Alessandro had prepared many delicious things, and while we were a little bit late and there was like one egg left, he offered us to make another one because we were two people. Amazing local delicacies, full and delightful breakfast. Also Alessandro offered us another coffee and since we were ready to start our strolling we asked him if he could serve it in our portable cup and of course he had no problem at all. Very Helpful and pleasant person providing, clean cosy accomodation.

• Ulrich (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert - B&B Unterkunft in ruhiger unmittelbarer Nähe von mehreren Sprachschulen in Syrakus. Supermarkt, Bars und Caffeès gleich nebenan, Fußweg in das historische Centrum ca. 20 - 25 Minuten. Archäologische Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museum schnell und leicht erreichbar. Die Räume befinden sich im 4. Stock mit Aufzug, ausreichend Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Ausstattung des Zimmers: genügend Steckdosen, TV, kleiner Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, schnelles stabiles WLAN, ebenerdige Dusche, Föhn, harte Matratze (+), Blick auf die Santuaria... sehr sauber, tägliche Reinigung. Fast familiäre Verhältnisse in der Unterkunft, reichhaltiges italienisches und kontinentales Frühstück, der Besitzer Alessandro ist sehr :zuvorkommend, freundlich und humorvoll. Er fragt nach Wünschen, die sofort erfüllt werden und kann wertvolle Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung und zum Ort geben. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! übersetzt mit google: Sistemazione in B&B in una posizione tranquilla, molto vicina a diverse scuole di lingua a Siracusa. Supermercato, bar e caffetterie sono proprio accanto e il centro storico è raggiungibile in circa 20-25 minuti a piedi. Siti archeologici e musei sono facilmente raggiungibili. Le camere si trovano al 4° piano con ascensore e c'è un ampio parcheggio proprio di fronte all'edificio. Servizi in camera: numerose prese di corrente, TV, piccolo frigorifero, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi veloce e affidabile, cabina doccia, asciugacapelli, materasso rigido (+), vista sul Santuario... molto pulito, con servizio di pulizia giornaliero. La struttura ha un'atmosfera quasi familiare, viene servita una ricca colazione italiana e continentale e il proprietario, Alessandro, è molto accomodante, cordiale e spiritoso. Chiede informazioni su qualsiasi esigenza, che viene immediatamente soddisfatta, e può fornire preziosi consigli sulle attività ricreative e sulla zona. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! • Alexandra (9/5): Very happy with our stay. - The breakfast was a nice buffet with a lot of fresh items and pastries to choose from. All the spaces were very clean, as well as the towels of course. The host, Alessandro, was very welcoming, kind and helpful, helped us with suggestions for monuments, and bus routes etc. Overall we were very happy with our stay and the host, and I will be recommending Panoramic Rooms to anyone interested in visiting Syracuse

La nostra camera è stata preparata in anticipo rispetto al nostro orario di check-in e questo è stato molto apprezzato. La struttura e la camera sono pulite e funzionali. • Pizzo (10/5): Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top! - Die Erwartungen wurden klar übertroffen. Wir können dieses B&B sehr empfehlen. Alessandro ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und herzlicher Gastgeber. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, TV und Haarföhn ausgestattet. Die Betten total bequem und das Frühstück reichhaltig und frisch. Der Standort ist gut gelegen, bis zur Touristenmeile liegt ein ca. 20 min. Fussweg. Unterwegs findet man diverse sehr gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Guten Gewissens können wir diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen.

Alessandro, il proprietario, oltre ad essere simpaticissimo, si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e attento: ci ha fornito ottime indicazioni su luoghi da visitare e ristoranti da provare. A colazione ci ha davvero coccolati, sorprendendoci l ultimo giorno anche con una granita e brioche eccellenti. Comodissimo anche l’ampio parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti. Consigliatissimo!
• Nicole (10/5): Esperienza fantastica a Siracusa. - La camera era pulitissima e non mancava di nulla, l'host Sandro è stato perfetto in ogni minimo dettaglio ed ogni mattina serviva una colazione mozzafiato e dettagliata (cannoli, brioche, cornetti e granita di mandorla - salumi freschi, pizzette e panini salati e succhi), disponibile in ogni occasione, ci ha consigliato spiagge e luoghi strepitosi della Sicilia. Il parcheggio è sempre disponibile e gratuito, in una zona molto tranquilla. Questo b&b può essere considerato un hotel 5*, lo consigliamo vivamente.

Panoramic Rooms is in a great location and is very clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance of a very interesting archeological park and of course, Syracuse and Ortigia. We also used it as a base for travelling up/down the east coast which was ideal. N/A

Breakfast was good. Location it great. With three very interesting sites, just 5 minutes away, good restaurants in the neighbourhood, it is still a calm location with great parking options. Walk to the city centre, and Ortigia is 30 min, but a lot of interesting places on the way. I would recommend this apartment for those who travel with the car. Nothing, all was better than expected!

Easily the best in all of Sicily! If you're traveling by car, parking in front of the house is no problem at all. The room exceeded our expectations in every way. • Chiara (10/5): The right place to stay if you travel by car - The highlight of the room was our amazing host who made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. Great location if you travel by car, lots of free parking right in front of the building. Walking distance from the Neapolis Archaeological Park. The old city center is a bit further, about 30 minutes, but very doable. The room is nice, tidy and overall just what you need. Nothing really, for this price you get a perfect experience.

The location is close to the San Giovanni Catacombs. The location offers parking, the master bed is comfortable and breakfast was very nice. The photos on their site are exactly as was our room. The hop-on hop-off bus is close by and we’ll worth the 5€ per person for the day. The location is a large apartment with 3 rooms; each with their own full bathroom. Unfortunately we heard the other guests come back to their room during the night. The room does not have a safe on site.

Even you do not stay in Ortigia, I would say it is even better because parking is problematic in Ortigia. Here we found parking spots really easily.
