• Tsovinar (10/5): Grazie - Era una stanza pulita e graziosa, con un soffitto alto, e soprattutto, questa piccola ma accogliente pensione era pervasa da un'energia positiva.
• mmielni (9/5): - Mocną stroną obiektu jest lokalizacja - blisko dworca centralnego oraz kolejki podmiejskiej w kierunku Wezuwiusza i Pompejów. Po przekroczeniu bramy wejściowej obiekt robi wrażenie - ładny dziedziniec, zabytkowa klatka schodowa i stara winda. Bezproblemowe samodzielne zameldowanie, dostęp na klucz elektroniczny. Pokoje przestronne, wygodne. W pokoju czajnik i serwis do kawy, z codziennie uzupełnianym zapasem. Obiekt położony jest w bocznej uliczce, w której za dnia odbywa się handel. Wieczorem uliczka tonie w śmieciach, a w nocy następuje próba ich sprzątania (trzeba przyznać, z dość marnym skutkiem), co generuje spory hałas. Z tego powodu trudno jest spać przy otwartych oknach. Oczywiście nie jest to wina obiektu, ale warto o tym wiedzieć.

• Francesca (5/5): Peccato - Bella stanza, bel palazzo La zona è in un degrado assoluto, ho visto scene raccapriccianti. Non ci tornerei solo per questo motivo, peccato perché il BeB è valido, ma la zona è pessima. Ero con un neonato e tornassi indietro non prenoterei.
• FLORENCIA (8/5): Solo Si necesitas estar cerca de la estación… - La habitación estaba muy bien, limpia y cómoda. Para acceder al edificio era todo desde una aplicación y nos funcionó sin problemas, además estaba el concerge abajo que tenía la puerta abierta y no tuvimos que esperar, para el ascensor hay que pagar 0,20 cent La zona no es buena, es un poco intimidante, hay un mercado en las mañanas y el ambiente no es bueno, mucho drogadicto. Si necesitas estar cerca de la estación est a solo dos calles, pero por la noche no es aconsejable llegar tarde, aunque hay movimiento por la zona.

• Jesper (4/5): Ok hotel, men beliggende i et skummelt område. - Selve værelset var fint og det fungerede ok med indcheckning mv selvom der ikke er en reception. Hotellet ligger i et meget nedslidt område, hvor der flyder med affald, og der er meget skummelt, når der er blevet mørkt.

• Karla (6/5): Good location for train station and good value for money - Good value for money, close to train station The bathroom could do with a deep clean around edges of shower and taps. Location can feel unsafe at times, particularly in the evening. We arrived at market time so was quite difficult to get to the building especially with cases, there was lots of rubbish left over from the market leaving the area outside of the apartments very dirty however understand this is out of the apartments control.

• Vivien (1/5): - Kommunikáció és érkezés: Novemberben és februárban is írásbeli visszaigazolást kaptunk a hajnali 01:00-02:00 közötti érkezésre. Az utazás napján este 18:00-kor kerestem először a szállásadót a kódok miatt. 20:00-kor csak annyit válaszolt, hogy aznap nem tudjuk átvenni a szállást, csak másnap. Ekkor még Rómában voltunk, és többször kértük angolul és olaszul is, hogy segítsen, mert nincs hova mennünk. Hiába hívtuk és írtunk neki, 20:00 óra után nem válaszolt, csak 22:00-kor írta meg, hogy ha kifizetünk egy plusz éjszakát, akkor megkapjuk a kódokat. Ekkorra már késő volt, nem tudtunk elindulni a buszhoz. Szoba állapota és válaszidő: Az ablak nem nyílt, a szoba fővilágítása nem működött. A kávéfőző rossz volt, amit reggel jeleztem, de csak este érkezett válasz, hogy „működik”, pedig nem volt jó. A WC-ülőke törött, a zuhanyajtó pedig majdnem kiesett a helyéről. A TV-t valaki kívülről irányította, amire a szállásadó azt válaszolta, biztos lemerült az elem. Bármit jeleztem, órákat kellett várni a válaszra. Távozás: Bár 10:30-ig lehetett maradni, a takarítónő 09:58-kor ránk kopogott, hogy távozzunk. A szállásadó előző este 23:36-kor küldött üzenetet a korábbi check-outról, amit alvás közben nem láthattunk.

