• Rick (7/5): OK for one night if you are catching a flight. - Good location for overnight stay to catch a flight at aiport. Bathroom was very spacious. Taxi was only 35 Euros. Room was a little cramped for four people. Breakfast is very basic with croissants, pastries, juice, coffee, and tea.

• Polly (10/5): I wish we had more than one night there ❤️ - Flavia and Francesco were so loving and helpful! We had an early flight the next day and Francesco was there before we needed to go. Flavia was beyond kind in orchestrating everything. Sabrina is close to the beach and we got to have a lovely beach day for our final day in Italy. Also, the beds were very comfortable!

La struttura è curata, molto pulita, con camere spaziose, confortevoli e dotate di ogni servizio necessario, La signora è stata semplicemente fantastica. Sempre gentile, disponibile e attenta ad ogni esigenza, facendomi sentire accolta fin dal primo momento. La colazione era abbondante e di ottima qualità. Super consigliato!

• Hollie (10/5): This was a perfect stress free solution to our travel needs. - The location is great when you need to be close to the airport. It took 15 mins to get to car rental return/terminal E. There is also plenty of stress free parking here.

• Amy (10/5): A perfect stay - We booked this stay last minute as we missed our first flight, we had a wonderful stay here and our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer because we needed to get back home, we were welcomed with open arms and it felt like we were staying with a friend rather than a B and B, thank you for being so helpful and making us feel at home in your beautiful country, we are definitely going to return for a longer stay. Wonderful host, we felt so welcomed, she recommended a food place for us to go too when we got here late and took the worry of sorting out a taxi for us in the morning which was a lot cheaper than a Uber and we were so grateful . The facilities are beautiful, the bed is SO comfy Thank you so much for having us Love Amy and Ellie

Pas de commodités, restaurants ni boutiques à pied, il n’y a qu’un seul restaurant style bistro sur la plage. L’aéroport est tout près et on entend un avion toutes les minutes. Mais c’est un emplacement chouette avec un espace extérieur bien emménagé

• Radu (2/5): Not a good choice - Anything, except the courtesy of Francesco, whose efforts were not enough to save the situation This should have been a bed and breakfast but the room was ugly, mine with no window (the one existing facing the common kitchen), the beds of poor quality, making noises at every turn, and very noisy, both from the kitchen used at any time by the other clients and from airplanes departing from a very close runway. As for the breakfast, only some sweets from the supermarket, no plain yogurt, no fruit, and accidentally in my case no more coffee left ! There is an simple expresso machine, but no possibility to make a cappuccino.

The bed sheets were clean but the bed’s were uncomfortable. The lady from the reception was very nice. The rooms are dark and smell, the walls are dirty and with mold.

• Paul (7/5): - Nahe am Flughafen und nicht weit vom Strand. Unser Zimmer war im Eingangsbereich, daher hört man sehr gut, wenn andere nachts oder früh auschecken und zum Flughafen wollen. Die Unterkunft kann nichts dafür, aber der Strand war im Frühjahr eine reinste Müllhalde. Sehr traurig.

• Michael (10/5): - Since I our last stay, in 2024, the breakfast room and meal have been upgraded significantly. There is now a very comfortable, small cafe-like space for sitting and eating. The weather! The beach was much cleaner than it had been during my other three stays.
• Harold (9/5): Convenient Location - It was an unusual location but close to the airport. We arrived in the dark, hungry, not realizing we would have to order food from a near by restaurant in Italian. There was no staff member on site. Fortunately our shuttle driver from Sabrina was great and when I told him on What¡s App, he contacted the restaurant to clarify. He was very efficient in dropping us off and picking us up in the morning. As long as you know to eat first, you will be fine. Of course, if you drive yourself it wouldn’t be a problem. It would have been easier to have someone on site, but thank goodness for What’s App.

• Sarah (5/5): Fine for a basic stay - Close to the FCO airport. Friendly lady welcomed us shortly after our arrival. Spacious room and ensuite. Clean sheets. Beds comfy. Pillows not so much. Nice to have a kitchen for self-service. The small courtyard/garden would be probably be lovely to sit out in when weather / time allows if you don't mind the planes overhead. We stayed to try to get a really good nights sleep before travelling but there is noise when other guests come in or out, and the pillows are thin and flat. There is some mould on the ceilings and walls. The breakfast is basic cereal with milk / yogurts and carbohydrates in plastic packets (self service). The airport shuttle advertised, at extra cost, is actually €25 each way. The argument given was that airport taxis would charge €35, but it seems hard to justify these costs when the hotel is literally next to the airport (beside the flight path, so bring ear plugs) and takes less than 15 minutes to the terminal entrance. Also the driver arrived 15 minutes after the agreed time and though he texted to say he'd be 10 minutes late (with only 10 minutes notice!) he didn't apologise and furthermore texted on his mobile twice in the journey whilst driving (illegal in Italy). Surely not the way to treat paying customers. I don't usually give negative reviews at all but having seen all the positive ones about this place, we felt a bit mislead as our experience did not tally.

