- Gaurav (1/5): Disgusting and disappointing - Almost nothing Towel provided in the washroom has holes The tap on the washbasin was damaged and was not working properly and it was a task to use it as one has to go on turning the knob anti-clockwise and clockwise endlessly in order to open and close it. Staff was almost indifferent about these complaints and for everything they had one answer that this is a two star and cheap property so owner is not getting the things fixed but the fact is that their room tarrifs are very slightly less or almost equal to some very good properties nearby They have provided the toiletries which have the expiry date of 2018 and the moisturiser bottle they have provided and to my surprise that bottle has name of some other property on it instead of theirs They only accept cash and if someone will ask for any alternative option they will be responding very rudely on it I would not recommend this property to anyone as there are many better properties in its vicinity with equal or less room tariffs Do not go for this property as it is disappointing
- Alex (9/5): Comfortable and pleasant - Nice, clean and comfy traditional rooms, great little cafe out-front and friendly helpful staff . Communication in English was a bit challenging with the staff, but wasn’t a big issue.
