- Nicholas (6/5): Good location, don't think I would return. - Overall good location, simple services and bathroom and show was of a high standard. The views across the city are good if you are on a higher floor. Service isn't great. Lack of people and engagement. No real sense of being a guest just a transaction. Overall I spoke to 2 employees both front office, check in and check out that was it. Breakfast is not fresh / it is produced early and then left out for 3 hours. Trying to get eggs was unsuccessful and everything is self service.

- Isabel (10/5): 5 estrellas bien merecidas - Si ubicación junto al río, al lado del mercado nocturno, habitación amplia , nueva y muy limpia de esas que te invitan a estar en ella y no querer salir. Desayuno bueno. Personal muy agradable y profesional. Me dejaron salir dos horas más tarde de la hora establecida sin cargo alguno. Gracias ! Nada

- Dawn (10/5): We only stayed here for one night but it was definitely worth every penny. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. I - The property faces the river and all the attractions. Everything was within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was bomb!!!! It deserves a 20 out of 10!!!

- Carl (7/5): - Nice place. Great location. Power went off for about 6 hours. We heard someone complaining the when we checked it, thought it was a one off. But nope, the next day the power was off and the room was hot and there was nothing we could do about it. They should have told us.

- CHE-JUI (10/5): Overall nice experience! - The location is excellent. Even though I checked in quite late, I could immediately head out to explore the night market and visit a nearby music bar. The next morning, it was also perfect for a walk along the river. The room is also very comfy though.

- Christophe (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel sur tous les points - La qualité de la literie👍, les équipements 👍 la vue( nous étions au 14 eme) la salle de sport, la piscine et surtout le petit déjeuner: EXCEPTIONNEL. L’emplacement est top. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel juste je me demande pourquoi il n’y avait pas de mangue ?? Pastèque ok, fruit du dragon ok pomme ok clémentine ok melon ok mais pas de mangues???? Je me demande également pourquoi , pour un hôtel de cette taille et de ce standing, la réception se résume à 4 mini guichets??? C’est vraiment étonnant, on s attend à une réception plus grande, là, on dirait des pupitres de discours….

- Nick (8/5): - Rooftop bar overlooking the Mekong River was nice. Room on the 14th floor was OK but not as good as expected for the price. See below. The room was not well furnished with just one chaise longue near the window with no other chair in the room for the second guest. No desk or desk chair. Poor design of the bathroom blind which could not be completely closed. For a high-end hotel, the Western breakfast was fairly basic although there was plenty of choice in the Asian section.
