• Mariia (10/5): - Очень удобное расположение. Апартаменты нахрдятся прямо в центре, все в шаговой доступности. Номер отличный, чисто, комфортно.

Место было расположено в самом центре города.Всё поблизости рестораны, магазины, достопримечательности. До площади республики пешком можно добраться за 2 минуты.Хочу особо поблагодарить владельца молодую, красивую женщину Тину за тёплый приём.Было идеально чисто и комфортно. Когда приеду в Ереван однозначно буду проживать в том же месте.Однозначно рекомендую Молодец всё было идеально.

• Hamid (10/5): - It was very pleasant stay for 6 nights. Mrs Varda, the manager, was very kind , helpful and nice with a little difficulty in speaking English. The property was modern, clean and cosy with everything even android box in one of the best streets close to the Republic Square with many restaurants and coffee shops around. We was confused about the the last 3days of our stay since we had paid 60 Amd for our first 3days and had told the manager that we would extend our stay for 3more days, but and the end of first 3days she noted that we had to check out unless we would pay 15 000Amd which was contradictory to the booking price and our expectations. Mrs Varda explained that booking is not valid due to the high demands?!!! Everything' especially Heater and Android Box... Cleaness

• tal (1/5): Misleading listing and aggressive host – travelers should avoid this property - The location is ok Very disappointing and stressful experience. The listing on Booking clearly states that the reservation can be cancelled free of charge at any time, but in reality the host demanded that we pay for the entire stay and refused to respect the cancellation policy. When we explained that we might need to leave earlier, the host became extremely rude and started calling us “scammers”. The situation escalated further when the internet in the apartment was disconnected, even though the property is advertised with Wi-Fi. As someone who needs internet for work, this made it impossible for me to stay comfortably. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the host demanded that we leave and threatened to call the police. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this property if you expect the conditions advertised on Booking to be respected and basic professionalism from the host.

• Joshua (4/5): It'll do for a night - The location is nice It was not easy to find and this is the only place I have ever stayed that tried to charge me for the use of an iron (12 euros to iron one shirt). Thankfully Armenians are amazing and I met a neighbor in the elevator that took me to his apartment and let me use his iron.

• Luis (7/5): Great location, good sized room - The location is perfect, right in the city centre and close to all amenities a tourist needs in the city. Arthur was a very nice host, very good at communicating. The bedsheets were not very clean. The duvet cover and the duvet itself were stuck in the closet looking more like they needed to be washed than ready to be used. The duvet had yellow stains on it, so we preferred not to use it.

• Alira (8/5): Very good - Great location in the city center. Good Wifi, stable ping at 47Mbps. Spacious and clean room, comfy beds, a/c working fine, very quiet. Friendly and responsive host. Overall, our stay was worry-free and comfortable. There was a kettle and cups in the room, but no tea or coffee was provided. The shower cabin is constructed so that water splashes outside every time you take a shower and stays on the floor, making it slippery. It would be nice to have either a door to close the cabin completely or a mop to get rid of the excess water after a shower.

We ran out of toilet paper but the apartment's policy is that there's no additional one (despite the fact that we stayed for 4 days) Furthermore, there was no shampoo or shower gel. We had to buy them all.

• Aleksi (1/5): Bad - I had a very disappointing experience with these apartments. Upon arrival, no one met me, and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone as my calls went unanswered. On top of that, there was no parking available for my car, despite the description clearly stating that parking was included. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The area feels very safe, which made my stay even more comfortable. The host was incredibly nice and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
