• Mandy (10/5): Brilliant apartment for friends/couples - LOCATION- Absolutely superb, haven't used the car all weekend, everything within walking distance APARTMENT- Spacious, modern, decor lovely, absolutely perfect. Anybody would love to live there. The Kitchen is really well equipped and very big. The rooftop terrace is to die for. We loved sitting out there, people watching. Spotlessly clean throughout. PARKING- Private rear car park with allocated spaces. Nothing - we can't wait to go back

In a Fabulous location just off the Main Street for exploring the town and 15 mins from beautiful South Downs. Stunning views of the cathedral too. Slightly noisy at night due to the main road and pub behind bedrooms but ear plugs worked a treat.

• Richard (9/5): Wonderful Penthouse Apartment with Chichester Skyline Views - A wonderful penthouse apartment with fabulous views across Chichester and its rooftops. The apartment is finished to a really high quality and is very spacious, with the bedrooms separated from the living space excellently. The location of the apartment provides quick and easy access to central Chichester and equally easy car access to get out of the town. The only minor niggle is that being in a fairly busy location near the railway and at the bottom of the town centre, and up high, there was some noise in the streets on the Thursday (we stayed Mon-Fri) but this is to be expected and wasn't a big issue. Certainly the overall excellence of the apartment in every other way made it unimportant.

The kitchen was perfect with everything you would expect for a self-catering holiday. All the pans and trays were clean. The outside space was great, unfortunately not warm enough to sit out. The bedrooms were comfortable with en suites. There was a lift, so there was no need to struggle upstairs with luggage. You also had a parking space. The location is ideal for exploring Portsmouth and Brighton.

• Sujata (10/5): A gem in the city - This apartment is fantastic. It's better than the photos show. The place is very big for a 2 bed property and has everything you could need. Both bedrooms are en suite and there's another cloakroom. The terrace is beautiful and gives a gorgeous outdoor area with super views. The location is perfect as it's right in the town with a wide range of cafes, restaurants and shops. It's also within 2 minutes walk of the bus station, train station and Waitrose. We had a very relaxing time in this extremely comfortable apartment.

The property was also serviced with a lift and a car parking space. The apartment was near the end of South Street and was perfect for walking in and out of the city. Probably one of the best apartments we've ever booked via Booking.com. Excellent location - close to shops, restaurants etc and the added bonus of a parking space. Amazing view of the cathedral from the wrap around balcony. We even managed to catch a beautiful sunrise one morning (in December!) The combination of being a centrally located apartment + visiting right in the heart of Christmas party season we were woken a couple of times both nights around 2 - 3am through people leaving nightlife and heading home - nothing that our hosts could do about that though of course. The apartment itself though is very well insulated and you can't hear the neighbours etc

It’s actually bigger than it looks in the pictures and was really smart and stylish. Everything looked brand new and the whole property was spotless. It was also very close to twin and it was great having two parking spots that come with the apartment. Nothing!

• Suzanne (9/5): A perfect overnight stay in every respect - The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable with some great personal touches like milk, biscuits and coffee plus very nice bathroom products. It was great to have the roof terrace and also Sky channels. The property is immaculate and in a very convenient location to the town with it's own parking space. The owners were very responsive to any query. It is on a busy junction so there is some road noise from around 6.30 particularly in warm weather when you have the window open. There also felt a slight security risk as the smaller bedroom seemed to share an outside walkway with the next apartment so we were a bit uneasy about leaving the window open.

It was very hot in the aptm.. perhaps block-out blinds in dining/living areas, but good having so many fans. Quite a lot of road noise from traffic, particularly late aft and evenings.
• Catherine (10/5): A pleasant and convenient stay in Chichester - Everything about this stay was exactly as expected. The property hosts provided helpful communications before our stay and timely communications when we had a question during our stay. The apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The 2 en-suite bedrooms made it perfect for 2 friends traveling together. The balcony was a great place to relax in the mornings and evenings, with the view of the cathedral. The shortcut to the train station (a 2 minute walk, at most) was convenient for our days out and our departure at the end of our stay. The apartment is convenient to city grocery stores, cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the town center. All told, a pleasant stay!

• Kincade (6/5): Pleasant - The location was perfect - really easy to walk to tescos, restaurants, bars and the train station. The kitchen was really well equiped, and the rooms were beautiful and clean. It was super easy to grab the keys and put them back. There were 3 of us in the house, and although check out was at 10am, at 6am I had left to drop 1 of us to the airport for an early flight. In the hour that I was gone, the hosts had entered the property calling 'hello' while my other friend was asleep, as the host had heard me leave and had thought that we had left. Whilst I hadn't been in contact before with the hosts about check in or check out, I equally hand't recieved any contact about when we would be arriving or leaving, and due to the keysafe option, this didn't feel necessary. On contacting the hosts at 8:30am about this, on our actual checkout, I was informed that it was because of a tight turnover and that they had "thought that we had left". Everything about our stay was perfect, however this felt like a massive intrusion of our privacy, particularly one of us was by themselves in the property and was asleep.

Fantastic - Perfect central location to discover the city for walking into Chichester for shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cathedral and bus services to surrounding areas including the train station not to far away. It did not spoil our stay, but you can hear the traffic from the apartment even though the apartment is on the 3rd floor, especially if the windows are open. This would be the only compromise

We knew from the photos it was going to be a really nice flat, the positive surprise came from all the little added extras - things like milk waiting when you opened the fridge, luxury soap and body wash in the bathrooms. Mandy and Michael were excellent, helpful, can-do hosts who communicated very well explaining everything before we arrived.

The furnishing and facilities have been really thought about and the access instructions easy to follow and great communication from the owners. The location was great two minutes walk to all amenities. The accommodation was beautifully equipped with everything you could need and wonderful operating instructions too. Cleanliness was first class we could not find anything to complain about. It was a wonderful few days will be booking again.
• Ann (9/5): A wonderful property in a beautiful historic city. - A superb spacious and well designed property with amazing furniture, outside terrace, stunning and well equipped kitchen, shower room and bathroom. We have never stayed anywhere with so many thoughtful extra things supplied for cooking and eating in the dining space. The location was very good and convenient for arrival by train with beautiful views of the cathedral. The property is in the city and handy for museums, the cathedral and palace gardens, shops and restaurants. The public transport by bus and train was nearby and went to many interesting places. We would have liked more information to find the property from the train station and better lighting along the path which led to the rear of the building. We found opening the door to the building difficult but the owner was very helpful when we phoned. Instructions need to say that the door at ground level opens outwards. These are minor points and did not stop us from loving the property and our stay.
