• Mary (1/5): Can’t get out of the building safely using a walker due due to steps - The ocean view I wouldn’t go back there again. I’m pretty upset that when reservations were made I let them know that I am using a walker and I have a service dog that I’m bringing with me. I was told that I would want to use the one bedroom because it has a walk-in shower and there’s elevators in the condo. There’s no ramp or elevator to go outside. I had to carry my walker down six steps in and out every day, which was not easy and very exhausting. You should let people know with wheelchairs and walkers that that condo wouldn’t be good for them. Second day I was there There were ants all over the place. The first day I saw one or two in the bathroom, but then the kitchen was loaded with ants. One day of sitting at the dining room table, while I wasmaking rosaries I heard a noise and saw that the screen popped out of the window with the wind. I had to go downstairs down the steps up a high curb to get the screen. The following day maintenance. came to put the screening in. two of the TV remotes didn’t work. My daughter put Roku on my phone so I could use it for the one bedroom. Can opener didn’t work. I had to go out and buy one. There was a hole in that big black chair that I used to sit by the window, I didn’t want to be blamed for it so I showed the maintenance man and I also showed him the holes and couple of the beach towels. • Jennie (8/5): We always stay here if this condo is available. - We have stayed at this location before multiple times. The location was perfect. Couldn’t find anywhere else to be other than right up against the ocean. The layout was great as well. The beds were comfortable. This room is on the 3rd floor so there wasn’t any noise from the boardwalk at night. Maybe a little here and there. It’s not a total negative but if it is spruced up a little bit as it was before, it would be perfect.
