• Benjamin (8/5): - Position was great. Shower was extremely hard to use, either had a boiling hot shower or it was freezing cold. Gas feeders are not always that hard to use, I suggest getting it checked out. WiFi was also very intermittent, but this was likely due to cell signal issues.

• White (8/5): Great mountain view from bed! - The little tack room was perfect! It had the most wonderful mountain view, you could lie in bed and see the mountains! The house gets afternoon sun, so we dashed out and did tourist things and headed back for the warm sun. The fireplace was amazing! The warmest and most efficient fire place I have ever used. We were far enough from shops that we felt it was so peaceful without the rush and close enough that if we needed to dash out we could. The cottage is situated right under an awesome mountain view, and you can get a sneak peak of the Drakensberg birds of prey centre from the balcony. The cottage below had a few people, possible a staff compound, That was a little noisy. They tended to play soccer and congregate during the day, and even though it was good screaming and chatting noises, it still disturbed the quiet mountain range we were after. Make sure you are comfortable with your partner when you stay at Nyathi. The bathroom door does not close/seal as it's an old barn style slide door. The TV had a cracking sound in the speakers which ment we couldn't play music in the background. Bring a speaker along. The mountains kept us entertained.

• Richard (8/5): Very good - Champange/ Cathkin Peak valley is always awesome, whatever the weather. Nyathi Hideaway is a splendid way to pull those mountains around you in comfort and care free.
• Ehmke (10/5): Exceptional - Private, very nicely done up room. The owners have great attention to detail and made the stay very comfortable. Maybe just a better understanding of where to leave the keys and how to get out the gate when leaving
• Kirsten (8/5): Simply lovely cottage in the mountains with everything needed for a cosy getaway or business trip. - Nyathi hideaway is an impeccable and quite lovely place to literally hideaway from the world for a couple of days - while still being right in touch and close to amenities. The constant, unnecessary contact by a third party booking company and being added to their mailing list for further advertising detracted from the experience.

• Andries (9/5): Donkey paradise - exceptional views well equipped ( need a braai place) great DONKEY theme cosy, quiet, relaxing location= hideaway owners- very attentitive Ongoing hassles and admin challenges with Euphoric ( 🤔) and JustBeLekka ( 🤐) = the 3rd and 4th parties involved .... the place is a gem and the owners are AWESOME. ( minor suggestions were shared with owners).
• Hürgen (9/5): Peaceful yet with many opportunities close by for hiking. - Great view, lovely cottage, secure under cover parking, peaceful. The fine print conditions (by the Euphoric Leisure company who insure the hosts against damages) are ridiculous. However, this has nothing to do with the friendly hosts or the outstanding cottage.
