• Malhotra (3/5): Bad experience with the stay. - The room was spacious and the outdoor garden was good for relaxing. Very bad experience with the hotel and their staff. Please do not book this hotel or else you will regret it the moment you reach. I booked a deluxe room however was provided the budget room, so I had to argue with the staff and then they provided me the deluxe room. However, even the deluxe room lacked the basic necessities like tv remote, AC remote, Towel and toiletries, wardrobe, table, moisturiser, iron, room fridge. You have to call them everytime to request for it. I booked it via booking.com but the staff asked me to cancel the booking and pay directly at the hotel. Moreover, they have a centre control for electricity and they did not switch it on the check in time though I reached a little earlier (shows the cheap mentality of the staff). Please don't get fooled by the photos or else you will regret it later. Also, this is almost 700m inside the main kanyakumari road (only active road in the city) so getting auto/cab would be a difficulty.

Wondering what due diligence was conducted by Booking.Com to list this property. 1. No towels or toiletry 2. TV wasn’t workin mg and wasn’t attended to 3. Wardrobe was insufficient for the beds 4. Not clean - cockroaches were there 5. Collected GST but no bill provided

• Singh (1/5): Bad furniture/room with bed bugs and mosquitoes. Had to sleep outside the room. - The property exterior is good. The rooms and internal furniture are very bad. The AC does not work and it was really hot and humid to sleep there. There were bad bugs and mosquitoes everywhere making it impossible to sleep. We had to sleep in the hall.
