- Barbara (10/5): A wonderful hotel made truly exceptional by the incredible kindness of its staff. - Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel itself is beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and our room was incredibly comfortable. But what truly sets this place apart and makes it unforgettable is the people. The kindness and warmth of the staff are simply over the top. At the reception, we have to give a special mention to Ibtissam and Soulaiman, whose hospitality was exceptional. But honestly, everyone we met was wonderful: Mohammed at the pool, the gentleman at the bar (Abdullah, we think?), and the lovely cleaning ladies. Every single person was so helpful, always smiling, and showed they had a big heart. We can't wait to come back to this little piece of paradise and are already looking forward to trying the future spa. We loved every minute of our stay! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. - Kadija (10/5): Parfait - J’ai aimé beaucoup de chose : le personnel est au top très gentil très serviable et mention spéciale à Badiaa qui a été très gentille qui n’hésitait pas à venir nous voir pour fissurer et nous demander si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Et aussi au bagagiste Mohamed vraiment un amour il a été adorable !! Concernant l’hôtel il est magnifique une super le piscine les chambre sont spacieuse et propre . Et à la réception aussi ils ont été très sympa j’ai demander deux fois à changer de chambre et ils l’ont changé de chambre très rapidement . Nous avons beaucoup apprécier . Les dames de chambre aussi ont été très gentilles. De plus Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Bref tout était parfait dans cet hôtel . Je reviendrai et je le recommande vivement ! Peut être un peu plus de choix dans les plats du petit déjeuner et un jus d’orange de meilleur qualité serait super.

- Laetitia (6/5): Ne reflète pas le mot Palace… - L’accueil était fort sympathique. Merci Mohamed pour votre gentillesse. Les étages (hors chambres) du Palace sont beaux, la piscine est belle. Un serveur du Patio Pool a voulu nous arnaquer avec l’argent dès notre premier jour. La piscine n’est pas chauffée, parfois des déchets dedans malheureusement, gobelet serviettes en papier, mégots de cigarettes… Le petit déjeuné manque cruellement de fruits variés, pas de fraises, pas de mangue ou autre (seulement pomme banane kiwi, et avec de la chance des rondelles d’orange et melon jaune) Très déçue par la chambre, la propreté laisse à désirer, le lavabo n’a pas été nettoyé une seule fois durant notre séjour, miroir idem, nous sommes des gens propres mais c’était déjà sal à notre arrivée, le Palace a seulement deux ans et est dans un état pas très convenable, fuite dans la douche, le cache de la chasse d’eau pas fixé… Le système de renouvellement des serviettes de bain n’est pas pratique du tout, si vous sortez de la piscine et que vous souhaitez prendre une douche ce n’est pas possible car les serviettes sont collectées sans être prévenu et sont redistribuées que tard dans la journée. L’espace billard de la réception n’avait pas de queues donc pas possible d’y jouer, pareil dans la Rush room au rez de chaussé… Le spa n’était pas présent (ouverture prochaine a priori..). Le restaurant du Palace est assez long en service.

Un immense merci au directeur, Monsieur Mouad, pour son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance, ainsi qu’à Monsieur Houssine pour son attention et son service remarquable. Une expérience que je recommande vivement.

- Louis (7/5): Does the job! - The pool area was lovely and had a great gym. Some staff were incredibly friendly. Location was perfect distance between souk and the beach. Cafe Dominium staff were incredibly rude and gave us the worst possible welcome. Minor details like our towels being taken during cleaning and not being returned until 5:30/6 so if you needed to shower in between there was no towel.

Funcionários muito simpáticos e atentos, sempre com um sorriso. Apesar da hora tardia do vôo, sem nenhuma dificuldade em fazer late check-in. A 10 minutos a pé da praia, restaurantes e comércio. Em frente ao Palácio Real. Excelente e variado pequeno-almoço, com destaque para as senhoras que preparam as omeletes. Piscina agradável. Menos agradável só o wifi.

- Harald (9/5): - Relativ neues Hotel mit schöner Poolanlage und Strandnähe. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt - es liegt gegenüber vom Palast. Großer kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Das gesamte Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich, vor allem der Concierge Briham. Morgens gibt es ein sehr großes Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen war sehr gut, jedoch nicht ganz günstig. Es gibt einen Minimarkt im Hotel für Getränke und Snacks, die relativ preiswert waren. Leider ist die Internetverbindung des WLANs sehr bescheiden, was bei einer Hotelanlage in der man sich selbst mehr aufhält wirklich nervt. Der Pool ist leider nicht beheizt. Je nach Temperatur dann doch etwas frisch.

- mohamed (6/5): Bel hôtel, mais énormément de nuisances sonores qui ont gâché le séjour et le repos. - L’hôtel est très beau, moderne et bien entretenu. La piscine et les espaces communs sont agréables, le personnel à l’accueil a été réactif lorsque nous avons demandé un changement de chambre. L’emplacement est également appréciable et les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Notre première chambre au 4ᵉ étage était juste à côté d’un moteur de climatisation extrêmement bruyant. Le bruit était constant et très fort, au point de ne plus pouvoir dormir correctement. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, ce niveau de nuisance sonore est vraiment inadmissible. Nous avons dû demander un changement de chambre, et même dans la nouvelle chambre au 3ᵉ étage, le problème du bruit a continué dès 7h du matin : aspirateurs dans les couloirs, portes qui claquent et personnel de ménage très bruyant. Le repos et le sommeil ne sont clairement pas respectés, ce qui est très décevant pour un établissement de ce standing.

Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment au top, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. La piscine est superbe et très agréable. L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités, ce qui est vraiment pratique. La propreté est irréprochable, tout est parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. Un grand merci également à l’équipe de sécurité, très sympathique et rassurante. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, j’y retournerai sans hésiter ! Rien
