• Ma. Angelica (8/5): Overall stay is grand, the owner is very communicative all through out our stay. The place is lovely i defo coming back - Place is so cosy and clean, quite relaxing view from the 9th floor, very nice location, walking distance to shops and lovely restaurants. Apparently, the lift had some issues on the second day of our stay we ended up using the stairs from 9th floor.

• Richard (8/5): Better for longer stays than short business trips - The facilities was amazing and staff very professional and respectful. Since it is supposed to be a small residential unit, there are more things taking up space. Not as efficient as a standard hotel room.

• Jb (8/5): Very good - The location is great for the BGC area since you are nearly across the street from Mitsukoshi Mall and very close to Uptown mall. Text to property owner/staff were answered quickly. There was a problem with one of the the two air conditioners. The one in the bedroom had a bad smell coming from it. When notified, they were quick to try to take a look at it. I'm glad of their response. But we opted to not use it and just use the one air conditioner which still cooled both rooms. These things happen, but l hope it's fixed. It took us awhile to figure out it was the air conditioner that was malfunctioning. The kitchen floor was dirty when we arrived.