Réponses rapides, même quand vous avez un peu la tête dans le guidon 😳😲 genre moi quelquefois 😁. Thé, biscottes, confiture...tout y est, frigo plein, pas excessif... Facile à trouver, proche de la gare...bref tout y est... 🤔 s'il faut chercher des poils sur un œuf je dirais pas de café, que du thé (désolée j'aime le café 🫣)

La zona es muy mala, la suciedad de la calle y de la zona deja mucho que desear. Es una muy mala zona. Cuesta un poco localizar la puerta del edificio, y la cafetera no funcionaba, una pena.

La situació respecte al centre història és còmode per poder anar-hi caminant. El tercer llit, un sofà llit, un sofà llit incòmode. Haurien d'avisar que la zona dels voltants és complicada, sobretot a la tarda (drogadictes a la porta de l'apt). Vam deixar les bosses per recollir-les després i tot i haver avisat de l'hora, no van estar pendents i vam trigar més de 15 minuts a poder accedir a recollir les bosses.ç A l'ascensor podria especificar que cal una moneda de 20cts. Nosaltres vam posar-ne dues de 10 i no va funcionar... Potser l'apartament podria valorar subvencionar l'ascensor, almenys a l'arribada.

• Anzhelina (10/5): - Overall, our stay was good. The room was nice and the place matched the description. However, we did have a bit of trouble with the self check-in process — it requires a stable internet connection, which might not be convenient for everyone upon arrival.
• Maëva (10/5): Parfait ! - Absolument tout ! La chambre est propre, jolie, fonctionnelle et très confortable. Le personnel est très réactif. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. L’immeuble est très sécurisé, et proche de tout, nous avons tout fais à pied. Le quartier peut paraitre un peu mal vu mais nous avons hâte la voiture à côté elle n’a pas bougé, n’a pas été abîmé et l’appartement est extrêmement sécurisé.

Overall I loved it and I will choose it again if I go to Naples. All the minuses are real, but do not change the fact that it's a great place! The location is quite scary if you are not used to Naples. I fundamentally think it's reasonably safe but the "visual" impact is not nice. The building is not easy to find. If you don't have wi-fi, you cannot check in (problematic for those with non-EU sim cards). Very odd that one has to pay 20 Eurocent to use the lift... I think I would have preferred to pay 1 Euro more per night and have the "lift included" package. The room is large enough for one, but it is kind of tight for two (not a deal-breaker... I would come back even in 2 people)

Each morning there was a market on the street with cloths, shoes, bags, watches. There was a coffeemaker in the room and a kettle and tea bags. Also biscuits, jam and candies. The bed was very comfortable The sorroundings of the building feel unsafe in the night and there is a lot of garbage (mostly as a result of the market that is there during the daytime)

• Tomi (6/5): - Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Ainoa miinus oli asunnon sijainti, katu oli vähän arveluttava ja hämärä illalla. Muuten kuitenkin helpon lähellä asemaa.
• Koushik (1/5): - TV which is a smart one. First : Huge communication gap. Second : Location, seems like very unsafe. Third: Lift, you have to pay 20 cent always to reach 5th floor.Sometimw we didn't have 20 cent hence need to climb up all the stairs. 4th: bath room was not cleaned properly, bedsheets and blankets were dirty clearly some red spot visible in the blankets. 5th: Due to language gap and communication gap had to stay a different room .Was not able to understand what is camera 3 hence had to stay a small room looking like a cage for us.
• Ricci (10/5): - Muy bonita la habitación, cama super cómoda con un balcón, abajo por la mañana hay un mercado pero como las ventanas son buenas no se escucha nada Yo volveré seguro, me ha encantado! Nada, todo perfecto y el personal también.

• Akiho (5/5): 部屋で過ごすには快適だが、開錠がめんどくさい - 一人で宿泊しましたが、安く一人部屋で滞在することは出来や。またチェックインの時間が早く助かった。 ドアを開錠をスマホで行うのだが、電波がない開けられない、またドアの建て付けが悪く、スマホ上の操作で開錠が完了したとでても、入るのに苦戦したりした。

• diego (5/5): Non più di una notte qui. - Posizione strategica tra Stazione e centro città. Caffè di cortesia. Doccia fatiscente. Asse wc staccato. Sporcizia e rifiuti sulle scale. Ascensore a pagamento. Secondo letto, più divano che letto.
