Guest Reviews
- Jubin (10/5): Perfect stay - Amazing stay and amazing value for money. Nothing
- Frank Gilroy (7/5): -
- Marcus (1/5): - Nothing I don't like that the place wasn't ready when I got there plus when I got there they said sorry for keeping me outside for a hour then got in house and the room was stone cold even though I complained saying Mt feet are dropping off.
- Andrew (7/5): A discrete and unassuming stay in the Cotswolds. - It is a different form of stay, I did no apprehend the location is a home stay rather than a formal accommodation provider like a rooming house or hostel. The bed was very softly sprung. Otherwise it was a room with a shared bathroom.
- Chang hua (1/5): Will never booked this house again in the future - It’s a really terrible experience , the owner text me that they won’t have staff in the house after 6:00pm, but they didn’t mentioned it in advance and asked for 20pounds for them to arrange staff back to the house for the key, but we found their parents live in the house , the apartment just one room of the apartment , so it’s kind of cheating to charge us 20 pounds for the key, and the room condition is very poor.

- christine (7/5): - Hotesse sympathique et endroit joli et agréable Aucun rangement dans la chambre, une couette une personne dans le lit deux places, et bruyant sur les coups de 5/6 heure du matin.

- Geert-Jan (8/5): All in all it was good. I just wanted a place to sleep and the room was great. - Parking was listed as available. The only parking available was on the street (which is fine) but there was no allocated parking and no marked parking spaces. On one occasion I had to park down the road as there were no space by the house. Don't know what I would have done if all parking was taken. One of the areas where people parked had a clear no parking sign - don't know if that could have gotten me a ticket or clamped.
- Alan (7/5): Good basic stay . - Quiet n clean No tele and no kettle or coffee
- Arshad (1/5): - The house is hidden in corner hard to find when I reached I was asked by a south Indian man to leave the shoes down stairs by the door the wardrobe was full of a women clothes no TV in room a very small room and no door lock the bed sheet doesn't seems very clean u fortunately I have no other choice but to spent a night there.its total waste of money it's better if you spent extra £20 and get a better room. Everything an old tiny room with no lock no TV no wardrobe total waste of money.

- Sharon (1/5): Disgusting - This is not the room the above picture is not the room It was unsafe it was a man home in a housing estate no locks on bedroom door or main entrance thecroom had men and womens clothing and belongings in the room i was unable to stay it was a false advertisement
- Franklin (5/5): It was a long way from the centre pf town and difficult to find. PUT LOCK on bedroom door. - Host very nice Long way out, no lock on bedroom door, bathroom pretty basic
- Charlotte (8/5): Lovely warm reception. Generously sized room. Good location for closeness to town centre. - The family that owned the property were incredibly welcoming, accommodating and friendly. I felt very comfortable there and it is only a half hour walk to the town centre. It is a very peaceful neighbourhood/estate. My bed was comfortable and the room was generously sized with space to do exercise and a desk.
The shower was so powerful, which I loved. I'd definitely come back :) Nothing. Everything met my needs for the trip.

- Elizabeth (7/5): - Gracie was very sweet and the location was very quiet. I was able to leave my bag there after the checkout time which was very generous and helpful. They were very responsive when I was messaging them with questions, which was nice. The location was a bit out of the way - around a 30 minute walk from downtown Cirencester which I expected and was fine. I booked it because of the proximity to Cotswold eBikes, but that didn't help because it was actually very unwalkable to get there.
- Mark (9/5): -
- Mark (8/5): Reasonable accommodation - Nice comfy bed Location
- Andrew (8/5): Did the job for what I needed but not what I expected. - It was reasonably priced and fairly close to where I was working. It is basically someone renting out bedrooms in a residential house, when reading the Booking.com description, I thought it was a sort of private hostel.
It was fine for me as I left early each morning and got home fairly late.
- Leyla (3/5): - House share with others who seemed friendly. All facilities of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen available. Host was helpful and friendly. The bed seemed to be unclean filled with hairs - I was able to remake it from sheets I found in a drawer.
There is no lock on the door so as a single woman I felt unsafe in a shared house with two other men.
- Christine (5/5): - this was just a room in a private house no frills no breakfast no towels no tea coffee facilities. A bed for the night but i did not expect much more for that price. very little furniture in the room . You get what you pay for, so no complaints.
- Tania Patricia (4/5): Too expensive for what it was - The owner was very nice. I was a bit cold in the room and he turn the heater on. The bed sheets weren't properly clean, nor the toilet. I think if they have guests they could clean the toilet deeply.
- Adrian (10/5): -
- Andrew (8/5): Everything was good apart from the fact that there was no lock on my door so won’t be going back -
