• Mark (10/5): Amazing nirvana.... - Everything about the property I couldn't falt, spotless outdoor area is amazing to relax with an open fireplace. Not to mention the spa... house itself was amazing spacious clean and bathrooms were fantastic.. highly recommended.. Nothing
• Shelley (8/5): Very good - The location was great and the outdoor area was beautiful I was a little concerned about the camera, I understand when you have young people. But we were an older group, it was a little off putting.
• Didgee (1/5): Deceptive and misleading, and a mess. - Nothing. A cleaning fee of $350.00 was charged twice, and the appearance of another $500.00 in addition to the $1,000.00 security deposit that was not shown on any contract made for a complex and time-consuming stay. I booked 3 days and was emailed an itemised invoice showing the accommodation cost plus $350.00 for cleaning. The small print showed a $1,000.00 security deposit will be taken. Fair enough, I thought. Then I extended the stay another 5 days; another invoice arrived with the accommodation cost and another $350.00 for the cleaning fee. Then my credit card statement shows $1,000.00 taken for the security deposit and another $500.00 for a security deposit. So now I'm charged $700.00 cleaning fee for a single stay and a $1500.00 security deposit when it clearly states $1,000.00 on the contract. It gets worse when Homes for Holidays calls me from a private number. I ask that I should only pay one cleaning fee for a single stay. Homes for Holidays try to tell me the cleaning fee is not a cleaning fee but the accommodation cost. I ask then why it is itemised like that in the invoice. No straight answer here. Then I ask why I have been charged $1,500.00 security deposit when it clearly states a $1,000.00 security deposit on the contract and website. They tell me they made a mistake and it is $1,500.00. Too bad if I needed that extra $500.00 for my holiday. Aside from the place being a disgusting mess on arrival, the ordeal was misleading and deceptive. I've given them the opportunity to make it right, I'm still waiting.
• Didgee (1/5): Terrible. - I can't think of anything nice to say about this place. After a delayed check-in because the cleaner was not finished, the place was filthy, fridge smelt putrid. Nothing like the images on the website. Once complained to the owners they organised another cleaning. But on the invoice, we have been charged two lots of cleaning at $350.00 each for a 6-day stay. I'm yet to get a response why we have been charged 2 lots of $350.00 for cleaning.
• Cheryl (10/5): A relaxing spa retreat and all the creature comfort’s of home. Would highly recommend this property without hesitation. - it was just so welcoming and comfortable for a family catch up along with being a private and peaceful setting. Nothing to state

The house is even more beautiful in person plenty of space, the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are stunning. Simple and easy check in and great communication from host. Loved everything about this place we will definitely stay again.
