- Edward (8/5): Very clean hotel but was like a ghost Town in the reception area - Good big clean modern looking room There was no one on reception most of the time only when we checked in at 2 o’clock And the shower head wanted a better fitting so water went in right direction not all over bathroom
- Morris (9/5): - This was our 2nd stay a Hotel Blackpool we have stopped at a few hotels/B&Bs over the years but have found that Hotel Blackpool is the only one we've ever wanted to go back to. Staff are very helpful and kind, rooms are big. Which for us is a must as we go for the dance competitions, so our girls have a lot of stuff. Bathrooms are lovely you can have a bath or shower and very clean. They maybe could have softer mattress, we did find our were bit to firm and springy. We did sleep but just nicer mattress would be good. More towels in the room we literally only had one towel each so a hand towel in the bathroom, plus shower matt to dry on. The shower also doesn't allow you to move it into position you have to take it down and hold it in your hand to wash.

- Perry (6/5): Have limited expectations - fine for friends, drunk lads night out! - The location is good and it's quiet, surprisingly quiet on the back other than inconsiderate guests. They've sortees the kettle situation out. The staff checking us in was a nice bloke, didn't see anyone else after that - it literally is left alone! Carpets are nice and soft / new, air con in room - but very noisy. WiFi was good. Shower really good and modern bathroom, the most is made of limited space. Good price. Grice blinds let in too much light to room, beds far too hard, not the cleanest - old toiletries left behind, blood stain on pillow case and stains on carpet. Tv still didn't work. 3 pillows in my room, friend had 5! Crap phone signal but WiFi worked well. Branding crisis, different names on different areas of the hotel. Too many handwritten notices. Hardly any staff around. No bar, no food, ridiculous door locks that dont really work. All in all there's not much progress from 2024, but it could be amazing!

- Jan (9/5): Friendly, really good value, great location. - The manager was friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a good stay. The location was great for Winter Gardens, and other Blackpool attractions - all within a few minutes walk. It was clean and the bathroom and furniture all looked brand new. The shower was amazing! Limited parking outside the hotel, but there was a car park within walking distance. The TV didn't work, only a minor issue but it would have been nice to have that available. The mattresses were very hard, and I anticipated they would be uncomfortable, but I had a good night's sleep regardless.

Given a room with broken hanger for clothes, door had a hole in it which people could see in and the bathroom window was broken and covered up with tarpaulin We were then moved to another room with no heating facility and were given a wee fan heater that smelt of burning and had orange flashed coming out of it

- Leanne (1/5): - Nothing Room was freezing, heater in our room didnt work, no hairdryer or iron, noisy heaters in rooms above us kept us awake most of the night coming on and on all night, bathroom floor tiles cracked and jagged had to warn my autistic children not to stand on them they would cut their feet, bed was so hard it hurt my hips and back and my partner's back, pretty certain they were using my netflix account to watch something in reception, very awkward when I went to complain about the heater i heard netflix and asked if they were using my account to which i got no answer. It was absolutely not value for money and the worst place we have stayed in Blackpool.

- Pearce (1/5): Uncomfortable and disturbing. - Location. Friendly staff Mattress was so hard couldn’t sleep in the bed. Noise both inside and out was ridiculous. Took pillows off wardrobe they were dirty. Shower cannot stay on stand as drench’s the whole bathroom.

And for the t - The entrance was nice when you walked in, the bathrooms in the room was nice, the staff was polite The beds was rock hard especially for pregnant women like myself so I don’t recommend if your pregnant, sheets had stains on aswell as the towel, you only get 1 towel to share, it was freezing, the WiFi didn’t work, the tv had no Ariel as it didn’t work, the carpets looked as they have not been hoovered in ages, it smelt walking up and down the stairs from the entrance to the room and also the cups had stains on.

- Lisa (1/5): Would never stay here again. - Clean room No hot water. When we complained the owner said to run the tap for 10 minutes. We did but there was still no hot water, not even luke warm. No tv working, noisy radiator, very hard mattress. The only good thing was the location

Our door was kicked by two drunks at 4am trying to get in and I felt as a loan female extremely unsafe. No hot water unless you ran the taps for 15+ minutes. Tv didn’t work in any room for the whole stay. Smelt fusty and beds were rock hard and you could feel every mattress spring

Room wasn't the cleanest. No entertainment, workers wouldn't give us managers number to resolve our issue as residents were kicking off kept us up all night No toilet roll or fresh towels. Carpet all up and tiles cracked, heater not working. Place needs updating wouldn't stay again, wouldn't recommend this place.

- Sam (3/5): This would be fine for a fun night out and you just need somewhere to get your head down after a few drinks - Staff very friendly and smiley The spare pillows were stained, the mattress was hard, the bed sheet had hairs on and the plug sockets and one bed side lamp were taped up on green tape with do not use one. We slept on top of the bed in our clothes due to being exhausted and arriving at 10pm with kids.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting I don't normally leave reviews but I cannot let this slide i have never ever experienced such a state in my life and if it wasn't so busy in Blackpool because of the lights being turned on I would have switched the hotel but for £176 and not getting my money back straight away we had to stay the carpets leading up the stairs to the rooms were covered in hair and I mean covered first red flag entering the room first glance looks okay then looks down to the floor it has never ever been hoovered then used towels covered in stains then I pulled back the bed sheets body fluid period fluid all on sheets quilt dripple covered pillows it's light the just re folded towel and made made didn't change a things brand new bathroom but tiles smeared with good knows what bath plug whole was clogged with hair the carpet was covered in hair went down and complained told them i want the room gutting new mattress sheets pillows hoovering i said ill be bk later me and family returned to just the sheets been changed and new towels the mattress was disgusting so ended up sleeping on quilt in clothes I could keep going I don't think my words can describe how disgusting this place is like I use my t-shirt as a pillow case woke up felt like I was itching thinking bout the dirty had to keep trainers on

When pillow case taken off the pillows were covered in mold. Hairs everywhere the carpet was disgusting not even hoovered when we went in. The bath was dirty.

- Jason (1/5): Never Again!! Disgusting!! - Nothing, Disgusting!! Absolutely disgusting, we ended up leaving the hotel on arrival it was that disgusting and the staff at front desk had no intentions of helping or knew how to even deal with a hotel or customers.
- Victoria (6/5): Great location hotel - Location was fantastic everything was very close and within walking distance. The guy running the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy enough. Rooms were a great place to chill out,only downside was the funky smell. Great value for money The room had a wet patch / leak at an end of one of the beds and the room had a funny smell to it.the carpets on the stairs could do with a really good hoover and clean. Toiletries were minimal but we took our own anyway.

- Rebecca (7/5): Nice spacious room - Air conditioning on a hot day was bliss, the hotel owners were very kind and helpful. It was close to everything you need town centre on the doorstep as well as convenience stores and blackpool attractions Few stains on the bedding, the main light in the room and in the bathroom didn't work so we had a little lamp on the bedside table to light the room. The shower didn't work but the bath was fine. No towels even though it was on the list for what is available to you so we had to go buy towels as we didnt pack any. We only had tea bags and 3 milks available to drink no coffee or anything else that was meant to be available. I would stay again in hope these little things were resolved 😊

Unable to get the shower mixer appropriate so showers were far too hot to even use. All the staff, while very friendly, English was not their first language so they were unable to assist with the shower or any other local information required.
