- Frederick (5/5): Pleasant stay - The location was good. Walking distance to all local facilities. Apartment was clean and tidy. Quiet location. Rebecca was very helpfull. Problems with reality check in. Problems getting TV to work. Power cut off and took a day to restore as no one was available to restore it. Only to be told dont use to many appliances as limit is 3KW. We only put the washing machine on.
- Anuta (9/5): We were a group of four (two adults and two children) and overall had a pleasant stay - The apartment was clean and beautiful. The key pick-up process was very easy to manage. We really liked the location; it was super convenient and made it easy to reach the city center and other destinations, whether by tram or metro. When we arrived, it was very cold inside because the heating relied on the air conditioning unit, which had been turned off.
