Small site. Children had a field and park to play in. If you don’t bring a car be prepared to walk, we love walking so didn’t bother us at all.

- Neil (10/5): Fabulous short stay close to Sandown. - We were a family of four staying for a couple of days, it was an ideal base for us to explore Sandown, had everything we needed for our short stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean, thank you for a wonderful stay

- Cibi (8/5): Good location and cost. Amenities need improvement - The cost of the accommodation and the play area was great. I was able to see spiders all around the corners, which seemed the caravan is unused for a long time. Keeping the basic amenities like a bath mat was missing which made me buy them.

Location was brilliant (near supermarkets and walking routes, not far from coast) and staff communication was great. Caravan was a bit dated but functioned well. There was a bit of a strange smell when we first arrived but it went when we opened up the windows.

A few basic bits would have been appreciated like washingup things, but I knew they wouldn't be there as it says they wouldn't be - brought stuff so we managed.

- Maruf_ahmed (10/5): Pleasant and affordable holiday park. - Loved the caravan and it's location. The air park is just adjacent to the caravan park and you can see airplanes flying in the day. The caravan was clean and tidy. We were informed what to take with us such as toiletries, kitchen items etc etc. I highly recommend the park for holiday makers to IoW. Toilet is narrow and could be a problem for some people.

Make footpath for walk
- Suzanne (7/5): Good - We picked it because usually it’s so peaceful and quiet xxx Everyday, they were mowing the grass for r strimming. It was an invasion of noise. And unnecessary I know they are trying to sell the business but it did have an affect on us

- T (8/5): Fabulous - Control over energy, such as heating with a lovely fireplace. Control over TV or other device usage. EMF levels the same as recorded elsewhere such as hotels, restaurants or public amenities for example. Very quiet, tucked and hidden away - a nice getaway for winter. I found the people whom ran the place honest in personal dealings. Being hounded by homeless teams and left an eviction notice due to not complaining enough, or declining them access to the property. Also being falsely informed by homeless teams that some of the temporary accommdation is too expensive when the housing benefits actually covers more expensive social housing.
Footage has been recorded for any false accusations made against my person.
