Bid (1/5): Rude and Arrogant staff - The room was big and properly ventilated. 1. The bathroom was not clean. 2. The staff were extremely rude, except for Mr. Rajgopal. As requested by Mr. Sreedharan, I paid the full amount, well in advance, and informed him that the room is booked for 2 couple and a 14 yr old kid. Though the room was for 6 people, I was charged INR 500/- extra. When I protested, the staff threatened me if returning the full amount and cancel the booking as he was fully aware that I because of Mahashivratri I may not get fresh booking in other hotels.

Ezhil (6/5): Okay for 1 or 2 days stay. They reduced the price for Non-A/C room without asking. Good & genuine - No Breakfast available in the hotel. We have to go out on our own. Toilet could have been cleaned better though the phenyl was applied. They can cancel our booking only after confirming with us as we booked with booking.com. Due to unexpected accident, I reached the place 3 hours later. But they have cancelled the booking. However, I have been allotted a Non-AC room. When I enquire, the hotel receptionist told, we have to call the hotel one day before for confirmation.

Bhamare (3/5): Poor - I booked the hotel on Booking.com and it was confirmed, when I reached there in middle of night and called the care taker (whose number is displayed at the hotel), called him but he didn't even come outside (he was audible to me) and said there are no rooms, I even said it is confirmed but still he denied. Professionalism is missing.

Praveen (3/5): It was work related travel. Each day my stay was only 10:30pm to 7:30 Am. facilities are bare minimum. mattress were har - staff was polite. location is in a residential area where constructions are still going on.
