• Claude (8/5): - Hôtel très calme à proximité de la sortie de l'autoroute. Parfait pour une soirée étape. Le personnel est très agréable, l'hôtel et les chambres sont très propres. La literie était parfaite. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais suffisant, dommage le jus de fruits synthétique, nous qui sommes habitués au pur jus c'est difficilement buvable.

• Ilya (5/5): Motel on the road between Parma and Reggio-Emilia. - The bed was comfortable enough I guess. I was staying in an older building. The smell of chlorine floor cleaner was unbearable and it never ventilated away. The ventilator in the bathroom is always on and buzzing. The double bed is two twin beds.

• Paola (9/5): Ottimo hotel di fascia media - L'Hotel è in ottima posizione per chi viaggia. E' sulla via Emilia tra Sant'Ilario e Reggio Emilia e ha un grande parcheggio privato. La camera non è grandissima ma neanche minuscola, basica ma con tutto il necessario. Letti comodi (il giorno della partenza stavano cambiando tutti i materassi). Colazione non provata. Personale gentile Pulizia ottima. Ottimi gli infissi, i rumori della strada trafficata non si sentono per nulla. Volendo cercare il pelo nell'uovo ho trovato antipatica la porta del bagno, inoltre la doccia è veramente piccola. Metterei inoltre qualche mensolina e qualche gancio sia in bagno che nella camera. Questo non inficia comunque il giudizio positivo. Se saremo ancora in zona torneremo.

• LEFONS (9/5): - Struttura ben tenuta ed accogliente. La Camera tripla risulta confortevole e comprende il sevizio cassaforte e mini-figor. Il Personale è stato gentile e professionale.I Parcheggi solo lì, liberi ed adiacenti la struttura. Nell'insieme Siamo stati bene. Nulla da dire.

• Rudolf (10/5): Great stay, friendly staff, great room, nice and quiet. - I arrived late at night due to Mille Miglia, which was no issue as they have a 24/7 reception. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient, and after a long day it was a true pleasure to arrive in a pre-airconditioned room (it was around 28 degrees that night). Details that matter. The room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. There are plenty of parking spaces, slightly hidden behind the hotel which gives some peace of mind. All in all a great stay!

We asked to switch rooms and the manager said this was the last room. I cannot stay in a room with black mold for health reasons. They would not let us leave with a refund because we booked through Booking.Com. I will never book anything from this site again. I was in this hotel for 10 minutes, but was charged for 6 nights? Booking.Com only wants your money. Your happiness, the hotels happiness, means nothing to them. Don't book with them, ever. I did not like anything. Nothing, which is why I left and paid another hotel that was amazing. It is amazing how.a clean hotel room mKWA. difference. The other hotel was not Booking.Com, as I said before, I will never use them again.
