Deore (6/5): Not good - Location is good There are so many bacterias there, that also came with my luggage when I checked out, they should have properly clean room wardrobes and bedseats

Harkamal (5/5): - Location Aircon was not working properly. Communication on the phone was not too good. Airport drop off vehicle not in a good state . Didn't had the credit card machine to make the payment.

El recepcionista le dio mi número(soy una mujer extranjera en India) a otro cliente del mismo hotel sin mi consentimiento, algo que me hizo sentir bastante insegura. Tuvimos un problema con el taxista al llegar al hotel y no nos ayudaron en absoluto, incluso cuando el taxista se puso violento con nosotras. El recepcionista estaba fuera contemplando la escena. En general, no me parece un buen sitio ni un lugar donde vayas a estar segura, especialmente si eres mujer.

Judith (6/5): Ok for one night near to the airport. - Convenient to the airport Attention to detail needs working on. One room had a toilet that was very difficult to flush, in the other room the toilet seat wasn’t fixed to the toilet bowl at all. A kettle in the room would be good.

sandrine (5/5): Chambre très agréable. Un incident de mauvaise fois à l'accueil pour la navette vers l'aéroport. - Vue agréable sur des palmiers. Au calme. chambre récente avec décor simple et chaleureux, en bois. Près de l'aéroport. Personnel acueillant. Pas correct : Nous les avons informés que nous voulions partir à 3h du matin pour l'aéroport pour notre vol à 5h30. Ils nous ont demandé de téléphoner à l'accueil 5mn avant pour la "navette" vers l'aéroport. A 2h50, j'ai appelé et demandé une navette. Lorsque nous sommes descendus, ils n'avaient pas appelé la navette. Ils nous ont dit que nous leur avions dit la veille que nous voulions partir à 5h30 !!!

Rijo (3/5): Uncomfortable Stay - The Locationn was good At First Customer Support was not there, They have given key to us and told us to go first floor with luggage. We our self went there, Bathroom is pathetic, exhuast fan is not working and smell from outside also coming. One bottle water was there and a single tea cover and a sugar pkt and a kettle. We asked dental kit , then they have given. We spent that night and at 5am we vacated and one good thing is they dropped us in airport.

Value for money. - Furniture, TV, clean bath room, clean bed Single window without cross ventilation, just an exhaust fan alone without ventilator in bath room. A very small wash basin without elbow room close to a corner. The bad patch work for to close the futuristic split ac window. Would appreciate if AC is fitted. Wouldn't mind to pay more by 500/700 if AC is fitted.

Pratheesh (10/5): Exceptional - The front desk staff named Jithu is a cool staff, whatever request is made, they will do it as quickly as possible. I don't remember the name of a lady staff, they are also very supportive. Whether couples or families, the rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere is good. Almost everything was cool One negative thing to say is that the food delivery team provided by the hotel was not picking up the phone but there was no problem as Swiggy was available.And there was only one sugar sache and two people wanted at least four

Aria (10/5): Recommend staying here! - Great place to stay near airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Free Airport shuttle is very useful. They are very welcoming and overall great place to stay. We have stayed 4 times over our time in India and has not disappointed. Airport area is not near main area so not much to do but great place to stay if needing to go to airport next day.
