• Caroline (10/5): Phenomenal time in Split - We immediately loved this apartment ! The photos online are absolutely accurate. The decor is so light and refreshing. We appreciated the spaciousness of the place and could imagine returning for a longer stay. The location is so ideal we never needed our car and were able to safely leave it parked (for free) on the street. The owner is an amazing woman with a wealth of information in the form of a presentation. We took ALL her suggestions and ideas and had an absolutely unforgettable time in Split and the nearby islands as a result.

• Tatevik Martirosyan (10/5): Perfect place, nice, clean and close to city center. - The location was really good. Not in the old town, 15 min walk, but worth it. Not noisy. The apartment itself was great. It had everything I needed. So clean and comfortable. The host was so helpful with all the tips and infromation. There is nothing to mention. Everything was perfect there.
• Ainsley (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment had everything you could need, and Stella was a wonderful host. All recently renovated. ~10 min walk to the palace. Close to grocery stores. Very comfy bed, laundry in suite, and lots of space. Would highly recommend for your visit to Split! We even extended our stay because we liked the apartment so much.
• Charles (9/5): Small clean apartment close to Palace. - Clean, comfortable, small apartment very close to palace. Nice host and strong wifi. Free parking available although you have to be careful you are not blocked in by another car. Small washing machine in apartment. Nice host. The building’s entrance is dark at night and the lights in the stairwell constantly go out. No living area, just a kitchen and a bedroom.
• Shahzad (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect and room was clean. Host was also very helpful. Neighbours were very noisy and you would hear everything due to thin walls.
• Licato (10/5): Exceptional - Brand new furnishings; has a full kitchen. Stella a very pleasant and approachable host. Location also good. Nothing noteworthy.
• Mrstravelb (9/5): Fabulous apartment for two, well equipped and well located in the beautiful town of Split. - The owner was so friendly and helpful. They provided lots of local info including where to find the nearest supermarket and what was open on the public holiday. They also told us the cheapest way to get to the airport. Communication was excellent, all my questions were answered within minutes. The apartment is well equipped and nicely furnished with lots of storage so we could hide our suitcases away. The free WiFi was fast enough for everything we needed. The location meant that we could walk everywhere in just a few minutes. Great shower and air conditioning too. We liked everything!
• Abrar (10/5): Literally at your second home 🏠💖👍🏻 - Best apartment in Split. I was comfortable and relax in the apartment as it has everything you need like kitchen, washing machine, irone, fridge etc.. The host was super helpful and friendly by providing all the details you need in Split such as attractions, restaurants, airports shuttle. It was a lovely experience 💜👌🏻🥰 The mattress was hard to sleep on it, and the hot water finished quickly while I had my shower. Still 10/10 👍🏻
• Caroline (10/5): Nice quality vs price. I would go back! - Close enough to city center (about 10 min walk), apartment was clean and spacious. The host was so nice and allowed early check-in. She even provided a short presentation of the city and giving us some tips for getting around. Nothing to be noted
• Leslie (10/5): Small but fully functional apartment - The apartment was spotless and Stella explained everything to us. The facilities she had arranged were very thoughtful. Easy walk to old town. Local bus station, Spar and Tommy next door. Stella was an excellent communicator and promptly answered all my questions. Nothing to not like.
• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great just a short walk to the palace and waterfront. There were a couple of bakeries just around the corner from the apartment which was very convienent. Stella Met us at the apartment on our arrival and couldn't have been more helpful, she provided a map and marked several key locations and also gave lots of helpful hints. The apartment was small but perfect for our needs and the lift made it so much easier with our luggage. Very safe and central location. Nothing.
• Bornice (10/5): Amazing Stay - I really enjoyed my stay at Apartment Mares. Stella the host is absolutely amazing. I work a lot and dint have time to do much research before my trip, but she already sent me all the information on how to get to the apartment, where to visit, which areas and restaurants to go to, and also tips about prices and distances. Complete with maps and photos! That saved me a lot of trouble (Nochmals herzlichen Dank Stella!). The apartment itself looks just like in the pictures. It is cozy, very clean and equipped with what one would need for a long stay (e.g cooking, washing machine, extra bathroom/beach towels, soap etc). Location is great. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, shopping mall around (yet still feels like a quiet family neighbourhood) and within walking distance to most major attractions- I never once needed to take the bus although the station was 2 minutes walk from the door. And the neighbours were also very friendly :). Would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Split..and definitely recommend it :). N/A
• Tatiana (10/5): 10 days stay in Split - Very new and comfortable apartment, additional blankets, beach towels, slippers, washing machine available. Possibility to work remotely for 2 people (kitchen & table in the bedroom). The bed and pillows are very comfortable for our taste! The host Stella was amazing with communication: helped with our every request regarding public transport etc., as well as allowed us to do a late checkout (stayed in the apartment during the low season) which allowed us even to take a shower after our last activity before our flight back, which was very useful. Nothing the host can do with, but fiy, the apartment is in a relatively old building a bit outside of an old town.
• Cory (10/5): Great location - So close to the historic area without being right in it. A close parking spot for our car, and an updated nice room with a kitchen. Our host had great information also which made our stay even better.
