• Ehsan (3/5): The facilities and cleanliness standards at the hostel were below expectations. - The hostel is located in a walking distance both from the downtown and the train station. Most of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The general social vibe of the hostel is nice. Although the hostel has the necessary facilities, they are extremely poorly maintained. While each room suppose to have its own shower and bathroom, as they are not functioning in certain rooms, the guests use those that function, and therefore, the working facilities get dirty and messy very quickly. I discussed this with the staff and they said they are not aware of the malfunctioning facilities which shows lack of proper house keeping and management.

• Diana (7/5): So, so - Location was central. A 12 - 15 minute walk to thevmetro and main plaza. Lots of churches a close walk and easy to visit, including San Lorenzo. There was NO coffee or anything. Location on street on top of hill with lots of steps to climb to get to hostel from the main road. The bar was always crowded and the reception busy.

A special thanks to Ayoub at the reception, he was incredibly helpful and always had a smile throughout my stay. His kindness and positive attitude really made a difference. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Genova!

In 5/10 minuti si raggiungono i luoghi turistici come la piazza centrale, San Lorenzo e, poco più distante, il porto antico. Lo staff davvero cordiale nonostante il carico di lavoro sotto il ponte di maggio. Il pub al piano terra è davvero polifunzionale, offrendo ristoro, intrattenimento e musica che non arriva mai a disturbare chi invece preferisce stare in camera. Lo consiglio!!!! Consiglierei di munire la doccia e il bagno di qualche appendino o ripiano in più, perché è difficile trovare il posto per tutto quello che serve.

La mattina dopo ho spiegato la situazione alla receptionist che è stata treoppo carina a dirmi che la sera avrei potuto chiamare e avrebbero cercato di cambiare stanza.. Io non ho voluto telefonare perché era l una di notte. però davvero gentilissima ed empatica! La posizione è centralissima, neanche 10 min e sei in piazza de Ferrari

• THEBAULT (9/5): Vraiment très bonne auberge de jeunesse ! - L’emplacement est super, les hôtes à l’acceuil étaient réactifs et adorables ! L’auberge est grande avec une cuisine partagée chaleureuse avec mention spéciale pour les denrées à partager ça fait économise des plats ! Il y a une salle de sport intégrer ce qui est super cool pour ceux qui y resteraient longtemps ! De surcroît il y a des rideaux aux lits ce qui confère de l’intimité, les cadenas sont prêter et certains produits d’hygiènes sont gratuits (pas les serviettes) tel que les brosses à dents et autres. Les seuls petits bémols sont le fait qu’on a pas de sorties de douches (ça serait cool d’avoir au moins ça changer tout les jours) ni même de raclette de douche pour nettoyer après nôtres passages. De même que dans la cuisine partagée il n’y a pas de serviettes en papiers ou torchons lorsqu’on se lave les mains… et pareil dans les toilettes pas très pratiques car on utilise le papier toilette ou le sèche cheveux 🥲. Et dernière petites choses les miroirs sont à contre jour dans la chambre pas très pratiques quand on est une chambre de 6 filles et qu’on a que deux miroirs un dans les toilettes et le grands de la chambre qui est à contre jours ducoup :(