• Hans (8/5): We voelden ons erg welkom en zijn fantastisch verzorgd. - Omdat we onze vlucht in de avond hadden gemist zochten we last minute een plek om te overnachten. We werden fantastisch geholpen! De transfer was uitstekend, de communicatie was duidelijk, snel en vriendelijk, comfortabele auto, zelfs vervoer om 04:00 uur terug naar de vluchthaven was geen probleem. Onze chauffeur was met zijn vrolijke gezicht een verademing in onze stressvolle uren, zelfs om 4 uur in de ochtend liep hij er vrolijk bij. De ontvangst bij de B&B was uitermate vriendelijk en gastvrij. De kamer was ruim, de badkamer netjes en we konden vroeg in de ochtend gewoon zelf ons ontbijt regelen. Ondanks dat we dicht bij het vliegveld verbleven, hebben we geen last gehad van lawaai van vliegtuigen. Het was echt lekker rustig. (Ik kan het weten, ik heb een paar uur wakker gelegen) We hadden wat moeite met het beweeglijke bed, waardoor we niet zo lekker geslapen hebben. Maar dat ligt vooral aan ons, gevoelige slapers. De matras was gelukkig niet hard, dus op zich lagen we lekker.

• Lucio (6/5): - Ho utilizzato l'hotel per motivi logistici., la camera era grande ed il check in è stato rapido. Il personale che mi ha accolto è stato molto cordiale e professionale. L'hotel è situato a ridosso dell'Aeroporto di Fiumicino, comodissimo per raggiungerlo in una decina di minuti. A mio avviso non è un hotel adatto per la stagione invernale. Il corridoio esterno alla camera era freddo, e la camera, anch'essa fredda, aveva il riscaldamento spento al momento del mio arrivo. Dal momento che ho acceso il riscaldamento, la stanza ha raggiunto la temperatura ideale solo dopo un'ora. L'accesso al bagno è stata un'avventura, perché provvisto di luce automatica. Bella idea, peccato che il radar puntasse il pavimento, e nel bel mezzo delle mie necessità si è spenta, lasciandomi al buio totale, in quanto il corridoio, aveva la luce fulminata. Credo che un poco di manutenzione in più non avrebbe fatto male.,

• Nada (8/5): Pleasant stay - Husband and I stayed one night to be close to the airport. Our host, Flavia, was extremely warm, welcoming and very helpful. The room was next to the garden, and since we were relatively the only ones there it seemed that it was our private terrace, which was delightful. The B&B has a self-service kitchen with seating that was lovely and cozy. Fully stocked with bread, cheese and other goodies. The location is also great! A few meters away from a sandy beach, a supermarket (bakery, cheese and coffee section) and a pizzeria (tasty pizzas, but a rip off. Always ask for the price before eating there). The B&B is 15 minutes away from the airport and Flavia arranged transportation for us which was extremely convenient. We stayed there on the first of November, so some of the restaurants were closed for the season. That wasn't a problem for us though. Definitely staying there if I need to be close to the airport. The sound of the airplanes flying over. Happy that planes don't fly at night until early morning.

Needed more protein choices and fresh fruit given that it is summer. Coffee below average We understood from the advertisement there was a pool on the property and there was not, only one several places down the road.

She also took care of arranging our transportation to the airport. There wasn’t someone to ask about dinner. After we checked in, there wasn’t someone around and we didn’t know how to get ahold of them.

Estaba a 4 minutos de la playa, quizás eche en falta alguna tienda un poco más variada ya que hay una muy pequeña con casi apenas cosas. Al lado de la playa hay varios restaurantes y se está bastante bien Sin duda repetiremos Quizás el precio por una noche está un poco elevado, para la instalación (a pesar de que estaba muy limpiar)

Non ho trovato difetti, forse il fastidio degli aerei in volo ma d'altronde la struttura è vicino all'aeroporto.
