• mascia (6/5): Bene ma si può migliorare - La biancheria era pulita, le stanze accoglienti e spaziose,nel complesso è una sistemazione. Non c'era l' acqua calda e l' host è stato sgarbato alla richiesta di provvedere. Alla fine abbiamo scoperto che la caldaia era solo spenta e abbiamo risolto. Lo scarico del wc è rumoroso,le porte non chiudono bene,sono vecchie.

• Ann (4/5): Good location, but broken air and difficultly checking in - We liked that the location was walkable to the city center. Also, that there is private parking. There is also plenty of room to sleep. We didn’t like that we arrived and then realized we had to go to another site to collect our keys. We weren’t too confident with the parking so we walked over to get them since you cannot access the parking without them. Now learning about Italian law we are hoping we don’t receive a fine for leaving our car while collecting the keys. Apparently, you can be sent fines up to a year later. I did ask them about driving into a ZTL to get to the property for our private parking and they assured me we are not in a ZTL. Again this can come a year later and we did see some signs, but are hoping that the place was honest and we will be okay staying at their property. I will update once we are out of the time frame of possibly getting these fines. Trying to put this out of our mind, we tried to find the unit. They had sent lots of pictures which was nice but unfortunately one of the pictures sent didn’t match up so we walked up and down the stairs trying to find the place, when they had sent an old photo and had since changed the label on the door. Hopefully they have updated their photo for future guests. I had tried the keys which were hard to use and I didn’t want to mess with someone else’s door if I had the wrong one. What should have been a quick process was long drawn out due to an old photo being sent. We got it and it was very hot. We tried to start both air systems to realize only one was working. They confirmed they knew only one was working and said they would send someone the next day. I let them know that would be fine but we would be gone and to please send them in. They agreed. We came home later that night to a hot apartment and a still broken air unit. I let them know with no response. Then at 7:30am the next morning that we were leaving, we got a knock on the door to fix the air unit. So now that we are sleeping and planning to check out they send someone to wake us up. It was very frustrating that we finally fall asleep in the heat only to be woken early
• Roman (8/5): Per un pernotto a Parma. - La presenza di 3 camere da letto separate. Buon riscaldamento. Posizione relativamente vicina al centro. Vetustà generale della casa, odore dei mobili vecchi in una delle stanze. Rumore dello scarico del bagno dei piani superiori che sembrava una pioggia fuori. Wi-Fi lentissimo. Parcheggio solo a pagamento nei paraggi.
• Laura (1/5): - Wir hatten die Unterkunft bereits im August gebucht und wurden erst am Tag der Anreise informiert, dass aufgrund eines Wasserschadens keine Übernachtung möglich ist. Die extrem kurzfristige Absage war sehr enttäuschend, eine frühere Benachrichtigung und bessere Kommunikation wären wünschenswert gewesen

• K.Frenßen (5/5): Lieblos und abgewohnt - Im Kühlschrank wartete kühl gestelltes Wasser auf uns. Danke dafür! Die Lage war super. Man konnte gemütlich zu Fuß die Innenstadt oder Restaurants in der Nähe erreichen. Mit dem Auto war man relativ schnell in anderen größeren Städten wie Mailand oder Bologna. Im Bad gab es schwarzen Schimmel. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen ausgelegt, auf dem Sofa konnten lediglich 2 sitzen. Am Esstisch waren 4 Stühle, für die anderen Personen musste man sich Stühle zusammen sammeln. Kleine Löffel gab es gar nicht. Die Küchenutensilien waren klebrig und abgenutzt. Die Wohnung macht insgesamt einen eher lieblosen, abgewohnten Eindruck.
• Janaína (5/5): Je n’ai jamais ressenti une chaleur aussi horrible de toute ma vie, on ne respire pas - Parking Il n’y avait pas de climatisation, beaucoup de chaleur, il n’y avait pas de produits pour nettoyer la maison, pas de balais, ni un traitement pour nettoyer la cuisine
• Prio (9/5): Quiet neighborhood. Spacious apartment - Quiet neighborhood. A small grocery store was just on the parallel street. The next shopping mall with the supermarket U2 and restaurants was 7 min on foot. The apartment was well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay there. Just when you are checking out and leaving with your car, you need the key for the gate to get the car out first! There were lots of mosquitoes in Parma in Summer, also during the day. An anti-mosquito spray will be useful during that time of the year.
