• Goce (10/5): - We had a great stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it. The key pick-up and return process was very easy and hassle-free, which made the whole experience smooth from the start. A big plus was the underground parking garage, which was very convenient and secure. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, but still close to Heroes' Square and the city park, with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, everything was well organized and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay.
• Vojinovic (4/5): - Secondo leto in soggiorno era scomodissimo per dormire,poi il lavandino in bagno altre tanto scomodo non si può usare per sacuarsi sa faccia bisogna farlo nella vasca da bagno ,e un appartamento bellissimo come tutta la dtrutura pero ci sono queste 2 problemi che sono importanti sopra tutto per uno che deve pasare una note comoda a riposare e bon puo! .

• Kristiana (10/5): Perfect first visit to Budapest - Wonderful, nice, spotlessly clean apartment near the Heroes' Square, the Zoo and the city park. Top location especially if you travel with kids. It's also at quite walkable distance to the old city center (30-40mins to Parliament). Very quiet neighborhood, bakery In front of the block, a 24/7 store and super tasty greek gyros at the end of the street. The apartment was spotlessly clean, everything was as described, comfy, perfect temperature inside, nice terrace, fully equipped kitchen. We couldn't ask for more.

• Jelena (10/5): Overall, a beautiful, clean and comfortable place to stay. We would definitely come back. - The key pick-up and return process was very easy and completely hassle-free. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest. Communication with the host was excellent – quick, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and very well maintained. Everything felt safe, clean and well organized. A big advantage is the secure garage with an available charger for electric vehicles. The terrace was also lovely and a great place to relax. The location is excellent – very close to Heroes' Square, with easy access to the rest of the city.

• Tamás (10/5): Very nice apartment with parking space included, but with third party application check-in - The whole apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything went smoothly, the parking spot was available. The communication with the host was smooth, he/they answered our questions via booking.com messages multiple times a day, it was very nice. The only thing I didn't like is that the only solution for us to check-in was the apartment's own Android/iOS application, what was intended to install onto our smartphones, (then I guess register with our personal data) and then check in. We don't think installing and registering into some third-party application with our private data should be the ONLY option to do the mandatory check-in. So we didn't check in. We asked the host whether there is option to check-in manually in private, or leave our private data for the check-in procedure in written form at the apartment, or do the check-in process at booking.com, or something else. The only option is/was the third party application, so we skipped it. Everything else was great and smooth, this was the only issue we faced with.

• ATHANASIOS (10/5): - Our stay at Park West Diamond Apartments was truly delightful. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, warm, and cozy, with everything we needed to feel at home. The heating was excellent, and after our days exploring magical Budapest, it was the perfect place to relax. The location was quiet and pleasant, yet still close to the city center, which made everything easy. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, always responding quickly and assisting with anything we needed. We left feeling refreshed, and we highly recommend this place. We would definitely choose the same apartment again on our next visit to Budapest!

• MR (10/5): Clean convenient apartment - New and exceptionally clean apartment. Not too far from the city center. A bus ride of about 15-25 mins away depending on where you want to go. Walking distance to the spa. Easy to find and easy access to the apartment. A new block being built next door, so a lot of early morning noise. Generally the road was noisy so we slept with earplugs.
• Alicja (8/5): - Bardzo fajny apartament. Czysto i nowocześnie. Tv i internet bez zastrzeżeń. Miejsce parkingowe w podziemiiu (jest winda). Polecam Jedyny minus to brak kubków na herbatę.Trochę daleko do zabytków.
• Petra (10/5): Exceptional - Great space in the apartment and nice balcony, hand towels were offered for free. Location close to the Central Train Station, the huge market hall, and the Danube River. The key box is too small, or the key ring is too big - the keys got easily stuck in the box. There were no curtains, and the opposite balcony had lights on the whole night. The light was too sharp.
