• Joanna (10/5): - Hotel zrobił na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie już przed przyjazdem, kontakt z obsługą był szybki, sprawny i bezproblemowy. Na miejscu również wszystko przebiegało świetnie. Personel okazał się niezwykle miły, pomocny i zawsze gotowy do udzielenia informacji czy wsparcia. Dużym atutem były śniadania podawane bezpośrednio do pokoju – smaczne, świeże i bardzo wygodne rozwiązanie, które pozwalało spokojnie rozpocząć dzień. Lokalizacja hotelu jest wręcz idealna, praktycznie w centrum, zaledwie około 5 minut spacerem od Koloseum, co czyni go świetną bazą wypadową do zwiedzania miasta.

• Ruth (7/5): - Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Bad sauber. Wir hatten ein Appartment mit 2 Einzelbetten und vor allem Küche gebucht. Dieses haben wir nicht erhalten, sondern wurden sogar in einem ganz anderen Haus an einer anderen Adresse 2 Blocks entfernt untergebracht. Dies wurde uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt, so dass wir unnötig einen Umweg gehen mussten. Uns war nach einem ganzen Tag zu Fuss in Rom alles egal, allerdings war die fehlende Kochgelegenheit unpraktisch, da wir extra bevor wir zum Hotel gingen eingekauft hatten. Auch kommt von booking dauernd die Meldung, dass die Unterkunft unsere Kreditkarte abgelehnt hat, diese ist aber mehr als ausreichend gedeckt. Und genau mit dieser habe ich auch vor Ort das Zimmer bezahlt.

El secador de pelo del baño no funcionaba, sin embargo nos prestaron uno. Además, el elevador estaba malo y tuvimos que subir y bajar maletas.
• Pauline (9/5): Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter ! - C'est l'hôtel idéal : une localisation parfaite près du Colisée, très proche du centre et qui permet d'accéder à tous les sites touristiques à pied. Le personnel était très agréable et à l'écoute. Nous sommes arrivés tôt, mais nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l'accueil le temps que la chambre soit prête. La chambre était très propre, et les lits confortables. Le petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix est un plus, mais il reste tout de même assez simple. Encore merci :)

Az én bankkártyámat lefoglalták biztositásként, hogy érkezéskor levegyék a pénzt, ami meg is törtét, de mikor odaértek a tulaj is kifizettette a gyerekekkel a tartózkodás összegét. Sajnos a mai napig nem utalták vissza a pénzünket. Szóval így 2x került kifizetésre az ottartózkodás :( hiába a levelezés a Bookingal es a tulajjal is.

• Popović (9/5): Smestaj lep, uredan, cist, osoblje preljubazno, lokacija odlicna, dorucak veoma los. - Smestaj prelep, cista, na odlicnoj lokaciji od samo par minuta hoda do Koloseuma, a ostale atrakcije su u blizini takodje. Radnici na recepciji, preljubazni, sve pohvale! Jedina mana ovog smestaja je dorucak! Sto se slanog dela tice veoma je siromasan... Dobijete cetiri lista neke sunke, dva lista kackavalja i dve male kockice putera... Sto se slatkog dela tice to je bilo u redu, dve, tri male nutelice, dva, tri dzema, dva vocna jogurta, dva soka i kafe ukoliko zelite. Ali s'obzirom da moj partner i ja nismo ljubitelji slatkog dorucka, a slanog dela je bilo premalo, nismo bas mogli da se najedemo, a i namaza (putera) je izuzetno premalo dato s'obzirom da neki ljudi vole da ga jedu i uz dzem, a sa dve kockice nije bilo dovoljno ni namazati za dva slana parceta... Sve u svemu dorucak ne vredi... Sve ostalo je odlicno

• Eduardo Santos (7/5): Muy buena ubicación de fácil acceso al centro histórico - La muy buena atención del personal y sus consejos de nuestras visitas por Nápoles y alrededores. No cuenta con ascensor para uso del hotel, es solo para los propietarios del edificio y para personas mayores como nosotros fue muy dificultoso poder subir con valijas los dos pisos de una propiedad antigua.
• Papa Nino (9/5): - Excellent location, a few minutes and you are at the Colosseum!! In the surrounding alleys you will find restaurants and bars, there is one large supermarket 2 and a half minutes walk away, and in a minute there are two adjacent supermarkets. Go to the second one, great prices, the first one tries to sting or those are its prices, do not enter it. Go to the second one, which is also larger, that's how you will recognize it. And more importantly, there was a couple there who were really very kind, smiling and only wanted to help. We found a stunning bakery with crazy pastries at 09.00 in the morning, a very busy place, there is no seating either outside or inside, and the line inside is not take away very busy. Worth a 4-minute walk from the place. Rome is a very beautiful city if you can do it on foot. If you can also use public transportation - the metro is more available than buses, it would be tough to wait more than 30 minutes for a bus, in which case you either take the metro or walk (in my opinion it would have been more fun on foot. You came to travel anyway, right? 🫣😀). As for taxis, there is a not-so-cheap Hover, but anyone who is in a hurry or has something urgent should download the Hover app. Well to me the bad was not so comfortable.

• Nowakowski (9/5): We would happily stay there again when next in Rome. - Excellent location. The room was very comfortable, with almost daily change of towels and the (comfortable) bed made up. During our one week stay the staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful - even carrying two suitcases up three flights of stairs for us. Unlike previous comments we've read we had no problem finding the place (suggest checking Google map Street View beforehand ); there is a brass plate on the side of the door with "Imperial Relais" on it and the doorbell clearly marked. The building itself is very old and some allowance has to be made for that. The room itself was faultlessly modern. Practical benefits: the rooms have an electric kettle with breakfast tea or green tea (but no coffee: we bought a jar of instant in the nearby shop). There is also a fridge - useful for storing a small bottle of milk or keeping your mineral water cool. And a safe in which you can keep your crown jewels :) Well, being on the third floor with the lift use restricted to permanent residents would have been a challenge if we did not have help carrying up our suitcases (we are in our seventies). But when in Rome do as the Romans and coping with staircases has been a fact of Roman life since ancient times! However, this is not a place for anyone unable to climb three flight of stairs. We did miss having a common breakfast room where you can meet other guests and vary your breakfast. Breakfast orders are taken the day before and served on a tray in your room. We can't complain about the breakfasts - they were very tasty with a wide variety of toast, yoghurt, jam, Nutella, cakes and tea or coffee. But after seven days this became somewhat boring: a bowl of cereal would have been welcome! One practical point: the bathroom washbasin does not have a plug - something previous reviewers have mentioned. We've often found this in European hotels and bought a universal basin plug on Amazon before we left home.

• Joaquin (10/5): A nice gem in Rome near the colleseum - Very nice place, it looked better irl than it did on pictures. It is true that the elevator is only for residents (you won't be able to use it) and you have to go up the stairs. But aside from that, it's a great place, very pretty, clean, great staff and nice breakfast. We even had a bonus kitchen in our room (we did not expect this). The stairs and elevator not working, but I already went in assuming this. Most places in Europe have very old facades but inside are pretty.
