanical gardens, great cafe, health food shop and an amazing restaurant and out of town centre), nice outdoor space, modern apartment, hosts were quick to answer questions and helpful. The sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable (pillows especially). The kitchen was missing some essentials. Kitchen was not cleaned and there was mould in the shower and one of the bedrooms.
• Barnabás (6/5): Good location but be prepared for noise. - Looks modern inside, good location. 2 bedrooms. Missing kitchen equipment like kettle, mugs, iron, Washing machine. No hygiene products (soap, shower gel, etc.) Neighbors were quite noisy, not sure if we were unlucky but there were people slamming doors after midnight then either the same or other group at 4:30.
